Wir haben in der Neujahrszeit mit unserer zwei Kleinkinder das Hotel bewohnt und fanden es für unsere Bedürfnisse sehr geeignet. Das Hotel war sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich, und einfach "alles in Ordnung". Da es in unmittelbare Nähe zur Wohngebiet unsere dort ansässige Familie liegt, werden wir uns in alle wahrscheinlichkeit dort wieder zurückfinden.

Es handelt sich nicht um ein Fünf Sterne Hotel und ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Aber das Zimmer war tadellos und das Personal sehr freundlich. Insbesondere die (kostenlosen) Nachmittagsdrinks fand ich sehr gelungen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen.

Das Hotel war ganz OK. Housekeeping nur einmal die Woche. Zielgruppe sind ganz klar Angehörige von Patienten im nahen Medical Center. Ich würde dort wieder zwei-drei mal übernachten. Die Umgebung war ein wenig laut (Eisenbahntrasse in der Nähe, Technikgebäude des Medical Center direkt hinterm Haus). Houston Zoo und Science Museum noch zu Fuß erreichbar, alles andere mit Auto.

The hotel was a great price for a good, clean room. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. My only complaint was that the room and hallway had a slightly off smell that took a little while to get used to.

We are repeat customers and were very satisfied with all aspects of the hotel. The ONLY thing I would change is to offer Coke products instead of Pepsi. Entire family are Coke drinkers.

The clerk had our name but did not have the notification from Hotel.com that our reservation was fully paid; his record indicate that the room was simply reserved. I showed him the Hotel.com email to me indicating that our reservation is fully paid. The clerk could not find it in their computer system. He […] was kind enough to give us the room and said that this issue can be settled in the morning -- and it was. This hotel was a great place to stay. We were in Houston for a wedding, but we did other things on our own. The location was great. The hotel was really clean, and the staff was friendly.

I was really pleased with the hotel, even though we were only there in the morn and nite. Everyone we dealt with was very nice and ready to help with anything. I was really pleased with the cleanliness of the place. It had a clean smell throughtout the entire place and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Highly recommended

We were checked in promptly and the staff was very friendly. The room was very nice and clean. My only complaint was that you could not turn the window unit fan to stay on. I like the noise to sleep and drown out other noises. Good location, near the freeway, but not so close that the freeway noise is to loud. Wonderful continental breakfast!

Our familiy had a great stay at the Hampton Inn. The rooms were clean and comfortable, loved the variety of pillows provided. The bathroom was roomy and clean! The hotel was conveniently located near our event and was easy to access from Hwy 59

Buen hotel, a la entrada de Houston evita entrar cuando vas de paso cerca de carreteras y vìas, buen desayuno.

Es un hotel nuevo con habitaciones y baños muy cómodos y amplios. Buen servicio de desayuno. Excelente atención de todo el personal. Es un poco dificil su acceso por estar tan cerca de una autopista congestionado con vías marginales en un solo sentido. La zona de parquederos se copa a veces por estar rodeado de muchos restaurantes.
