Breakfast room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast included all you need. Bed was very comfortable and had many pillows. Great flat screen TV, Micro Wave and Fridge. I visited many Hotels in DFW and that was by far the best. I can recommend it.

"Tolles Hotel - viel Schein, weniger Sein"
Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 29. Jan. 2013Beurteilung immer in Abhängigkeit des Preises: Sauberkeit i.O., bei genauen hinsehen Staub, Kratzer und Abnutzung obwohl das Hotel relativ neu. Ausstattung nur zum Teil nutzbar wie z.B. Fernseher im Spiegel ohne Funktion (warum baut man dann sowas), Fehler konnte nicht behoben werden. Dusche war eher ein Rinnsal. Servicequalität: Kredit Karte ist bei CheckIn immer Pflicht, Hinweis das Kosten bei Abreise Cash bezahlt werden wurde "vergessen". Aber - Blick toll, Lage für die Innenstadt toll, freundliche Dienstleister, gute Organisation.

"Clean and comfortable"
We stayed here for a night before we left out of Dallas Love Field on a 6am flight. It was very clean and comfortable. I took a star off of comfort of room simply because the bed was very firm. I didn't mind that, though... I still slept fine. The hotel was a little hard to find, due to some construction and detours in the area. I also rated the "surrounding […] neighborhood" lower just because there is a high concentration of exotic nightclubs... Very busy at night. The hotel has a free shuttle to Dallas Love Field, but it only runs from 7am - 10pm. However, we told them we needed to leave earlier and the people at the front desk offered to call up a taxi for when we needed to leave. The pool was closed until April (being an outdoor pool) but it was a really large pool for a standard hotel - it looked nice. We left before breakfast was offered, but the dining room was spacious and clean. I would very much recommend this place! We enjoyed our stay. MehrAuthentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung

Not the best neighborhood. Three men appeared to try to break into our room around two in the morning. My husbands voice scared them away. When we called the front desk to alert them, they said they had sent these guys to to wrong room number. That didn't make sense since they actually knocked before using the room key. I stayed here before my flight and then after realizing that my trip back home was delayed I came back and stayed again at this hotel because I was very satisfied with it the first time. The neighborhood was not bad but kinda behind some clubs and gas stations but I never felt like there was going to be a problem and I never felt unsafe because they […] had a man driving around as security so I felt safe. "Very Good for the Money!"
Was visiting friends in Dallas and decided to find a reliable and decent place to stay for the weekend. The HIE fit the bill. The breakfast was nothing fancy but had all the basics of breakfast plus really good cinnamon buns. The room was nice and large. It does have a small fridge and a microwave. I requested a nonsmoking room and received the handicapped room. Unfortunately, since it appears to be the only handicapped room in the building it is also a smoking room. I was quite disappointed since I told the clerk a smoking room would make my husband sick. It did and we are paying for it afterwards. Stayed here with my wife and 3 yr old son. Front desk clerk was really nice, she gave my son a snack to enjoy while we awaited our room. Our room must have been next the laundry room or something because occasionally the floor would be shaking. Everything else was great other than that. Pool was clean and enjoyable. "Toliet made sounds every 10 minutes and kept us up"
If the toliet had not been making so much noise we would have enjoyed the night much better! When I told them they said I did not move the handle correctly. I would think in 12 hours I would have MOVED THE HANDLE CORRECTLY. Other staff were very nice. Local close to 35 but did not hear the traffic!!!!!Authentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung

"Nice place"
Great stay. Enjoyed everything that was available. Friendly staff and very clean rooms. Only downside was my taxi ride from the airport. Dallas Cab Driver took me to wrong Holiday Inn Express and left before I found that out.Authentische Expedia-Gästebewertung

"Dissapointing"
I wouldn't say its actually the hotel's fault. This is a very old hotel. Plus, the fact that a Baby Dolls strip club is one block away on the same road as our hotel was not very copacetic with my wife and I. The free breakfast is pretty lackluster. Not the same standard of Holiday Inn Express I am used to. Disappointing and in a rough part of town.Authentische Expedia-Gästebewertung

"Pleasant stay"
Really this stay was close to perfect except for one incident. We swiped a card upon arrival but couldn't watch movies, called down and were told that we needed to leave a card on file. Took us pointing out we already had, but we still couldn't watch, found out we didn't have the correct remote. Past that, the room was clean, the staff polite, the free […] water appreciate, the breakfast room clean and the food selection was good. We would definitely stay there again. "Way better than the reviews to date..."
Stayed here for three nights in late November 2011 and was thoroughly happy with this place. Clean, quiet room and front desk couldn't do enough to make my stay a good one. Yes, it's not in the best part of town, but hotel and parking lot environs were plenty safe. Next trip to Dallas, I'm staying here.Authentische Expedia-Gästebewertung
