Das Hotel ist wirklich super. Parkplatz kostenlos im eigenen Parkhaus. Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es gibt ein sehr gutes Frühstück, auch warme Speisen und Waffelautomaten:-) dazu gibt es noch zwischen 17.30 und 19.00Uhr ein paar warme Snacks, Chicken Tenders, Maccaroni mit Käsesoße usw. dazu 3 Freigetränke, auch alkoholisch. Wir waren mit diesem Hotel rundrum zufrieden.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Einrichtung entspricht sehr hohen europäischen Standards. Man hat sich sofort wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Motto des Hotels ist der Weltraum - Mond und Astronauten sind fast überall present und perfekt ins Design integriert. Es wurde viel Liebe zum Detail angewendet und die Möbel sowie die Farbgestaltung sind einmalig! Im 8. Stock befindet sich die Hotel-eigene Bar, welche den Gesamteindruck stilvoll abrundet. Das Moonrise Hotel liegt an einer der 10 berühmtesten Strassen (Delmar Loop) von Amerika mit trendigen Shops und In-Lokalen. Es ist absolut empfehlenswert - würde jederzeit wieder hin!

Toller Service am Empfang, nettes Personal, leckeres Frühstücksbuffet für 10 Dollar m frisch.Obst, Pancakes, Müsli, leckerer Kuchen, Showcooking der Frühstücksomlets einfach nur gut! Sehr schönes Zimmer, kein Fluglärm, obwohl direkt am APT (3 Miles) Zimmer mit Kühli, Internet, Flatscreen TV, Bügeleisen, Föhn, Kaffemasch... Tolle bequeme Betten Alle 15 Min Shuttle z APT, holen Dich auch bei der Mietwagengesellschaft ab oder bringen Dich hin! Es passt einfach alles....

there is no way i would stay there or recommend anyone else stay there. it was unclean, staff was unwilling to listen to concerns, safety provisions lacking during a storm, extremely bad!!!!!!!!!

Hotel was OK for a place to sleep, beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean. The hallways all had an smoke smell (not so in the room). Breakfast was below average, no one seemed to be paying attention to keeping items either hot or cold as needed.

"Just as good second time!"
This was our second stay within a week, and we were just as satisfied this time. Patrick at the front desk was cheerful and helpful when we checked in late as were the attendants in the morning for breakfast. If in the area again, we will be back!

Easy off, easy on, freindly & helpful staff, quiet location, comfortable bed and room, good breakfast, and no surprises.. No complaints - just a pleasant stay. Good enough to book a return on our return through town three days later!
the room was nice enough, we only were there long enough to sleep..next morning discovered ants on the sink, and other places in the room. I called front desk, her reply was to spray. I told her I didn"t want her spraying while we were in the room.

I was very pleased with this hotel. Very good location. Convenient to Scott AFB and many restaurant and shops. Great value for the money. I would definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean. The AC worked well in 125 degree weather. It was in a great location with many stores and restaurants nearby and close to the highway for quick access to nearby attractions. No complaints here.
The entrance to the hotel is somewhat obscured, you have to turn into a front lot and drive through it to get to the hotel. We had no problem with the breakfast service as was mentioned by some other reviewers. I would , however, suggest a second waffle iron to speed things along. Overall we were pleased with the accomadations.
Rooms was very clean the staff was very nice Had a problem with the bathroom and they were Down to fix it. Pool is little small but was clean

"Good Location, just do not being pets"
Room was clean, front dest was very polite and accomodating. The one down side was that we had to take our dog with us every time we left the room. Luckily the weather was not too hot but this piece of information would have been nice to know so we could have selected a different hotel.

Checked in at the front desk. The main lobby was in excellent condition and we were warmly greeted. The rooms were nice and clean and roomy. The bathrooms were in good shape. The pool was also in good shape as well as he adjoining hot tub. The tv had many channels on it and the beds were comfortable as well. The room was quite clean, and the bed was very clean and comfortable. We stayed for two nights and both mornings, the hotel ran completely out of breakfast. Many quests were upset and were looking through cabinets in the dining room. The hotel responded to the complaints by stating that they have a standard amount of food that they fix each day, and […] that the other guests should not have eaten more that their fair share. The night manager was SMOKING by the entrance to the hotel. I was very upset by this as my daughter is very allergic to cigarette smoke... the entire front lobby reaked of smoke and made breakfast unappatizing and the smell lingered from the night before... "It works for the price"
The room was clean and supplied. The shower on the other hand was my big problem. I think it came off the walmart clearance table. It had 8 settings but I was unable to move it to a different setting in fear that I might break the pipe out of the wall. And along with that, there was very little water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was simple with […] fruit, pastries, waffles, and COLD bacon. The breakfast area was very very small. We took our food back to the room just to have a seat. For a quick simple and somewhat cheap stay, this place is fine. Will I make it a stop when I have the whole family? NO Mehr

It was a great stay! If your looking for something that is quiet, clean, comfortable and affordable then your in the right place. The pool was clean and the hot tub was great after our day at the St Louis Zoo. Very relaxing! The breakfast was good and the service was awesome. I will be staying here again on our next trip!
