Baymont Inn & Suites DFW Airport - Grapevine

We booked this night through because they had a free shuttle service from DFW. Then one of the 2 shuttles were not working, the other never came after 3 hours, we just had to get a taxi to go to the hotel from the airport. AND to make matters worse, I was traveling with my 3-month old daughter. Totally unacceptable. They should've given us the taxi […] fare off of our room fee. AND the front desk lady was not hurrying at all with the line of people. Mehr

We so enjoyed having a kitchen so we didn't have to eat out every day. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff made sure we had everything we needed. Wonderful! We will be back again for next year's conference.

The rooms were smelly and dirty. the night lamps were not working which is strange for a hotel to have several lamps out, this was totally a bad experience, will never go back ther again....

Waited more than an 1 1/2 for the airport shuttle to pick us up at DFW. They never came, had to pay $25 for a cab to take us there!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the room was clean and spacious for the amount I paid. They were under renovation, so there was a slight inconvenience. Overall, a good room for the price.

The hotel was nothing like the photos on their website. Rooms were small and missing some of the items shown in the picture. The website stated they had an exercise room, but they did not have one. The hotel was under renovations, so it was dirty and not worth the cost charged from the room. The people that checked our party in were not friendly and […] in fact bordered on rude. The breakfast provided was in a small conference room and not kept fresh throughout the morning. The only thing that I can comment positively on was one chair in the room and the bed was acceptable. The employees were very nice and helpful. The hotel was undergoing renovation (badly needed), which I was not aware of. First we were put in a non-smoking room on the smoking floor...I immediately asked to be moved to a non-smoking floor, which they did with no problem. Unfortunately, the entire hotel smelled bad, especially the hallways. The carpets […] looked dirty and the grout in the bathroom was stained so it looked dirty. It appears that the Lobby was being renovated, however my room was a dog. The room was in severe need of an upgrade from bed to coverings. The only saving grace was that the shower was great and the hotel was in close proximity to my convention.

It was nice to ck. in at the Baymont, while attending an event at the Gaylord Texan, and find out they offered a shuttle. It was very convenient!

It was a nice motel but nothing fancy. It was clean and the people that worked there were very friendly. They were doing alot of work on the roads around it so kinda hard to get too.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The TV didn't try to trick you into paying for a movie. The continental breakfast was very good and adequate. Easy on and off of freeway and easy to find.

Everything good except the toilet flushed poorly (twice)...but they did address it quickly. helpful staff, good location....other than the toilet issue, a good hotel and bargain

Baymont Inn & Suites DFW Airport was a great value. The staff were very nice and the hotel was clean and in very good condition. The adjacent road construction delayed our local travel but the hotel's location was very convenient for us.

This hotel has few amenities, but service was great (including $5 round trip shuttle to anywhere nearby and free airport shuttle). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was decent size, comfortable, very clean. Downtown Grapevine is walking distance, and some restaurants were very nearby. The airport is only 10 min away, but there was no noise […] . Mehr

This hotel was over priced for the quality of the property. Old and not very clean. It is convenient to the airport .

The staff here was extremely friendly and helpful. However, the beds were like sleeping on concrete. We found the following: broken security latch; dirty hand prints all over the TV; no trash can liners in any of the trash cans and while there was a coffee maker in the room, there was no coffee pot - yet all the fixings were there! The hotel itself was nothing to write home about, but the service we received was fantastic. Pamela at the front desk was extremely helpful and every employee we met was friendly, helpful and a pleasure to interact with.

Perfect place for a business trip. The service and the people at the Hotel, I must say it was an A1 (top notch). The only thing that it was not to standard was the shower head, not pressure whatsoever. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

The Baymont Inn & Suites was a wonderful place to staff. The staff provided excellent customer service and was extremely helpful in answering our questions. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I was in Grapevine for a conference, which was taking place a few miles away, and the staff was so nice and at every chance went out of their way to help me and make my stay a pleasant one. Thank you!

I booked this hotel not ever in my life being in Grapevine or in that area for that matter. We had gone up for the race in Nov at the speedway, and of course there was nothing available any closer so I booked the Baymont. The location couldnt of been better. Not only were we 15min from the track, but all the wineries and little shops were within walking […] distance. Historic Grapevine is soo neat!! There are also ALL sorts of restraunts around with in 5min to get to all of them!! for ex..Macaroni Grill, Olive Garden, Carrabbas, Salt Grass, and this BBQ place that was aweome!! plus you have the faster food like McD's across the street from the hotel! The hotel itself was just fine. Had a great internet connection and the staff was friendly so I would DEFINETLY recommend this hotel to others. We would stay here again without a doubt!! :) Mehr

Reservation, front desk, clean room, breakfast, convenient shuttle are all superb. Hotel staff are first rate and make you there highest priority.

The Baymont Inn is an exceptional hotel. Our stay was comfortable and quiet. Just across the parking lot is Bob's Chop House and Fireside Grill - two very good restaurants. We will stay there again and we will recommend it to anyone staying in Grapevine.

Grapefest within walking distance

For the location and the amenities of breakfast and swimming pool the price was great. There seemed to be some maintenance issues but overall it was a good stay.

Baymont Inn was a great stay. The staff was friendly and helpful in any way they could be. I would stay at this location again. It was close enough to all you would need to do in the Dallas area. The breakfast was fresh and great each day. The only negative was the beds. They were typical hotel beds. You can sleep on them but are not your bed at home. […] Stay here! Mehr

Excellent location for shopping, dining, and access to DFW airport. Shuttle service was excellent to/from airport. Very speedy and hospitable staff.

Clean, efficient, with helpful staff. No Business center/computer acceess was a disappointment. The breakfast was fine, not great. A good buy for the price.

1. The outer apperance of the hotel is beautiful, but don't let that fool you. Once we made it to the room, I wanted to cry! The room decor was ugly and the bed VERY hard. I felt like we were in a time warp. 80's decor everywhere. This was my first and LAST time staying here! 2. Customer service? What customer service? The two guys working the night […] we were there were very unprofessional. Neither of them seemed to know how to look up our reservation! Never again! For this to be a hotel in Grapevine, TX, they leave a sour taste in my mouth! Mehr
