Ramada Suites Orlando Airport - Orlando

I am SOOO beyond dissatisfied with my stay at this hotel. I booked here because of the location and was optimistic because "Ramada" tends to have a decent reputation. This "adventure" was a moldy, unkempt, unclean, disgusting waste of money. The pool was dirty and the water cloudy. The room smelled of smoke and mildew and was dirty, I can't even describe […] the condition of the carpets. The bathroom and sinks had mold everywhere. We were 2 days without a shower in 90 degree heat because none of us wanted to go near the bathroom. Half the lights in the room didn't even work. The exterior doors to the hotel weren't even locked, anybody could (and was) just walking in and using the facilities. I will NEVER, NEVER stay in this facility again and I warn others to run as well. Mehr

Very good hotel, I have no complaints

We stayed our last night of Vacation here. Just got off a week long cruise and wanted to relax before flying home. The hotel was easy to find and very clean. The check in process was nice and fast. our room was exactly what I had expected. The best part of our stay was the continental breakfast in the morning. they had fruit, muffins, bagels, cereal […] eggs, sausage, make your own waffles and more. There was plenty of food and plenty of room to sit down and enjoy, though we chose to eat in our room. The shuttle service to the airport was nice and on time. The driver tried to get a hold of the other group 10 and 5 minutes before leaving but with no response, he told us there was no point to wait and make us late so we left. Personally, I liked that. Overall, stay was pleasant. Had one elevator broken, and the pool water was very cloudy. Otherwise very nice.

Safes don't operate Furniture dated and uncomfortable Little has been done to update the hotel since being rebranded Ramada.

Great Hotel and Staff - only issue was my room had been smoked in by a previous guest quite a bit, let front desk know nothing was done.

The room was comfortable after coming off of a 4 day cruise. The only problem that I had was the tv kept losing its signal.

Although feeling it's age in parts, the room was clean with a comfy bed and a good shower. The breakfast was adequate and the staff friendly and the rooms very quiet.

We have chosen this hotel only because of its near airport location with the shuttle service promised to be provided. However, when we needed a shuttle to get back to the hotel after we returned our rented car, it took us two hours before we've been picked up in airport. During this period we called the hotel reception many time and always had been […] told that the shuttle is on the way, which prevented us to take a taxi or other transportation. Next morning the same shuttle brought us to the airport and a driver could not open the rear door to take our luggage out from the van, which put all passengers in danger to be late on the flights. That's why we consider level of the service in this hotel is not sustainable and not appropriate for the Ramada brand. Mehr

Very close to the airport and easy to get to. Good spacious clean rooms. Small convenience store in the hotel to buy water,snacks. Good Free breakfast.

Great hotel and great location if you want to be near the airport.

We stayed overnight on our way to a Disney cruise. The complimentary Airport pickup service was a little late but, other than that, everything was excellent. Comfortable beds for a good night's sleep and a very good complimentary breakfast. We would stay here again.

Really surprised to find so much room in the suite. After a long day with a 2 yr. old, the room afforded an opportunity for a wonderful play area. A 'pocket door' between the bed area and the sitting area would have been nice but the room was clean and spacious. Would definitely come back and also recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel was in a great location. Lots of restaurants very close, and very close to the airport. The continental breakfast was just ok but had a pretty good variety. Our room had several lights out, was missing a bed sham and only had one roll of toilet paper. These things aren't that big of a deal but I just found it odd.

The location to the airport was perfect. Overall hotel was very clean. Nice breakfast as well. Would definitely stay again

My hubby and I took a little mini vacay. We loved the three nights we were there,the bed was so soft. It was like sleeping on cotton. We will return for sure!

front desk staff is great ...

Nice hotel, and very close to the airport. The shuttle pick up at the airport took 30 minutes to arrive, but the morning shuttle from the hotel was prompt and very quick. The bed was very comfortable. I will stay there again.

Well appointed room, good breakfast.

