Angenehmes Hotel, schöner Frühstücksbereich, gemütliche Lobby, traumhafte Smokies. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Habe für 2 Erw. und 3 Teenager gebucht und extra noch eine Mitteilung versandt, dass wir spät ankommen und sie bitte das 5. Bett herrichten mögen. Das Frühstück ist lecker und für amerikanisches Frühstück sehr reichhaltig. Zimmer sind sauber, Kaffee in der Lobby rund um die Uhr, ist empfehlenswert

i was upset that the rooms have not been upgraded recently. could have used new carpet and furnitureand a fresh coat od paint.the breakfast area was clean and the food was good. i could have stayed elsewhere with the same quality for less money but i think the free breakfast made up for that.

we stayed at the hotel in cherokee and went to the polar express , it was a great time , i would recommend the hotel and the polar express to anyone with small children , and the town was small but really nice !

Nice hotel for a great price!

Our stay was very nice. The room had all we could ask for to make our stay comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the complimentary breakfast was great. Nice sunroom. We will stay there again.

Very nice hotel for the money. Breakfast was better than most.

My kids and I had a wonderful stay at the Comfort Suites in Cherokee. Comfortable clean beds...very soft. Staff was accomodating. Close to the Polar Express. Would recommend to anyone!

this is the second year we've stayed in this hotel and we'll definitely be back next year. Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable large rooms.

Far more than we expected. So very very clean. Large bedroom and living room. Very comfortable beds Breakfast very goog plus they had a woman constantly replenishing everything and cleaning. Very impressed

This hotel was clean and comfy. Staff very nice. Super close to entrance to Great Smokey’s good neighborhood. Our balcony view was great loved waking up to the mountainside! Movie theater very close and Cherokee village with cultural exhibits on the same street. Great little diner just a block away and several other dining options within walking distance. […] Breakfast had a nice variety, was fresh and service good. The atrium dinning gave a great view. Our family, four adults and a one year old, was given the perfect room that did not make us feel cramped. We were very satisfied with our stay. The only small negative was the continental breakfast. There was a good assortment of food, but with the hotel being sold out, the breakfast as a mad house with only one woman trying to keep up with everything. […] However, we would definitely stay again. I found this hotel to be exceptionally nice. It was clean, and the people there were nice. The room was located on the backside of the hotel, which was a little funky. Ask for a room on the street side, they all had balconies. The only gripe I could come up with was it was the end of Sept and cold in Cherokee. We had a difficult time with the heater […] in the room. It was either blowing really hot air, or blew out too cold air to be comfortable. Mehr

Nice hotel for a great price!!

Our family went up for the weekend. The beds were very cozy. Our daughter slept on the pull out it wasn't so comfy. We will stay here again - we'll just get 2 rooms next time. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location.

We enjoyed our stay. The suite was nice the only thing is that we did not get a room on the front that had a balcony. I would have loved to had that. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Balconies need a litte spruce-up. Also there was no chair in room - very unusual. Otherwise no complaints at all.

My husband and I went up for the weekend to get away without the kids and spend some time together. We have stopped in Cherokee on the way back thru (or on the way to) various other destinations but we had never stayed the night. So we decided to stay in Cherokee and researched for a room. The staff was great. They were all so very polite and helpful. […] Check in was a breeze and the room was clean and just what we had asked for. The pool was also great. Very nice accommodations. The breakfast bar is fabulous. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

I stayed here with my parents for a few nights and it was nice and clean and no stinking smoke smell. I will stay here every time I come back. The only bad thing about this place was a smell in the entry way because their is not any air circulation in the small entrance, other than that, this is a wonderful place to stay.

Hotel is great! Two things need to be corrected for customer satisfaction. 1. There is no street sign located at the corner of the main drag in Cherokee, Makes finding the hotel and where to turn at somewhat a guess game. 2. Need to have towels at the swimming pool. we had no problems with our stay the hotel could improve on the breakfast choices, they were very few and not very good.

I stayed in the at this hotel from Saturday through Thursday. Saturday, the hotel had no vacancies. On Sunday morning, the complementary breakfast provided was unsatisfactory. The room was filled with hungry people with little food. I waited 45 minutes in line to get some waffles. There was one perons that provided the breakfast service, and she was […] utterly overwelmed. The other four days were much better, however. Reasonable waits for food, the the food was well stocked and of decent quality. All other aspects of the stay was wonderful. The hotel staff was helpful and kept the room clean. The location was very convenient for access to the Great Smokey Mountain National Park. I would gladly stay at this hotel a second time. Mehr

The only thing I found was it was hard to find because the names of the streets aren't identified very well and the ad for this hotel doesn't really tell you how far it is from the casino. After reading reviews on here, my husband and I were less than certain about booking a weekend trip for our anniversary here. But we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and helped us with everything I asked for with a smile on their faces. The breakfast was very good for being free continental. Our suite was beautiful! And the price was great! Wish we were staying more nights than one.

I had a nice room but the fold out bed of the suite was very uncomfortable. The hotel employee operating the breakfast room was slightly rude to my daughter when she asked for more sausage. The rate could've been less but in all the hotel stay was nice.

I enjoyed the standard rate i received from hotels.com. The only issue i had is that the elevator made spooky sounds and it smelled funny. Good hotel.

finding the hotel was the only problem...directions were not the best. The hotel was somewhat older but rooms were clean and spacious.

My boyfriend and I stayed on the 3rd floor facing the street your room had a balcony and 2 queen beds the room was very nice and clean we will be staying there again on your next vist to the casino.
