Ich war ziemlich zufriedem mit dem Hotel. Man sollte nicht lärmempfindlich sein, da das Hotel im Grunde direkt am Expw liegt. (Dallas ist als Stadt an sich aber recht laut). Das Hotel serviert ein Full Breakfast, das den Namen auch verdient. Wer zwei-drei Tage in Dallas verbringt, sollte sich dieses Hotel näher ansehen. Service und Freundlichkeit waren ausgezeichnet. Die Umgebung ist eine mittlere- bis gehobene Wohngegend.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Flughafen und bietet neben einem Blick aufs Rollfeld (Fluglärm bei geschlossenem Fenster nicht hörbar) einen kostenlosen (Tips USA-typisch nicht inkludiert). Wir haben es als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit vor einem Weiterflug am Folgetag genutzt. Hierzu eignet es sich wirklich hervorragend.

Das Hotel liegt in ruhiger Stadtrandnähe (nur wenige Autominuten vom Zentrum entfernt). Allerdings gibt es in der direkten Umgebung keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sondern nur ein Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe, bzw. einen Fast-Food-Laden ca. eine Meile entfernt. Im Hotel wurde der in dieser Preisklasse übliche Standard geboten. Das Frühstück war vielseitig. Wir waren sehr zufrieden (Empfang, Sauberkeit) und können dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen.
Lage
La Quinta Inn and Suites Dallas Plano West liegt in Plano, Plano - Richardson. Folgende Sehenswürdigkeiten befinden sich in der Umgebung: University of Texas at Dallas, Cavanaugh Flight Museum und Collin Creek Mall. Zu den weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung gehören: Dr Pepper Ballpark und Galleria Dallas.

"Very Pleasantly Surprised"
Clean and modernized. Very out going staff. I needed a crib last second for my baby and they responded super quick and brought extra blankets and pillows. Would stay here again especially with the price I got on hotels. Com. The back of the door said the rates are upwards to almost 289 a night.
Room was nice,but air conditioning was hard to get set and stay a consistant temperature. Needed the room for extra night and they accomidated me easily and with discount,appecieted that.

"Good Location"
This Hotel is in a good location , close to the highway. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The Hotel smelled old and the hallways and room were hot. They did change us to another room. It was somewhat better. The sheets and towels were thin and not good quality.

"LaQuinta in Plano TX"
The walls are paper thin and you can hear people in the next room doing EVERYTHING, plus you can hear the TV and toilets flush. Will not stay here again or recommend to anyone.

The La Quinta in Plano, TX was beautiful. I loved the modern day look and style. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was very satisfying with a nice selection to choose from. I will make sure my next visit will be with them. Thank you.

"I would recommend this La Quinta"
We had a very pleasant stay at La Quinta (located on 4800 W Plano Pkwy, Richardson). The hallways themselves were bright and well-lit and the room was quite big. Amenities available were: a big LCD TV, (genuinely) high speed internet (my speed test showed a speed of 1 MBPS which is pretty good when you're in a hotel. You might want to use a VPN though […] since it's an unsecured connection), microwave on the first floor lobby and a washer/dryer on every floor. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. One of my friends recommended the La Quinta and I had to pick between Marriott and La Quinta and I'm glad I chose La Quinta - I would definitely stay here again. Very good value for the money. We were staying two nights and they locked me out for the second night because I had a room service bill pending from the previous day. I had just assumed that they would add it to the tab when I checkout and was very unpleasantly surprised when they just decided to lock me out. Paying the outstanding amount (low $xx) did fix the issue, but you don't want surprises like that when you walk into the room exhausted at 12 am. But overall, I'd still say it was a good stay. Mehr
"La Quinta, W Plano Pkwy, Plano, TX"
Highly recommend this hotel. It is near Preston and West Plano Pkway. Using GPS the W is important. It is several blocks N of the President Geo. Bush freeway which makes it easy to get to 75 N and S. The hotel is well decorated in a contemporary style. My preference for away from home comfort is a good bed and lots of pillows in a clean room. It had […] all of the above. "Better Than Expected"
La Quinta doesn't always have a reputation for their hotels being new and nice but this one definitely is. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was really nice and the continental breakfast was well-supplied and fresh. I'll stay here again.

"Spacious, Comfortable Accessible Room"
In most motels, I barely have room to go forward and backward in my scooter at the foot of the bed and into the bathroom. This room with the king-size bed offered space for me to easily "scooter around" three sides of the bed, and I could do a U-turn in the bathroom. Nice and spacious! I think we didn't understand their Christmas Day housekeeping because […] we didn't get any. The front desk person quickly and cordially gave us the necessities: fresh in-room coffee, cream and sugar; and offered fresh amenities like towels. We'll definitely stay there again. Mehr

Excellent hotel with exceptional staff. We were in town for a wedding and needed to bring our puppy with us. We saw online that this hotel was dog friendly and when I called to get details, the rep I spoke with was courteous and got everything taken care of for me. Check-in/out was very speedy. We were told the hotel was newly built and it looked really […] nice. Love the rooms and so did our puppy! The hotel is in a nice part of town and is very conveniently located to shopping and food. "Good retreat!"
My daughter and I stayed here to get away from our apartment that's having issues. It was a great economical place. I felt at home for the most part. The front desk ladies were very nice and professional. I felt safe and my daughter enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. I would stay here again!!!

This La Quinta is a different theme than their other hotels...its more like a New York Loft setting. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and all the staff was friendly.

"Very agreeable hotel."
A most pleasant greeting awaited me as I checked in around 9:00 pm. The young man even remembered my phone call earlier in the afternoon requesting a ground floor room. The property must be one of La Quinta's best. I stayed here about 2 years ago and again this week. Comfortable, clean, friendly, quiet, great location, no pet fee for my little dog, […] free breakfast, free parking, free exercise room, free internet, plently of towels. What more could you want? "so much better"
We started out at the Homebridge Extended Stay across the street and it was AWFUL. After one night we switched to this La Quinta and couldn't have been more pleased. The beds are comfortable, the AC works great, the decor is pretty, the room is clean. The only thing we would have changed would have been to have wireless internet in the room.

"Not what we expected"
When we were able to check-in we did not received the type room that was reserved thus we were stuck with a king bed for three of us in a smoking room--one elevator was out and it was not a pleasant stay. We checked in at midnight and checked out by 9:15 the next morning. Will not stay there again.
The breakfast was good, fresh fruit, yogurt and hard boiled eggs were offered with the breads and waffles. They ran out of coffee on one day, 15 minutes before breakfast ended, and the front desk person refused to order more. Many folks were disappointed and this was my only bad experience with the hotel.
"Great hotel"
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. The hotel staff was great, breakfast was pretty good and our room was very nice. We ended up with a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed. The sofa bed was a huge futon type bed, when folded out complete it was easily the size of a king size bed. My daughter got her own crib which was an actual mini crib, not […] a playyard. Mehr

"The Hotel was quiet even located in a busy area of Plano."
Great room for the price and a safe location. Hotel was very well kept - clean - I was a guest for 2 nights and would stay again if I am in the area and need a Hotel.
"Very Comfortable"
We were pleasantly surprised. Very comfortable beds and the room was very nice and clean. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices-something for everyone. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming even the morning we left. We will definitely stay at La Quinta again.
