Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful with checkin and check out. The hotel was clean and close to business conference location. I will stay at this hotel again.

Nice place. Shuttle service to airport excellent. Wish you could get something to eat easier but overall a nice place

I cut my finger very badly on a fixture that was improperly sticking out. And all the manager did about it was to give me $20.00 cash ! How compassionate ?

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, but needs some TLC in the maintenance of the rooms. Bathrooms need attention around tub and doorway. Decent place for the price.

The hotel was older and hard to find the access road. Even with GPS we drove around several times trying to find it. We have a Comfort Inn in the town I live in so I thought it would be comparable. It was older and not updated at all. I didn't feel safe with my two young kids and would have asked for a refund and stayed somewhere else if it hadn't been […] so late. We had so much trouble actually getting to this hotel due to road construction! Of course it's not Comfort Inn's fault at all, but we drove for miles and miles after dark when one exit after the other was closed off due to construction. Otherwise the hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was minimal....baked goods, juice, coffee.

The entire staff treated us very well.

Excellent hotel no complaints at all. Everything was outstanding from the front desk service to the quality of the room.

The hotel was fine if you're not interested in all the bells and whistles. Breakfast was sad, same thing everyday and employee refilled the bar w/cold food. We were next to the elevator so every time it was in use it caused the floor in our room to vibrate, very annoying. I guess it was ok for the money.

Very friendly staff, hotel was comfortable and service was very good. Would recommend this hotel any time based on my experience.

We stayed in the hotel because we are flying out to DFW the next day. The lobby looked nice but the rooms were small and old. Breakfast was decent. Having said that, there were more hotels nearby that appear newer. Will avoid this hotel next time.

It was very nice. On the first night the ac went out. They moved us right next door to a new room. No problem. Thanks

The stay and hotel was very fun. the staff there is so friendly. I enjoyed my stay there. it was very quiet . The pool was alot of fun. Relaxed and had a great time the continental breakfast was over the top. you had a lot of variety to choose from. great place to stay and not very expensive either.

The rates were family affordable, the room comfortable and clean, Staff was kind and helpful. Convenient shuttle to airport was great. Breakfast was very good, need two waffle machines instead of one, the line and wait was too long. Were were only able to stay a shore while but we enjoyed it. Don't expect shuttle service after 11pm, which the hotel information neglected to say. We ended up paying $37.00 for a 5minute taxi ride!

Nay problem was lack of eating places. Denny's only one we found and hard to get back to hotel. Breakfast was very good Pool clean and good. Elevators hot. All else nice. Rate was perfect.

The hotel is fairly clean and comfortable, it's close to DFW and the shuttle service was really punctual. We only waited about 10 minutes for a pickup at the airport and they were right on time for a 5 a.m. shuttle back to DFW. For the price it was a good hotel, the beds were comfortable and the staff was nice. No place to eat close by though, not great […] if you don't have a car, but the pizza place that delivered was good, so we didn't starve. Mehr

Great hotel for the price. Even though our family only stayed one night, it had the comforts of home. Staff was friendly, room was clean, and the breakfast was great. We will definately stay here again!!!

I arrived a little late close to midnight. The gent working the front desk did a super job with limited rooms left. Told him I was a little noise sensitive. Even though they only had rooms fronting 114 he got me the best one with a wall in front blocking a good deal of traffic noise. Extremely comfortable bed. I do agree, however, with another reviewer that the hallways were unusually warm/hot in temperature. The free continenetal breakfast was also good - served in clean surroundings. The shuttle did not seem to run on the half hour scheduled as promised - but did arrive within a few minutes of me inquiring, and left as soon as […] I was ready. Mehr

We were very happy with this hotel. Room was cleaned, bed comfortable, and the breakfast was great. We will stay here everytime we come back to Dallas. Recommend to anyone. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Arrived in Dallas mid morning and was pleasantly surprised that the clerk gave us a room when asked if we could check in early. It was very much appreciated as we just arrived on a red eye from the west coast. The room was more than adequate and we found the room extremely clean. This has to be one of the best Comfort Inns or equivalent Hotels I have […] ever stayed in. Also the icing on the cake was the great rate that we paid. Mehr

Very good service -- happy hour and breakfast!!

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. We got the king suite and had enough room to sleep 2 adults and 2 small kids comfortably without disturbing each other. We even had room to set up my daughters pack n play and put her to sleep in one half of the room while the rest of us stayed awake and watched tv. I might add she sleeps very lightly. The […] pullout sofa was perfect for my son and would easily sleep 2 younger kids at the same time, but it would be cramped for 2'adults. It wasn't the most comfortable, but what sofa bed is? The king was reasonably comfortable and we were given plenty of pillows. We had more than enough towels for everyone. Also pleasantly surprised by the coffee pot, microwave and mini fridge in room. This place has the best complimentary breakfast I've ever had: sausage, eggs, fruit and waffles plus the usual toast, donuts, muffins, and cereal. My only complaint is they didn't have any high chairs. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. This was a very quiet hotel and we did not hear the other guests at any point during our stay. Beyond that it is only about 2 minutes from Grapevine Mills without having to pay the high rates for the neighboring hotels. This will now be my first choice hotel in the Dallas area. I could have paid near double what I did and still been pleased with my stay. Give this hotel a chance. There's no way you will regret it because of the excellent service, roominess, and close proximity to Grapevine at such a great value. Highly recommended. Mehr

the shower head was iffy the shower faucet was difficult to adjust other than that the stay was comfortable in general

We needed a room for 1 night prior to picking up our rented Motorhome so we didn't really worry too much about where we stayed. What a delight this Comfort Inn turned out to be. Because we got it at such a great rate, we really didn't expect such service and quality. A free shuttle collected us from DFW Airport and delivered us to the hotel. The staff […] were all friendly and so helpful. The room was great and the complimentary breakfast had a comprehensive choice of items. There was even a guest laundry where we could get all of our washing done. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time we make it back to Dallas. Mehr

Met the needs of my friends and I. We were in town for the weekend, and this place was perfect. Near the airport, and near our destination, big selling point was the free breakfast. Only downer was that the mattresses in the room were a little stiff, and the pillows kind of small, but there were plenty of them, so it balanced out.
