Breakfast room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast included all you need. Bed was very comfortable and had many pillows. Great flat screen TV, Micro Wave and Fridge. I visited many Hotels in DFW and that was by far the best. I can recommend it.

"Tolles Hotel - viel Schein, weniger Sein"
Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 29. Jan. 2013Beurteilung immer in Abhängigkeit des Preises: Sauberkeit i.O., bei genauen hinsehen Staub, Kratzer und Abnutzung obwohl das Hotel relativ neu. Ausstattung nur zum Teil nutzbar wie z.B. Fernseher im Spiegel ohne Funktion (warum baut man dann sowas), Fehler konnte nicht behoben werden. Dusche war eher ein Rinnsal. Servicequalität: Kredit Karte ist bei CheckIn immer Pflicht, Hinweis das Kosten bei Abreise Cash bezahlt werden wurde "vergessen". Aber - Blick toll, Lage für die Innenstadt toll, freundliche Dienstleister, gute Organisation.

Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 6. Jan. 2013Das Hotel macht schon von aussen einen guten Eindruck. Es befindet sich zwar an einem Hwy, doch davon bekommt man drinnen nichts mit. Die Zimmer waren mit allem ausgestattet was man für eine Übernachtung nach einem langen Flug braucht, vor allem aber waren sie sauber und ruhig. Weder am Abendessen, noch am Frühstück gab es irgendetwas auszusetzen. Wir hatten keine großen Erwartungen an das Hotel, dafür wurden wir positiv überrascht.

The front desk associates are HORRIBLE!! They have no customer service at all, in fact when you happen to ask a question they give you a side of attitude. I work in Customer Service in another State and these people need new jobs!! I believe there was only one woman who greeted me when I walked out of the lobby one day and I was there a total of 4 days. […] The only reason I stayed at this hotel was for convenience ONLY. I won't be back, next time I will stay at a pricier hotel and get better service and a clean room with blankets that aren't hard and krusty from years of use! My son and I arrived at 10:00 pm, we got to our room and the A/C wasn't cooling so we gave it 20 minutes to see if it would work, but it wouldn't. I went to the front desk and reported it and wanted a differnt room. I was told that there was no more rooms and a maintenance man would be to my room in 15 min. After 30 minutes I went to the front desk […] again and was told he will be rite up. Waited 5 minutes and he arrived, the A/C was lie on refrigerant. Back to the front desk and put in another room that I was told they didn't have. It stunk and reiked of cigarette smoke, but was cold. Now 12:00 am my son and i was so tired and just ready to go to bed. Do not stay here EVER MehrAuthentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung

"Cheap stay"
For starters, I had read the reviews re: construction, so I expected that. My family member traveling with me smokes, so I requested a smoking room, I expected it to be less than desirable as well. However the floor and furniture was grossly stained and contained ALOT of burn holes. I did not see any bugs so I suffered through 2 nights at this hotel. […] The toilet stopped up which a maintenance man did come fix this. The very worst part was the large red stain on the underneath of the bedspread!! Really? I was pleasantly surprised at the value! The price absolutely couldn't be beat and I'm sure it's because of the construction in the area. I passed it twice before finally figureing out how to pull up in their parking lot. Room was typical for this type of hotel, but they didn't pretend to be a "luxury" facility. "Inconvenient Road Construction"
It’s not a 5 star hotel so I didn’t expect superior quality. The hotel is decent and bed was very comfortable. They need to replace ALL their towels and buy new and decent towels. "The hotel cheaper than airport shuttle."
We had a 6AM airport departure, so too early for the nice complimentary breakfast, but we were thankful for the yogurt that was given us. Didnn't like this hotel. Beds uncomfortable. Location was poor due to heavy freeway construction. Next door to a Twin Peaks which may account for the drunks hanging out in the parking lot, drinking and partying from their trunks all night long. Hard to believe the hotel would allow this. "Comfortable stay"
No phone link on arrival at airport and their shuttle was not running that day which cost us $34 for a taxi. Return shuttle was free. Room and light breakfast were good. There were good value restaurants within walking distance. It is miles from anywhere and there is no public transport but that's the USA for you!Authentische Expedia-Gästebewertung
