"Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt"
Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 20. Feb. 2013Das Hotel ist ca 15 Minuten Gehweg vom Trubel entfernt. ( Clubs-Bars-Restaurants-etc).Die Zimmer sind nicht mehr die neusten aber dennoch sehr gemütlich. Was mir nicht so gefallen hat , ist das sich die Fenster nicht öffnen lassen. Da hat mann ein Atemberaubenden Ausblick aufs Meer aber leider keine frische Luft.( Nur Klimaanlage). Das Hauspersonal ist super freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Houskeeping ist leider immer erst ab 16 Uhr erledigt. Und wenn mann laute Nachbarn hat hört mann alles mit, da die Zimmer nur durch eine dünne Tür getrennt sind. Aber mann ist ja im Urlaub. Alles im allem kann ich das Hotel weiter empfehlen für die,die keine frische Luft im Zimmer als Manko empfinden.

Abends kann man an einer Feuerstelle sehr schön draußen sitzen. Nette Poolanlage. Die direkte Lage am Flughafen eignet sich besonders für Geschäftsreisen und als Start- oder Abflugsdomizil. (Urlaub möchte man lieber am Strand machen.)

Der Manager an der Rezeption war nicht sehr freundlich. Wir hatten Wochen vorher zwei Zimmer nebeneinander gebucht, da wir mit erwachsenen Kindern reisten und bekamen keine zwei Zimmer nebeneinander sonder etwas entfernter voneinander. "Schöne 5 Tage im Ramada Hollywood Downtown"
EInfaches aber nettes Hotel mit allen Annehmlichkeiten wie Pool, freies Wlan, großzügiges Continentel Breakfast, Microwelle und Kühlschrank. Die Zimmer sind amerikanischer Standard aber liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Supermarkt in Gehweite Leider ist das Meer etwas weit weg um zu fuss zu gehen (sicher mehr als 1 Meile eher das doppelte) es […] gibt aber einen Shuttlebus für 1 $ pro Strecke unweit vom Hotel. Das einzig Negative sind die ungepflegten Klimaanlagen, hier tut Service unbedingt Not MehrAuthentische Expedia-Gästebewertung

I was a little weiry about staying here because the location was not on the beach, but they offer $1/day shuttle rides & you really dont need a rental car. I loved the location to downtown Hollywood Blvd. Its right on the strip & Takitos connected to the hotel is the best. Great location , Hotel needs a serious upgrade and more parking space . Rooms were ok , bathroom wasn't clean . Staff seems ok but again it's the location was great . "A bit tired, in need of renovation, good location"
We showed up at 2:30 pm for a 3 pm check in that had been booked online at 6:30 am and were told that the room was not ready but would be in 30-45 minutes. We finally got in at 3:45. It was a king suite (which was cheaper than the king standard room, I think I know why) on the 5th floor that smelled like it had just been painted. The south ceiling crevice […] had black running along it that looked like mold. Our second night was a king standard room so we had to check out at 12 noon and recheck in after 3 pm. They tried to move us but had no rooms ready at 12 noon. This room was much cleaner and not much small than the "suite" The hotel has a nice pool, a tiki bar, and patio area, but is in need of a good painting, wallpaper replacement, and steamed floor tile cleaning. The hotel charges for local calls, parking is $5.25 per night, has free wifi which works great on the lower floors (4-5 bars) but not so great on higher floors (1-2 bars). Breakfast is a cold continental with the basic carb stuff. It is located in a touristy restaurant area and you walk through the hotel 3rd floor to get to Hollywood Blvd. We asked for a Mexican restaurant recommendation and were given one on Hollywood Blvd as you exit the back of the hotel. There wasn’t anyone in it and it didn’t look very inviting. There is a great Mexican restaurant about 5 minutes from the hotel on Highway 1 toward Ft. "Not what is online at all"
We read the reviews online and when we arrived it was nothing like what was presented. It is far from the beach, the trolley only runs Wednesday-Sunday, and the surrounding area is boring. Hollywood st. was a bunch of run down stores and restraunts. Do not stay here! Go to Miami or Fort Lauderdale!Authentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung

This room was norhing like the reviews the beds were great some people i am sure would pick it apart it is older so the walls are thinner but i would go back in a minute our only disappointment was tiki bar closed at nine probably good for us!Authentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung

"Don't let the exterior fool you"
We recently stayed at this hotel because our house was being fixed. The parking garages are a little small ( we have a truck ) but the staff helped us by giving us a special spot in the corner. The front desk staff was very nice while checking in. As we walking to the elevator and then to our room we were very worried because the exterior of the hotel […] is very run down. As we entered our room we were pleasantly surprised. Everything was very clean and new. We couldn't have been happier. We did not stay long enough to use the gym or pool but it looked very nice. I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Hollywood, FL. The location is amazing. Walking distance from restaurants, bars, and shops. Looking forward to staying again in the future. "okay for the price"

"First night in Miami"

"HORRIBLE QUALITY HOTEL"
This hotel should have never been in this website. The place is old and the upkeep and maintenance is bad. I could not stay in the room and had to stay with friends in town. The location is great but since I could not stay there it did not matter.. Oh and the elevator was not working. Dont' do it!!Authentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung
