Friendly front desk staff and maid service. Clean, nicely decorated and comfortable rooms. Hotel is close to plenty of restaurants and close to OU campus.

Nice place, good breakfast, close to good resturants, rooms clean & well maintained.

nothing spectacular. unexciting breakfast

I only had one negative about this hotel but it is one that shouldn't exist and should be easy to fix. The wireless internet is AWFUL. Very weak signal and it constantly resets. While this isn't necessarily an issue for most people, I work while on the road and it was almost unusable. However, the staff is very nice, the rooms are clean and comfortable […] and there is a nice work area in each room. If they could get the internet issue resolved it would get a 5 star rating but the inability to work online cost me more in lost revenue than the cost of the hotel. Mehr

THE LAQUINTA IN NORMAN, OK OFFERS A FANTASTIC ROOM, CLEAN, COMFORTABLE. EASY TO GET THERE. NICE POOL AND SPA. ALL YOU COULD NEED OR WANT IN A ROOM, MICROWAVE, MINI FRIDGE, COFFEE MAKER, HAIR DRYER, INTERNET ACCESS, IRONING BOARD, LOTS OF SPACE. ATTENTIVE STAFF, BREAKFAST, ROUND OUT AN EXPERIENCE I'LL BE READY TO TRY AGAIN YRSTERDAY!!

We stay here two or three times per year. They are pet friendly and do not charge a pet fee. Nice big well appointed clean rooms.

Needing a Hotel where we could stay with our Yorkie was mandatory. Staying on floors designated for Pets is fine. Our room was clean with no previous 'pet' odors. Beds were comfortable. Only complaint was the air conditioning. Obviously is was not working properly because the fan ran all the time and the room never really cooled down to desired temp. […] It wasn't uncomfortable enough to complain about but we weren't in the room that much. Would of complained if staying longer than week end. We will stay here again. Mehr

Upgraded me to another room when I complained about the television. Completely satisfactory for business travel. The coffee in the complimentary breakfast was AWFUL. However, it was free.

I have stayed here before and I have always been pleased with the place overall, it seems to be in good repair and it is clean. I did detect a moldy scent in my room this time, I opened the room and aired it a little bit and it wasn't quite so bad but I still had to take a couple of anti-histimines to counteract the itchy nose and throat that derived […] from the mold. They might want to check around to see if there is a persistant mold problem or if it was just in my room? Mehr

The sink would not drain fast enough and as a result, toothpaste and soap scum would remain due to slow drain. Shower was also slow to drain. Commode required 3 flushes to get rid of all excrement.. Overall, plubing was bad.

We go to Normal twice per year and always stay in this hotel. We have stayed in others in the past and not been as happy. Close to several restaurants. Rooms are nice, plasma tv, work space, coffee in rooms, small closet with ample counter space in the bathroom.

Our room was nice and very quiet. A family with rowdy child was next door and we never heard him once we were in our room! The TV was large and the wi-fi connection easy. The continental breakfast offered many choices, including a do-it-yourself waffle iron for fresh waffles. The hot tub and pool were pleasant. The location was terrific for our purposes […] (visiting family in Norman), and we would stay again. Mehr

The hotel was clean and the room was great. The only problem was the air in the hallways/elevators did not work. Not sure if it was intentionall or a failed system. otherwise no problems

The room was cool when we arrived. I hate walking into a hot room and having to wait for it to cool down. There was no sound on ESPN channel and there were ants in the bathroom. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The hotel was overall in good condition, but we didn't care too much for the selection of food for the breakfast. Also, my only gripe with them was I had reserved the room for 4 people and when we got there, we only had 3 towels.

The hotel was immaculate and the staff very friendly. The A/C lacked greatly and the thermostat and wall unit did not do their job, so we slept hot most of the night. The breakfast was sparse but adequate for a free meal. Overall though, the hotel was well kept and a great experience.

We had an excellent room. Staff was great. Since we were there New Years day they held breakfast until quite late. We were pleasantly surprised.

This hotel was super clean and well maintained. Nice garden area. Room was super clean and comfortable. Hotel staff fast and friendly. Great place to stay for a great price.

Awesome hotel for the money. Conviniently located next to restaurants and stores.. Big rooms, clean and comfortable. Great staff at front desk as well

The room and hotel were fine. Our error was in booking the room clse to the OU stadium on a game weekend. Way too noisy for non-football travelers.

空港からホテルまでタクシーで30分程度、またホテルからオクラホマ大学までタクシーで15分程度かかるためレンタカーがあると便利。ホテルの近くにはレストランやショッピングモールがあり便利。また、ホテルでスタッフはとても親切で、フリーの朝食も付いている。ただ、フリーのハイスピード無線LANは、（部屋の位置にもよるかもしれないが）ハイスピードではなかった。
