Friendly and helpful staff. It was cold out and there was a cozy fire going in the lobby seating area. Plenty of restaurants, stores, and grocery store within a couple of blocks or less. Relaxing place to spend the night after a long drive.

Hotel not in a good location...right on a busy, major road. pool was not functioning when we got there. lobby dirty. would not recommend this at all.

The Comfort Suites was close to the Maryland Theater which is why we chose to stay here.

We needed a wheelchair accessible room, and this fully met our needs. We were put on the ground floor, so I could wheel to the very good breakfast room, and anywhere else I needed to go. Definitely would stay here, even when I'm out of the wheelchair!

This is the most appealing, comfortable, and satisfactory hotel experience we had on our 6 day trip. The beds were extremely comfortable, the breakfast was wonderful, the lobby was a joy to visit, and the staff was exceptionally helpful. Very high standards - very pleasant experience!!

NIce place hotel pool closes at 9 pm sat night ?

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The rates were reasonable. I would go back there again.

Clean hotel and rooms, comfortable beds, very friendly and imformative staff, close to shopping and dining. Only negatives were the parking and the lack of light on the back side of the hotel.

We stayed at Comfort Suites-Hagerstown for 3 nights. On the first 2 nights when we returned we had to wade through smokers gathered around the open door at the side entrance. On one of those nights they were also drinking beer and liquor. The next morning the area was a mess with the garbage can overflowing and an empty pizza box. Our room was also […] located next to the loudest ice machine I have ever heard! In addition we had to have our key cards replaced one night because we could not get either one to work. The breakfast had a good selection of items, but there were problems in keeping things stocked...especially the regular coffee. On the last morning we were awakened by a wake-up call at 4:00 AM. The only problem was, we hadn't asked for a wake-up call. Even though the room (suite??) was clean and the bed comfortable, we will not be returning. Mehr

The large room, hot breakfast and warm pool made our stay a great first night sleep on our way into DC for a spring break vacation.

Due to my physical needs, I wish they had an exercise bike. Also, later pool hours.

They charge for everything that is included in most hotels. I will not stay here again....

As far as the hotel and staff was very good... they need to update there info book in the room.....had a restaurant that I called and couldn't get through...asked front desk about it and was told that it had changed to another restaurant...drove to it about 3 miles and was a fish place....not what I was told....My room had an ice machine and pop machine […] immediately by my door...glad no one needed ice late at night, because it is pretty noisy...When I was preparing to leave in the morning there wasn't a cart for my luggage....staff looked everywhere I already had....not there fault that two parties had hogged carts by stowing them in their rooms...as I found out on my own...other than that pretty non event... The hotel was clean. The room we stayed in needed sme help. The bathroom fan was extreamly loud and vibrated the entire room, the tv was old and the color did not work, picture was green, and the blinds did not close all the way allowing the super bright parking lot lights to shine in. Maintaince was not available until Tuesday so we were stuck. Offered […] us another room but it was late and with kids its hard to move them. Breakfast had very little to chose from and was very not well maintained. What little they had was empty, no plates and counters/ tables needed wiped down. I have stayed there before and it was never bad. Was not awful but was over priced for this weekend. I am sure they will fix the problems. Mehr

I picked Comfort Suites partly because they had a pool. However, the pool turned out to be about the size of a postage stamp and it closed too early (9:00pm) for us to take a dip after the wedding reception we attended. Our room had a mini-fridge that ran very loudly and kicked on frequently during the night. We did not ask for the fridge and would […] have preferred silence over its noisy, unnecessary presence. It might have been less of an issue if the fridge were closer to the bathroom (on the far side of the sitting area) rather than at the foot of my bed. Additionally, the room was poorly lit and had a bulb missing from one of its few lamps. We would have liked to open the curtains for more light, but the window didn't have any sheers: it was drapes or nothing. Considering we were on the ground floor and facing the parking lot, we stayed in the dark. Mehr

Hotel was clean and beautiful. Easy check in and out. Free Continential Breakfast too. We will be going back there again in two weeks to attend a funeral. Will book here again.
