The stuff is very serviable

We had the ground floor room right off the main lobby. It was obviously a converted office or something. It was small and dark since we didn't want to have the shades opened cause it was on the ground floor. The bathroom was normal size. Good water pressure. Right next to Arc du Triumphe, easy to the metro. The room does not fit much more than the bed. Shower is very small, and the drain is slow. But everything is clean.

We booked the Emeraude Hotel Plaza Etoile for the location - very close to the Arc de Triomph and shopping. It was my husband & I along with our two young daughters. Arriving late in Paris, I needed a reasonable and well located hotel for a meeting the following morning. The hotel is very close to the Air France Bus 2 stop at Etoile on Avenue Mac Mahon, literally the next street off Etoile. I paid for single occupancy, and the room allocated was just off reception - a little unnerving. A tiny room, but with spotless […] 6' bed, wall mounted TV, coffee/tea and small bathroom but clean and supplied with essentials. A bit noisy, as this room was at street level, and during the night the odd rumble from the metro far below could be heard. Breakfast was not included, but could be ordered. If location is a priority this is a reasonable (but basic) one to consider, with very easy access to / from CDG airport. I would be interested in reports on other rooms in this hotel. Mehr

The hotel location is great; very close to Arc de Triomphe. The hotel staff were gr8 and they speak English. Only problem is housekeeping - housekeeping was not upto the mark. Rest all was gr8.

I check out a few reviews about this hotel on trip advisor after I had the room booked and was a little disturbed to hear about items stolen form the room while people staying in the hotel were out. I was amazed at the deal for this hotel. It's two steps away from the Arc de Triumphe and the Charles DeGaulle metro - so great location. It's an unassuming hotel with a very friendly and accommodating staff. Great hotel Great location. The staff was extremely friendly. Spoke english very well. The hotel room was small, what I expected, but was very clean. The location of this hotel is great! A quick walk to the metro/RER station easy access to trains to CDG airport. Very safe location. Great restraunts nearby. A very quick walk to The Champs Elysees/Arc […] de Triumph. The only complaint I have is on the last night I was there, people in the room next door were up all night and you can hear them very well through the walls. Conveniently located hotel in the heart of Paris. Can't go wrong with this hotel in that it is close to everything (metro station 100m, arc de triomphe 150m and the Champs Elysee (200m). Main thing I found staying here is that the streets in this area are very safe. Could wander the streets at 3am after going out and not have to worry about safety which […] was key for the misses. More specifically, hotel staff were very accomodating and helpful eg. had a £1k road bike to to take back with me to the UK. They helped me to source a large enough container to fly it home, ensured I had a large enough taxi to carry us (and package) to the airport as the preferred mode of transport was unavailable at the last minute due to Air France strikes. well, the hotel is literally few steps from the arch of triunf, and close to the metro. The staff of the hotel is nice they all speak english, spanish italian, is not to worry about communication with them!the room , like any room in Europa, is really small , but, who is gona be in the room all the time right? is clean confortable, small but cozy, and […] has a small fridge, like a miny bar where you can put your drinks and keep them cold. another advice , becouse europe with euros is too expensive , there is a market behinde the hotel where you can go shopping for water milk soda wine bread cheese etc. and please dont forget to go to the restaurant acroos the hotel called CESAR. is the best italina food that you can eat in paris. one more advice about paris, there are many and many gipsy walking on the streets specially around the tourist areas......waht they do they want to trick you. i observed few of them for curiosity and waht they do they walk around you and pretend that they found a gold ring on the floor and ask you if is yours...at that point you need to look at them mean and be like they are bodering you but becarefull DO NOT TALK WITH THEM. waht they do is that if you start talking with themj they will tell you that they found the ring and they sell it to you for any price even few cents..... but when you reach your money in you r purse or your pants they make sure to notice it and when you walk away they make a phone call to other gypsy in the area whom will go and take away from you all your cash. another way for this rude people to still from you is around the eiffel tower they walk around with maps and ask you if you speak english.....the answer is NO! don not make eye contact with them. if you say yes they come in group of 2 ask you for directions with a map in english and they put the map right in front of you covering your view wile the other will have their hands in you bag taking any thing from you!!!hope my advice will work. becarefull but enjoy it. L'hotel e la sua posizione, rendono Parigi molto accessibile sotto tutti i punti di vista... metro, bus, a piedi... se posso ci ritorno.....

