Great staff, Kristina was more than helpful and even went outta her way to Jump Start my early check out! Lol! She should be a MANAGER! I would stay there again. Rooms were comfy. A lil road noise on highway side, quite on other side for sure!

I booked with this hotel because of the price alone. The sink stopper didn't work and there wasn't even a fridge in the room, which I thought was odd. It was far away from our dinner plans at Willoughby Brewing Company. I also didn't like that the ice machine was on the second floor. The major problem of my stay had to do with the hotel service. Some […] of my friends stayed in different rooms where their room keys didn't even work, making them have to switch rooms. Who has a hotel and gives their guests room keys that don't work and then inconvenience them by making them move?! Originally we all requested to have rooms near each other, which shouldn't have been a problem because we were told the hotel was not busy. After the keys didn't work, two of the rooms were moved upstairs while my room remained on the 1st floor. It was very inconvenient. I will not be booking with you again. Mehr

We had to switch rooms because the lights above the sink did not work. The people at the front desk are very nice and accomodating. They updgraded us to a larger room but that's where the real problems start. The room was directly across from the elevator and catty-corner from the supply room of the cleaning crew. Never take that room! The shower was […] not cleaned. There were brown fingerprints on the side wal that looked like (and I really hope not) feces. I cleaned it with anti-bacterial wipes before my fiancee noticed. There was a used soap with hair all over it (ew!!!) in the shower which I just left where it was sitting. The shower drain did not work properly so it was like showering in a submarine with a leak. The toilet did not flush properly so you had to keep playing with it until it would fill up. All in all a pretty bad experience and we will never stay there again. There is a Wyngate around the corner so we will be staying there from now on. Mehr

This hotel has potential. For an quick overnight it was acceptable. For the price I expected a bit more but in the area it was the least expensive. I stayed here for a few days while traveling for work. Wireless internet didn't work.I had to go to a local coffee house to get any work done. My room smelled like a wet dog.When housekeeping cleaned the room, they didn't bother to empty the trash, or wipe down the sink. The king size bed was so comfortable and the pillows were heavenly. No kidding! Very quiet room even on a Friday night. Great desk clerk. Nakita was very accomodating and a very good first impression even when she was very busy. Good rating all around.

There were two principle issues with the room. 1. The carpet was dirty and in serious need of steam cleaning. 2. There was the smell of mold/mildew in the bathroom. As we could not find the odor in the linens, it appeared to be in the walls. We are both allergic to mildew and awoke with headaches. The staff was very friendly and able to answer all my questions. Nicely located on the east side of Cleveland and accesible to all downtown activities. Room was clean and comfortable. regarding to the price for 2 star , no resturant except breakfast , the sound and noise is transmitting finaly was expensive but the area is safe and the staff was frindally .there is no transportation in the area unless u have ur own car.