We were traveling with a group and none of us had been in the area before. We felt safe and secure and the hotel staff were helpful and very professional! The morning breakfast area was clean and the food was delicious. We all enjoyed the variety that was available. We will share our experiences with others! Thanks

Great location and convenient to MCO airport. They have a shuttle and will take you to nearby restaurants, so you don't need a rental if you're there for a short time. Building is a little tired despite a remodel in the last few years. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The breakfast in the morning is very good. Very convenient to airport. great sized rooms. We were just using this as an over night stay before we headed down to south florida. DO NOT take any car hire advice from the guy on the desk. He sent us to a place in the Wyngate hotel nearby...do not touch!

This was a great value hotel. Our family met up from different origins and stayed in a 6-person suite before heading for a cruise. Worked perfect!

Very nice room with a sitting room in addition to the two beds. Great location, very near the airport. Also shuttle to airport available. Not close to the parks - but we were not interested in that for this trip. Very nice neighborhood with restaurants relatively close. Not "next door" but within a few minute drive or a 10-15 min walk. We enjoy our stay in this hotel. The mattress was very comfortable and the bedding was nice. The shower was not working well, we had to leave the water running when we left. Also the bathroom was making weird noises all night long. Besides that, yes, we will stay in that hotel again.

got a suite why because i had a family it was small and terrible the aircondition didnt work and the bed were very bad the hide a way bed was very bad all and all there was nothing good about this hotel, custmer service was verry poor WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN

Very good hotel at a very reasonable price - I always have passed Ramada by in the past, but having had 2 recent experiences in Ramada's I'm quite pleased!

My wife and I loved it, and the beds were super soft.

Just returned from a business conference this Jan/12 Cannot say enough about the excellent service, the cleanliness and warm hospitality of the Inn. I am sure hotels have at least 2 grades of room, one for those who overpaid on the hotels website and one grade of room for dicount renters that use this website and other discounters, our room was $16 dollars cheaper BUT an outlet literally sparked when I plugged in my computer and the wallpaper was cut crooked and didnt go to the kickplate of the […] carpet. If not for a couple of bad incidents, this would not be a bad place to say. After arrival at the airport, we called the hotel for a shuttle and was told they would be there shortlly. We waited for 40 minutes and had to call again and were told that the driver didn't see anyone at the designatred waiting area, so he didn't stop. (Even though there was […] a group of six with a two and five year old at 11:00 P.M.) After another 15 minutes a driver in a non Ramada inn Shuttle arrives and takes us to our hotel. After our check in, we see an advertisement slipped under our door for food delivery. Not having eaten on the airplane, two hungry kids, and everything else closed, we decide to order out. Order is given, credit card info is taken and wait time of 30 minutes. During the wait, we scan the t.v. channels and see a warning from the hotel that a company offering takeout is not recommended by the hotel as it could be a fraudulent company. Our first thought is that credit card info is given out, and our whole trip is ruined. Much like the movie Vacation. Anyway, to make a long story short the food arrives and we cancel the credit card because the hotel clerk says the restaurant doesnt have a good address and it can.t be verified where the food is prepared. So we sit with 50 dollars worth of food that no one will eat for fear of food poisoning. We then opt to eat some frozen mini pizzas that the hotel has in the freezer. Another 25 dollars. Our only complaint regarding this fiasco is that the clerk should have told us about this in person, knowing we were wanting to find a place to eat, and the room itself should have had a warning placed in a prominat place warning consumers of this fraudulent activity. It was only by clear happenstance that we learned of it while scanning the TV channels. Later, we saw a posting on a shelf below the counter at the far end of the counter. The hotel was close to the airport. They have a full delicious breakfast. Their staff was friendly and helpful.

This was a good value for a mid-level hotel. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever found in a hotel. All the rooms are suites and I really liked the layout/use of space for that extra roomy feel within a typical sized room. Based on recent reviews of poor internet service, I asked for a room located near a router and had few problems. Service […] did drop out here and there on my first day, but almost immediately reconnected and did not interfere with my work. Service worked well the rest of my 3 day stay. As noticed in other reviews the tub water did run/drip continuously; it wasn't a problem for me, but hopefully something they would want to fix. The breakfast was good with hot eggs & sausage served daily along with usual cold items, breads, waffle maker, etc. Overall I was impressed with my stay and would consider staying there again for the right price- since it's located further away from my destination.
