Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 29. Jan. 2013Beurteilung immer in Abhängigkeit des Preises: Sauberkeit i.O., bei genauen hinsehen Staub, Kratzer und Abnutzung obwohl das Hotel relativ neu. Ausstattung nur zum Teil nutzbar wie z.B. Fernseher im Spiegel ohne Funktion (warum baut man dann sowas), Fehler konnte nicht behoben werden. Dusche war eher ein Rinnsal. Servicequalität: Kredit Karte ist bei CheckIn immer Pflicht, Hinweis das Kosten bei Abreise Cash bezahlt werden wurde "vergessen". Aber - Blick toll, Lage für die Innenstadt toll, freundliche Dienstleister, gute Organisation.

Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 6. Jan. 2013Das Hotel macht schon von aussen einen guten Eindruck. Es befindet sich zwar an einem Hwy, doch davon bekommt man drinnen nichts mit. Die Zimmer waren mit allem ausgestattet was man für eine Übernachtung nach einem langen Flug braucht, vor allem aber waren sie sauber und ruhig. Weder am Abendessen, noch am Frühstück gab es irgendetwas auszusetzen. Wir hatten keine großen Erwartungen an das Hotel, dafür wurden wir positiv überrascht.

"Very clean and spacious rooms"
We stopped at the Hyatt for an overnight trip. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again. The room was very clean and spacious. I thought the little kitchen was pretty cool. They have dishes and a little dish washer. The bed was comfortable, and our kids slept well on the folder out bed in the sofa. The tv could spin from the living room side […] to the bedroom side. It was neat to have so my husband and I could watch tv when the kids went to sleep and we turned it back to the living room side so the kids could watch cartoons when they woke up. The front desk staff were very courteous and professional. The breakfast was ok, nothin to right home about, but it was free and they had the cereal that my kids like. The only complaint I have was with the road construction in front of the hotel. It's not really their fault, but I am sure it will be nice once it is completed. I loved my stay at the Hyatt House in Richardson! The staff was friendly, rooms were clean and the grounds were well-kept. Decent breakfast and the evening reception is a nice touch- my only complaint is I wish the evening reception went a bit later- by the time I left work and got back to the hotel it was nearly 7 every evening. "Wish I could've stayed longer"
This was a very nice well equipped hotel room. The only complaints I have is that the complimentary breakfast wasn't as elaborate as it advertised and there are no elevators so be prepared to haul luggage up some stairs. Otherwise we really enjoyed the stay.Authentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung

"You get what you pay for"
Upon arrival, the heater in our room was not working. It was late at ight and the Front Desk did not answer the phone for about 30 minutes. Eventually someone answered and we were moved to a different room. Other than thatm the staff is very accommodating. fantastic large room with fridge, stove and microwave! great layout. loved the breakfast! (i usually skip the free breakfasts at most hotels...not a fan of stale donuts lol) but this breakfast was awesome! eggs, bacon, waffles, coffee, cereal, pastries, fruit, coke machine....A++++! "Enjoyable four days away from home"
We had a great stay at the Hyatt House in Richardson. It was just minutes away from my son's house and close to many restaurants and stores. We were very surprised at how large the suite was - full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, large comfy couch, two very comfortable beds, and a large flat screen TV with many available channels. The […] room was spotless. All of this was very nice, but what we enjoyed the most was the delicious free breakfast buffet served every morning - eggs, breakfast meats,home fries, pancakes, waffles, fresh muffins, pastries, bagels, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, all kinds of juice and coffee. They also have another small buffet on Monday through Thursday at suppertime. We did not get to try this as we were busy with family, but the menu sounded very good. All the employees were very helpful and friendly. We will certainly be staying at the Hyatt House every time we visit Dallas from now on. You can't beat the price and all the amenities! Other reviews gave this hotel great reviews but I thought it was just an average hotel. They had the regular breakfast buffet nothing great. Fairly clean with a few scrapes and stains. "Great place for the price"
I usually stay at places more like the palomar or the lumen (sleek, stylish, etc), but was low on funds so stayed here. I was so impressed! The rooms are big, clean, nice and modern. We went down in the morning for breakfast, only to find that we missed it by 25 min. The gal went into the back and made us a plate of eggs, waffles and sausage. It was […] really a nice gesture. "Good hotel if staying a week in Dallas"
The hotel was fair for the price that I paid through expedia. I expected it to be kept up a little more because it is the Hyatt brand. The bathtub was not cleaned well and some of the furniture was worn. There was a great breakfast and the front desk staff was very friendly.Authentische Expedia-Gästebewertung

"Great location, worked perfectly for us"
Stayed here with our youth group (I'm a youth pastor) for an overnight event. Huge rooms (we crammed 10 girls into one!) made everyone feel at home, and apartment style layout and secure access made everyone feel super safe. Even had X-box hook-ups for the boys! I love this hotel; however, the new pet policy has made it so we probably won't use it again. The price has more than tripled for the pet deposit which made the deposit slightly less than the cost of the room. Really?!!
