Comfort Suites Airport - Tempe

I wish i could stay in this hotel longer, it was lovely. It reminded me of the hyatt in chicago but with nicer colors and comfortable feelings. It was an awesome value and breakfast was decent. It was eggs, bacon, bagels, cereal, sausage, juice, milk, coffee, tea, hot cocoa, waffles, fruit, yogurt, bread, and boiled eggs for those who book according […] to how breakfast is also. The breakfast was a nice start to the day. The TV channels were a little confusing and the in-house created guide didn't match but that didn't matter since we were able to hook up our portable DVD player and watch what we wanted.

This was a wonderful property and we truly enjoyed our stay at this Comfort Suits. They are doing it right.

We have stayed here before when visiting Phoenix. It is a clean, very large and comfortable bed. It fits our need in the winter when we would not be using the pool. THe pool area is very small and we like to stay other places where the pool area is larger.

Bring a candle for the odor but a great room for the price. The bedding and room were clean just had a stale smell to the place that opening the window and using a candle quickly dispelled. Breakfast was good and the service was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Would definitely stay here again. Comfortable clean room, just carpet is stained next to door. Friendly staff.

Excellent stay rooms were very clean and nice looking. The air conditioner was a lil noisy, but then again I can sleep through anything. They had people paiting the building at the time but no problem what so ever. The location is perfect. Right next to I-10 and I-60. Only 3 miles from downtown tempe. we enjoyed our stay very much. This property is a well maintained hotel. The service was excellent and the rooms were in immaculate condition. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and plan on returning back to this fine hotel on our future visits. Would never stay there again. Had a problem and the manager could care less about an issue and walked away like he didnt care! Terrible staff makes for a terrible stay.

nice clean and comfy room

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The pool and spa were particularly appreciated, as well as the sitting area and bedroom, giving it a 'suite' feel.

staying at the comfort suite in tempe az was a very wonderful experience. it's the best place i've stayed in a very long time. the only thing i could say that wasn't perfect was the shower was slippery when taking a shower. they might consider some anti-skid.other than that everything was very satisfying

Nice hotel, good breakfast, reasonable rates. We didn't get to use the pool since the weather was not quite warm enough. I did use the treadmill which functioned well. Our only complaint was that the air-conditioner was rather noisy (the reason the "comfort of your room" was not a 5).

Very happy with this location, from the dramatic entryway with the double staircase, to the very comfortable bed! I would highly recommend staying there, the employees are very pleasant and accommodating, the neighborhood is very quiet and the location is convenient to just about anywhere in the valley. This was a great place to stay, very nice, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff and a wonderful breakfast. Easy to find location. Light weekend traffic made easy ingress/egress.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Great Managers reception in the evening. Couldn't get the cooling right...lots of tossing and turning.

Great stay..very comfortable..friendly staff..and quick shuttle to airport.

Breakfast was super hooked up! Super fresh and good!

Hotel personnel were very friendly and accommodating. We had an early flight and hot coffee was provided at 4 am together with a 'Grab and Go' snack. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, and on our return trip, the Continental breakfast substantial.

This hotel was very comfortable, very clean. The continental breakfast was generous and the Manager's reception during the week was a pleasant surprise. Our arrival was delayed by a dust storm and we had not had any supper. The hotel clerk "Crystal' was kind enough to wait for us to eat before closing the reception buffet. This hotel was fine, but not outstanding. The woman the front desk was a little difficult. The airport shuttle drivers were very nice. The air conditioning was unbelievably loud, it was like sleeping in a wind tunnel. The bed was very soft, which is good if you like that. I wouldn't exactly call it a suite, more like a big room. It was farther from […] the airport than I would have liked, in a business area that had nothing to offer at night (including decent restaurants). Mehr

The room was perfect. This is the only hotel that I have stayed at that the bathroom mirror didn't get fogged up after taking shower. I will be staying here again.

Our stay was a wonderful experience and we consider this hotel a great find for our needs. We'll be back often.

The hotel staff was great! The breakfast & coffee was great. The room was very clean. My only complaint was that the bed was too close to the air conditioner unit.

Hotel was nicer than expected for the price. Free breakfast every morning.....kinda nice since it wasnt just begals and toast. Two different types of eggs, fruit, hashbrowns, bacon, waffels....ect... Rooms are nice, although my toilet ran all weekend and the remote to my TV didn't work. Nice TV though....lol

Quick 10 minute free shuttle ride to and from airport. Decent bare bones breakfast. Great value for staying overnight to catch a flight the next day if you are not on an expense account. Building is starting to show interior wear and tear. Very pleasant staff who came to the rescue with free toothpaste.

Our room was a good value for the price; a mid-size suite with a small couch and a partial separation from the bed. Service was fine and the breakfast was good. Only complaint would be the loud in-room air-conditioner.

We stayed there for a weekend. The hotel was in a great location and easy to access right off the freeway. Checkin was pleasant and quick. Our room was clean. We had an issue with the smoke alarm battery being low so it was beeping when we first got to the room but the staff at the front desk was great and took care of the issue. Bed was really comfortable […] and there was a big flat screen tv in the room. Breakfast in the morning was great and included: waffles, eggs, sausage, ham, fruits, danishes, juices, toast, yogurt, coffee, etc. All of the food was great and it saved us having to go out and spend money on breakfast. Although we weren't leaving from the airport, there is a shuttle to take you to and from. The neighborhood was great with other hotels i nteh surrounding area. Pool was regular sized and nice looking but we never got in. I would highly recommend this hotel for the comfort and the price. We will definately stay there again!! Mehr

The room was clean, hotel was quiet, and the room was comfortable. Ive stayed at this hotel a few times already and it is the best for the price and value. Its only about 5 mins down the street from Mills Mall but its worth not being around so much traffic and congestion when staying at hotels by the mall. The freeways are right next to the hotel but […] you never hear the traffic. The breakfast was great we had omelets, potatoes, waffles, and fresh coffee every morning. The room was very spacious even with two children and fridge and microwave in the room. Finally, being in Phoenix gets hot and we were very pleased to come to a dark cool room at the end of the day!!! Mehr

The room was very nice and served us very well. Large room, comfortable beds and seating area all were great. The only thing that will stop me from returning here is the pool area. The pool was small and there were no towels. This area seems a bit neglected.

The person working the front desk for our stay took over 15 minutes to check us in. On top of that, she seemed troubled to have to interrupt her texting to help us. The room was clean and comfortable, but the service was horrible. On check out, a different clerk could not be troubled to interrupt her texting to get us a receipt. Very comfortable, clean and convenient hotel, with excellent and generous breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. Stayed in August when temperatures were 115 degrees but air conditioning was efficient and very comfortable inside (pool was like a bath though!). I was not expecting much from this hotel, but they completely surprised me as to wonderful our stay was! I would stay here again in a heart beat.

We got here late at night because we missed one of our flights. It was so much better than we expected. The girl working was super friendly, our room was spotless, the decor was very cozy. pool is small. room was clean. we arrived late during the week and there were meatball sandwiches from managers special. breakfast was good.