Veldig nær Place de l'étoile, Champs Elysée og ikke minste nær til alle transport faciliteter (Bus, Metro, RER, Air France Bus fra/til Roissy og Orly).

ここは、とっても良かったです。まず、場所がとても便利です。凱旋門駅は地下鉄２つ、高速鉄道１つが通るところ。そこに１－２分です。その途中にマック他、たくさんレストラン等があります。部屋は、私はシングルだったので狭かったのですが、とても綺麗でした。無線インターネットが無料で使えました。私の部屋はバスタブは無かったのですが、シャワーがあり、部屋は暖かかったので問題ありませんでした。朝食は有料で悪くはありませんでした。全体のお値段がお安く、その割には利便性、清潔性、等、大変良いホテルでした。

Close to the subway, good restaurants, champs elysées...everything you need. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Very cheap considering what you get for the money

Vi valgte hotellet pga dets beliggenhet. Med kun få meter til Metro og 3 minutter å gå til Triumfbuen hadde vi alt innen gå-avstand. Servicen på hotellet var også kjempebra! Rommet var lite og badet hadde kun plass til en person av gangen. Vi benyttet ikke frokost.

Best about this hotel is it's locacation. Place Charles de Gaule (Arc de Triomphe), and it's RER(metro) station, is about 100 m away. Friendly, safe neighborhood. The rooms are rather small, but everything you need is there, and it's clean.

Billigt på Hotell.com men det är aldrig frukost med på hotellprisen. Dom tog 15 euro per person o dag. Mycket dyrt tycker jag.

Hotel com otima localizaçao, quartos pequenos mas confortaveis.

Mycket centralt trevligt fräscht hotell.

Adoramos a localização muito proximo ao Arco do Triunfo, qtos espaçosos pois estavamos com 2 crianças. Local p café da manhã delicioso ao lado do hotel. A recepção deixou a desejar pouca simpatia.

Enkelt hotell med meget sentral beliggenhet til en grei pris. Vi var en familie på 4 og fikk et stort rom med utsikt til toppen av Eifel tårnet. Kort avstand til nærmeste Metro stasjon. Dyr frokost. Hotellet kan anbefales.

Mycket bra läge nära Triumfbågen. Hotellet har 3 stjärnor, vilket känns rimligt. Trots att vi bodde på första våningen mot en huvudgata så kan jag inte påstå att trafiken störde särskilt mycket. Rummet var välplanerat, men lite slitet.

stanze minuscole bagno alla "francese"..separato...senza finestre. odore cattivo nei corridoi dell'hotel e nele camere poco aerate...

Vierailimme huhtikuun alussa Pariisissa ja hotelli Emeraudessa. Hotelli oli pieni, siisti ja palvelu ystävällistä. Huone oli todella pieni, mutta toimiva. Siellähän vietimme vain yöseudun. Hotellin sijainti oli loistava, metroasema lähellä ja Riemukaari. Hotellin lähellä myös kivoja terasseja ja pikkuputiikkeja. Sopi hyvin meille, vanhemmalle paris […] kunnalle. Mehr

Hôtel parfaitement situé, proche de l'Arc de Triomphe et Champs Elysées + Possibilité d'avoir vue sur Tour Eiffel. Personnel très accueillant et sympathique. Par contre chambre étroite pour un 3* ainsi que salle de bain, et hôtel très bruyant en soirée et nocturne. Dommage !
