We stayed a couple nights and had nothing to complain. We were out and about a lot and therefore cannot say anything about the bar, pool, gym etc., but the room and service were great!
Lage

"Better than expected"
When you find a hotel that is priced considerably less than similar hotels within a mile of each other, in this case 40% less, it makes you wonder if there is a reason. This hotel was a great bargain and I other than having an older non flat screen TV I could find nothing wrong with it. Service was good, well maintained and no complaints from me. "Quiet and convenient!"
The staff were very helpful and friendly. They took pride in their work and made us feel like we were special guests. Everything was clean, neat and affordable. Will stay again for sure

"The Baymont"
We were extremely please with the location , it is convenient to the I-75 and the staff were very friendly. The room has a nice smell to it as well. Not the usual hotel room. Very clean!!
"Extremly Accomding and friendly"
My infant daughte and I stayed here a week. The staff was extremely friendly and very accomodating to my needs. I would stay here again and recommend this location to visitors. Close to everything!

Close to shopping and restaurants. Walking distance to everything. Nice rooms and quality service staff. We arrived well before check in and the staff accomodated our every need. Would definitely stay there again!

Front desk staff was very courteous and friendly. We had no issues with our stay or room. Loved the fresh baked cookies. - The breakfast selection was OK. -Very close to large shopping district, that included a large selection of restaurant choices..
"Nice Hotel -- Conjested Area"
I stand by my 5 star review despite the fact that the main road leading into the hotel is very very busy. If you stay here, ask the front desk clerk to tell you about the back entrance out to the stores, shops and main road. The back way is much easier to navigate.
We were extremely happy with the bed, bedding and pillows... very important to us. The breakfast area was attractive and the food selection fine. We finally have found a hotel close to our kids that meet all our criteria.

This was the best hotel of our trip very clean great breakfast friendly staff beds slept amazing.

"Most comfy bed ever!"
Great location just off I-40 west of Knoxville. Cracker Barrel and Wild Wings right next door. Bed was fantastic, slept for 10 hours. Older TV but everything else was great! Descent fitness center with older equipment but no eliptical.

"Baymont Inn, Knoxville West"
The beds in our room were so comfortable! We had four adults and a toddler staying in one room and we had plentyof room. We asked for extra towels and they were delivered with a smile five minutes later. The hotel is conveniently located with easy on and off access to the expressway.

We stayed one night at this hotel and it is a tad bit outdated but they were in the process of renovating while we were there. The outside pool was clean and inviting. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great for one night. The only problems we had were that the televisions were not compatible with the Wii game console and we rented […] several programs which were supposed to be good through noon the following day but weren't. Nice stay for the evening. Comfortable and convenient.

Entertainment/lodging neighborhood, but not noisy. Room was well equipped, clean, good bed, and breakfast options (hot and cold) were kept in good supply by a staff person. Bit tricky to locate; copy the map or use your GPS.
"Second stay at this hotel"
This was our second stay at this particular hotel as it is "half-way" for us and our grandchildren. As before, the accommodations were just what we wanted. We'll definately use it again in the future.

overall i guess the hotel was okay. made reservation over phone. the first room we were took to smelled terrible. we asked for non-smoking but i guess it was smoking. we were asked if we'd like another room and we did. it was better but still had a scent to it. not fresh. bathroom seemed ok, took a bath and looked over and towlet at bottom was dirty. […] beds were okay it was late then and had to crash to get up early to leave. got up, took another bath, lights would not come on over sink. managed to dry hair without that. when walking out door light came on. also one more thing, something was going on at maybe ???? a restruant next door so guess what no parking......someone came by in an ez-go and we asked if they worked there and they said yes we could go (and he pointed) to a place of business across the way and park. "Just Overnight @ Baymont Knoxville"
We just needed to crash after driving all day and this place provided that. It was a fairly crowded weekend night and there were several out of town ball teams staying but, overall, we got a quiet night's sleep in a clean room without incident. "hotel in Knoxville TN"
For the money hotel was good. Room carpet was a little dirty with hair. Room had a musty smell. But I think the sink had a little leak which cause the carpet to be wet. If you wanted to do laundry hotel only has one washer and one dryer. Good overall.

This hotel is dirty and not maintained. First room I was given was infested with a large infestation of bed bugs and was filthy. Second room was dirty, smelled of mildew. Shower didn't work properly and toilet did not flush. Overall a very bad experience with this hotel.

"Very Friendly Staff"
The man at the front counter, Michael Jackson (yes, it's his real name) was so very nice and courteous to my family and myself when we arrived and during our entire stay there. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel needs a little updating, expecially with the plumbing (very little water pressure and the shower squealed the entire […] time it was being used), but other than that I would recommend this hotel. The beds were very comfortable as well. It's very convenient because it's right off of Interstate 75 and there are many restaurants close to choose from. Cracker Barrel is directly in front of this hotel. They offer a free continental breakfast that includes biscuits & gravy along with waffles and eggs. Mehr

"Perfect location"
This hotel is very convenient to the interstate. It also has a back entrance to a developed shopping area that enable me to get to plenty of restaurants and stores, I could even walk to some of them. And if I didn't want to try there, I could walk across the parking lot to two other restaurants. The hotel lobby, breakfast area and room were exceptionally […] clean.
