Hotel eigentlich sehr ok. Frühstück für ein "Inn" auch gut Nur die Zimmerreinigung war mangelhaft.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations! The room was huge and beautiful - really one of the nicest rooms we've ever had (and we have stayed at some nice places like the Venetian in Las Vegas). The bed was great and with my bum back I know a great bed from just a good bed. Nice location and nice hotel. Everything was nice but couldn't upgrade to 2 king beds and would have been a little more comfy for our family of 4. But the price and location was great and the service was good. It is next to an IHOP.

The hotel looked new and clean. The rooms were nice and appeared clean. All was going well until a 2 inch roach crawled out of the pillow case and across my wife. We packed and left.

When we got there, there was no water so we were kinda disappointed because we wanted to clean up before a conference we were attending. We were not made aware before arriving at the hotel that there would be no water. My stay was okay other than that. The hotel was very clean and tidy.

I loved the layout of the rooms and the design of the decor. Very neat set up. I stayed at another LaQuinta a week prior with the same fllor plan and it wasnt even close to being as nice. Great room, extremely clean, and nice, new decor. Breakfast was adequate. Waffles, HB eggs, cereal. toast. danishes. muffins. could have had a little better variety […] and more selections, but it did the trick. Mehr

Front desk staff was friendly but housekeeping couldn't speak English. Had to make numerous trips to front desk when we needed something instead of being able to get it from housekeeping. Room was not Clean. Had to ask for toliet paper.

The hotel itself was very clean and located very close to where we needed. There were plenty of nice areas for shopping and dining. However, while our room was clean and tidy, there was a design flaw with the desk that prevented our room from cooling off. Not much of an issue normally but in triple digit heat it is a tad important. The desk was very […] wide and stretched from one side of the room to the other. There was a bug crawling on the A/C unit in the room and the only major problem I had was it was soooo hot in the room with the A/C on as low as it would go...I understand we are in Texas in the middle of summer but I would think you could be comfortable...we slept without covers on and sweated.

Everything was nice. Animals are permitted, so the carpet was still wet from the shampoo but no smell. I wanted downstairs by the office.

New, clean hotel. Breakfast was typical, minimum choices. Nice green space sitting area close to the pool. Unusual shaped rooms. I would stay there again. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

Just be aware that hotel will not save your prepaid room if you arrive late. Got to hotel at 12:05 am after a delayed flt to Dallas. It was over 100 degrees out, pitch dark and no where to go. They ended up finding a room with heavy smoking scent and it was horrible! I was specific that I needed a non-smoking room. Will never go back!

We were very pleased. We were in town for a family member Graduation. The breakfast carried us for most of the day. A large variety of restaurants in the area. We were happy to have an iron and ironing board. Our stay was quiet, staff helpful and attentive to our needs. Thanks La Quinta.

1] replace the blankets with softer kind . 2] no a/c in hallway, no a/c in elevator replace ful size beds to queen size in the double bed room hard to sleep with a family of four over all not worth the price , the staff was good, rooms were clean

We arrived at 1:00 AM, and the front desk representative was smiling and very helpful. It also helped that an IHOP was just next door, so that we could get up and have breaksfast in the morning. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and will look forward to staying there again.

I was concerned about the air when we first got to the air, as the hallway was hot and the room was too, but after a few hours the room was cool and stayed that way the entire time. The hotel was average, but the location is excellent and very, very safe.

Clean and modernized. Very out going staff. I needed a crib last second for my baby and they responded super quick and brought extra blankets and pillows. Would stay here again especially with the price I got on hotels. Com. The back of the door said the rates are upwards to almost 289 a night.

Reasonably priced room, with a very cheaply made coffee maker-no cups; no microfridge as advertised; no extra toiletries but soap and only shampoo Lobby wi-fi worked, but the breakfast was lacking in style and presentation, and the microwave to warm up your muffin was filthy. I took my 'breakfast' back to the room because the TV was on so loud.

This was my second time staying at this hotel & I will stay there every time I travel to the Plano area. The hotel is very nice, the rooms are very clean & decorated beautifully, the grounds are very well maintained & the staff is wonderful...all for a great price!

Room was nice,but air conditioning was hard to get set and stay a consistant temperature. Needed the room for extra night and they accomidated me easily and with discount,appecieted that.

Best hotel I ever stayed in... I travel a lot on business trips and found this hotel to be one of the best stays I have ever had. I highly recommend it to everyone. Expedia did a great job of booking it for me.
