Extended Stay America Minneapolis - Airport - Eagan - Eagan

The room was very nice and comfortable. The cookware and kitchen service set/utensils were sparse but adequate. The hotel fit my purposes very well. It was inexpensive, clean and close to my final destination.

Room was clean comfortable and quiet close to shopping and many attractions

This room was perfect. Nice kitchenette. The tv was a little small and the bed wasn't very soft, but I have certainly stayed in worse rooms. The location was great for the Mall of America and the Metrodome (about a ten minute drive to MOA and 15 min to metrodome). Excellent stay overall.

There was a little soap scum in the bathroom but my overall experience was great! There wasn't a pantry in the hotel which I believe the brochure said there was, but I told my husband that the next time we are in town we are staying at this same hotel. It was a great value!

It would have been nice if the room was cleaned before I arrived. The previous persons's trash was in room. I've stayed here before and have had always had a great experience hopefully this is a one time problem.

Even though it was non smoking room it has smoke odors and towels were not clean it has toothpaste stain on it. We don't even have a shampoo etc in our room!!! I have never seen hotel like this:((. Horrible customer service when I arrived!!!

According to my reservation I was to have a queen room. Smallest queen bed I have ever seen, old, squeaky and terribly uncomfortable. Room was great. Kitchen fully stocked and marvelous. Room clean. Service good. Only problem was the bed. Also, when I made the booking over the phone I requested a pet friendly hotel as I had a dog. I assumed that was […] included in my cost. WRONG. I was charged a large per night fee on top of what I had already paid for having a pet with me. Mehr

It seemed like a nice hotel from the outside. However, the staff were drones barely making eye contact as we checked in. The rooms were nice with a decent kitchen set up. However, the bed was extremely hard, it was like sleeping on plywood covered with cotten balls, the shower head was full of scum & was not happy to use it as it looked as if it hadn't […] been cleaned in over a year though the tube & the rest of the bathroom were clean. Fortunately we were barely in the room except for sleeping and bathing so we didn't have to use it for long periods. The day we checked out once again the staff were like drones, didn't smile or ask how the stay was just took the keys & went back in the office and closed the door. Mehr

The hotel staff were great company, close to the Mall of America, close to plenty of food/restaurants and shopping in nearby plaza, convenient to transit system as buses connect to Mall of America and Downtown St. Paul. Had a good stay overall. However, others need to be A LOT more considerate of people especially at 8 a.m. on a Saturday morning - do you REALLY need to shout on your phone right by my head? Air conditioner was horrible, barely worked when it did, luckily it wasn't too hot, just humid. Loved the full kitchen.

The price was very reasonable, and the room was comfortable. The room itself could have been cleaner. Specifically, the bathtub/shower, and some of the dishes as well as the coffeepot were dirty.

ive stayed at a lot of different hotels for a lot less money and i had clean stuff everyday. Ridiclus that house keeping comes once a week for that price i would not reccomed this for that price there is no reason to charge that much and not give you a single ammenity i will NOT be back!

The hotel was very clean, staff was welcoming and helpful, location was perfect, and in a safe area. Although I was there on business, there were many attractions and resturants nearby I wish I could have visited. Mall of America, Metrodome, museums, etc., all close by.

The 4 night stay was comfortable. I would not recommend this hotel to someone allergic to pets. After a few days we noticed the affects of our allergies. But all in all the staff, especially the housekeeper in our case, were very helpful and friendly. The neiborhood was nice and near shopping of all sorts and plenty of places to eat out.

The only problem we had is the room still seemed to have a bit of a pet smell. I didn't think it would be that bad. 1 or 2 nights would be th emost we would stay now. We stayed 5 days and it was a bit too much for my wife's pet allergies. All in all it was a good stay though in a great area. Near shopping and close enough to the highways.

The hotel is conveniently located near the freeway however freeway noise wasn't noticable. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Our non smoking room was right below a smoking room and stale smoke was noticeable in the room. The hotel was willing to change our room. A nice place for the price paid

When I arrived there were only double rooms left (I reserved a queen/king). The first room I was checked into smelled very strongly of pet urine. They moved me upstairs to another room. That room seemed better until I noticed dark hairs in the tub and when I went to pull the sheets back, there were blood stains on the sheets! Check in was without trouble. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean with a heavy smell of cleaning products, almost to the point where they were trying to cover something up. The stay was pleasant except when I went to take a shower in the morning and there was no water pressure. I was unable to take a shower. I could only wash my hair in […] the sink. I let the manager know about the problem and he said they had some sort of plumbing issue and he was sorry. It was not a great morning considering it was 90° that morning and it would have been nice to be able to shower before my appointments. I was not offered a discount for my inconvenience, I think I will stay somewhere else next week. Not very sound proof. I could easily hear anyone outside my door and the people above me. Mehr

The room was clean and just as described. The room had a full kitchen, perfect for longer stays. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, which was a nice experience when checking in at midnight. It is close to the highway and the airport, but the room was not loud and I was able to sleep fine. Plenty of places to shop and eat within walking distance. […] The location is safe and very convenient for the business park in Eagan. Mehr

The room was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and competent. Some minor irritations such as broken remote and thin walls. However, overall the stay was pleasant and comfortable. The price and ammenities will bring me back. MB
