"Loved our stay"
This hotel was great! We went to TX for my sisters wedding and I couldn't decide on a hotel. So glad I chose this one. Very clean, everything worked, and the location was perfect. Everything was around it!! I am one of those people that are not fond of hotels cause I am always scared of bed bugs and things. But I walked in my hotel room and all those […] fears were gone. I checked out and forgot my laptop bag which had a nice laptop and Xoom(like an iPad) in it. Called later and they were very nice and helpful about it. They got it and put it up front for my sister to pick up to mail to me. I thought it was great they were so honest. "Perfect for a business stay!"
Room was clean, staff was helpful, breakfast had hot food. The maintenance was a little behind, but the room was spotless.

"Comforting"
our hotel stay at the Hawthorne was very comforting, very clean, very well stocked and everyone was very curtious. I would recommend this hotel for anyone. My husband and I were in town due to our son coming home from Iraq. This location was very close to the base and easy access to everything.

Very nice accomdations.....friendly staff..offered a 5-7- PM light snacks and drinks.....Very good breakfast.....Great location....close to everything....good value for the cost....
"Fine, but nothing fancy"
This hotel was fine, but may be a little pricier than other comparable hotels. Other than that, no complaints!

"Wyndham Killeen"
It was very nice and very clean, close to everything, the only problem they stated that we would have a hide-away bed. my girls had to sleep in the bed with us for two nights. other than that it's all good.

ALTHOUGH THEY WERE UNABLE TO ADD ANOTHER DAY TO MY STAY BECAUSE THEY WERE FULLY BOOKED DUE TO A LARGE GRADUATION THE STAFF TRIED AND HAD A NOTE POSTED TO LET ME KNOW IF THEY HAD A CANCELLATION.THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND UDER STOOD WHY I WOULD NEED THE EXTRA TIME WHEN I EXPLAINED THE WELCOME HOME CEREMONY I WAS THEIR FOR WAS MOVED A DAY LATER DUE TO […] FLIGHT PROBLEMS. "A Great Place to Stay!"
The entire staff were very professional...cheerful, and accomadating... The Breakfast Buffet was great.....wonderful selection... Slept well....bed comfortable.... Convenient location to major restaurants, shopping mall, and the freeway... I will stay there, again.
"Hawthorn Suites"
This had tobe the worst experience at a major hotel chain in my life. No hot water in shower, area around tollet base was fility, and the grease seal had failed allowing discharge to seep out of tolet.

We had no complaints about the hotle at all. It was a great value. Room was large, very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Free WiFi, nice work/dining table, two recliner chairs, and a dressing area. I'm not sure it would be good for young children since all the rooms appear to have only one queen size bed. "Amazing beds"
This hotel has really nice pillow top mattresses that are in good shape. I slept amazingly well. I highly recommend Hawthorn if you need an affordable great night sleep.
