Stayed at Stoneleigh two times for a week each time. Had a very smooth experience. Nice restaurant with great breakfast selection (Texas benedict, tacos) perfect for a jet-lagged self. Accessible to restaurants and bars and uptown.

Had a great weekend. 2 thumbs up. Nice getaway.

Would recommend to anyone. Will definitely stay there again. Loved the location and the layout.

I was almost sold on this hotel as my favorite place to stay in Dallas...until I was woken up at 6:30am by the construction outside of my room! And I am talking jackhammering, whistles, and the whole nine. Infuriating and it gave me it a migraine. How many brain cells does it take to know it isn't a good idea to put any guest in a room next to noise??? The […] surrounding neighborhood is great and very convenient. And the restaurant downstairs is tasty as well. Front Desk Staff-use common sense in order to ensure your guests have a restful night's sleep! Mehr

The Stoneleigh is a wonderful building, with an old school vibe. It's conveniently located to bars and restaurants. The room was large and clean, but he bed was uncomfortable. On the other hand, the entire staff was great. The only incident we had was we were charged for a redbull from the minibar even though we declined a key for it. This was quickly […] resolved though. Very clean and well appointed, art decostyle hotel in pleasnt part of town. Excellent restaurant and service. Should provide newspaper to each room.

The Stoneleigh is never a disappointment. We always enjoy the easy walk to wonderful restaurants and cultural events. The hotel is welcoming and comfortable. The only thing on my wish list is morning coffee on every floor like they have at the Zaza in Houston.

My wife was amazed on our 16th year Anniversary.....

Great Customer service, Fantastic rooms, Big closets. close to the American Airlines Center as well as a ton of great places to eat and drink.

The hotel was nice & the restaurant was great. But we requested a hotel room w/ a large garden tub. Hotel.com sent us there & there weren't any garden tubs in the hotel. Hotels.com refused to accomadate us with a different hotel, once we were there. We will definately not use them again in the future

My daughter's and my stay at the Stoneleigh was worth the price. We were able to walk to the Nasher Sculpture Garden and Dallas Museum of Art. There were great restaurants nearby, and this part of Dallas features teee-lined streets. I would have liked a coffee shop, or at least coffee in the lobby past 9:00 A.M. on Saturday and Sunday, and a dtug store. […] But, it's lovely, large rooms, quality service and neighborhood ambience helped make our stay a memorable one. .I would recommend the Stoneleigh. This hotel is the closest thing to home if your staying in Dallas. Beautiful, quiet neighbourhood. Service is impecable and friendly. Close to the World Trade Market Center, great restaurants and a straight shot to the airport. My second time staying there and I'd return again.

I stayed at this hotel durring a confernce and of course when traveling as a group for work you are bound to run into an issue or two. The hotel staff was verry accomodating, friendly, and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of public parking in a few blocks radious so therefore making vallet parking a must

This old hotel has had a new do. The bar is moved into the lobby area and the restaurant is back where the bar was. Big improvement. Rooms are spacious and well done. Nice new entrance, She still shows her age here and there, but for those that like older girls like The Stoneleigh, they will be pleased with the upgrade.

Dirty flatware with room service, key not working on third day, over an hour to get disappearing minibar key(finally had to go get it ourselves) and wrong food brought for breakfast. Very loud music that they "forgot" to turn off on Friday night. However, room was great, service was friendly, food was excellent. In spite of above, would come again […] and wd recommend to others. The hotel is very nice, clean & in a good location. I was not impressed with the staff, they were not overly friendly. Few mistakes such as giving us a key to an occupied room. We were sent a bowl of fresh fruit & an apology which was nice. On the second night our key nor the security guards key would work. Took them 45 minutes to get us in our room. […] No apology given for this. I expected more! Mehr

I lived in this hotel in the late 1990's for six months. Wow has it changed. I was very happy with every aspect of my stay. I am going back in two weeks!

This hotel was wonderful! The service was excellent, and hotel and room were beautiful. We spent a half day at the spa and enjoyed every minute. The location is about a $6 cab ride to downtown. There's a bar in the lobby and across the street if you're looking for convenience. This is the spot if you're looking for old world class and new world luxury. […] Definitely will stay here again if I return to Dallas. Mehr

The remodel of this hotel is stellar. Great access to Katy Trail and McKinney restaurants and bars. People were great. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Stayed at The Stoneleigh for Labor Day weekend and had the best time! This hotel is beautiful, the rooms are large and clean, staff is friendly, quick service at the bar and delicious food at Bolla. Great location in Uptown...cannot wait to return!

Stoneleigh is PERFECT! I travel for business about 300 days a year and every chance I will get to stay at the Stoneleigh I will! Amazing luxury with a perfect match of the persons whom do a great job at keeping the stature of the Hotel at every moment. I have posted on Facebook it makes me feel like Jay Gatsby ("The Great Gatsby") everytime I walk into […] the lobby and room. Keep the deals coming because it makes traveling on a Corp extremely tight budget fulfilling to both my Company and Me. THANK YOU! Mehr

We really enjoyed our stay here and the food was good. We were happy to run the Katy Trail just a couple blocks away. Nice perk.

Love the Stoneleigh, have stayed there several times and will be back again in Sept for a wedding, great location in Dallas!

Oddly upon reading the information on the hotel you would think that with a 36 million dollar renovation the place would be amazing. Not really so much, it looks more like a very expensive rehab that was not executed well. I look at it from the standpoint that I used free nights to pay for the largest portion of this stay so I guess it was OK. But had […] I paid even the Hotels.com posted price I would have been very disappointed. I will not be returning, I would tell people to go in and see the bar, have a drink then leave, the lobby/bar are the best parts. they also tend to hide the fact that they actually add a 20% gratuity to all in room dining but do not call it that then add a line for gratuity again, along with a $2.50 service charge for using room service. Very sneaky in this approach I will be "Yelping" about this one. Mehr

when booking hotel the rate are changing on a weekly change. i hate it one week i can stay in hotel and next week i cannt because the price is way to hi. like by over 100 percent.
