Alles war ok und in einem guten Zustand. Das Frühstück ist allerdings keine Offenbarung, was aber eher normal ist.

Im Gegensatz zu den Inns anderer Ketten hatten wir hier wahrscheinlich einfach Pech. Unser Bett war total durchgelegen, sollte dringend erneurt werden. Außerdem waren es ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die wir mittlerweile gewöhnt waren ... wie Zahnputzbecher oder Cleenex. Der Kaffee zum Frühstück war der zweitschlechteste, den ich jemals getrunken habe.

Great hotel. Affordable rates and very clean. Front staff was great. Our second stay and would definitely would stay again.

It's a fairly new motel, the desk clerk's were awesome. Not a single complaint.

If you're looking to stay in Cherokee, then this place is wonderful. Very clean, friendly staff, excellent rooms and just off the beaten path so it's VERY quiet. Nice Noon checkout time too. Absolutely NO REASON for this place to be only 2.5 stars on hotels.com.......this place is definitely 4 stars.

We were very impressed with the front desk woman- Hope. She made us feel extremely welcome even tho I know she would have rather been with her own family on Thanksgiving!! Also, this entire building was very clean! We will absolutely stay here again!!

Close to Harrahs Casino, Blue Ridge Parkway, Cherokee Indian Reservation

Everyone and everything was great except the most important thing...the bed was hard. We spent two miserable nights because of that. It's not just about the covers, lie down on the bed and see how hard it feels.

Nice hotel but it is hard to find even with GPS. There are no restaruant close. I would stay there again.

The hotel was great. The staff was excellent very friendly. The rooms were excellent no problems. My husband I would stay there again. We are talking to family about a family reunion and using this hotel as our place to stay all together.

we were expecting to be closer to the casino in Cherokee but this hotel is several miles away on a side street- reasonable price but the breakfast didn't offer much for this type of hotel- a little disappointed

Hotel was very nice and clean...very quit, although it was just starting the off season, but still very quit. Had coffee outside in one of the rocking chairs...Very nice. if there was one draw back is that the coffee was not very good.

The staff were very courteous and helpful, the room was very clean and the hotel seemed fairly new. It was a very pleasant experience and I'll definitely stay there again.

Cleanest hotel ever, quiet, great location, helpful staff, comfortable room, big bar refrigerator and micro-wave. Satisfying breakfast, coffee and cookies all day. Definitely staying again.

A very pleasant overnite stay. Accomodations were very good. Anmenties good Continental b'fast very nice as well with alot of choices of different varieties to choose from.

Great hotel. Conveniently located yet on a quiet street. Room was clean and the staff were pleasant. Great breakfast items in the morning. I will definitely book this hotel from now on!

This was my first time staying at Baymont Inn and first time visiting Cherokee, NC. When reserving hotels online, you never really know the cleanliness of the rooms. Pictures can sometimes be deceiving. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was VERY clean. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I would most definitely stay at this hotel […] again. Our stay couldn't have been more enjoyable. The hotel had just been newly renovated and the rooms were nice! The only problem we had was with the internet, if you stay here, plan to haggle with Tech Support for a little while. This is very clean hotel in that area. We are glad we made good choice.

We were glad at ther location and closeness to everything. The room was ready and nice decor. Our stay was restful, enjoyable and happy. We found the staff courteous and they liked their job.

Room was clean. Breakfast ok. Could use more variety. Beds ok. Facuet needed repair , sink drained very slowly, handle on commode needed repair. When I reported this to the front desk I was told that there was no one on site at that time. Did received a call later telling us that their maintance personel was willing to come in to repair everything but […] the sink because of health laws. great hotel , very comfortable . you could ask for more. note they are very serious anout there nonsmoking policy and fined a guy that smoked in his room!

This hotel was great for our 2 night visit to cherokee with our children. The room was very clean, the staff were nice and polite, helpfull. I had 2 things I disliked, one was the room was much small than depicted in the picture on the website, ( they have a very large room on the third floor that they must have used for the pics), and the sitting are […] for the breakfast was too small to accomadate all the people eating breakfast. The accomodations were excellant. We had one issue with the flush handle cable being broken when we checked in but they offered to move us and had it fixed within ten minutes. Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable about the area.

This was located wonderfully for our visit with our daughter...and well suited to our needs. Staff was just dandy. Thanks.

The staff is great, rooms are very clean and convenient breakfast in the morning. The hotel was a little hard to find and was a little drive from the Casino, but is very close to the Smoky Mountain National Park.

Always a pleasure to stay at the Baymont.

We stayed for 2 nights and loved the place. The staff was friendly, hotel and room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I slept like a baby both nights. The hotel is about a 3 or 4 minute drive to away from the casino. The location is good and quiet. I will return.

Nice hotel for the price. Rooms nice and clean. Free breakfast could be better or maybe I was expecting more since we had to come downstairs for it. Otherwise staff at front desk great overall stay was good. I would stay there again.

Very quiet, clean. staff very helpful and friendly breakfast was good, hotel is convenient to all sights, yet off the main strip. Would highly recommend

VERY COMFORTABLE AND FREINDLY STAFF

Hotel was all we expected at a good price. People were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was somewhat lacking, in that it did not offer eggs, sausage/bacon. It has pastry, fruit, beverages, toast, bagels, cereal, so ok.

The hotel staff was very friendly, the rooms were very clean and up to date, there was no noise from the hallway or other rooms, the rooms opened into the hallway and not the outside. We were very pleased with this hotel and will definitely be staying here again.

This is the second time in two weeks we have stay at a Baymont....as before, it was clean, comfortable and affordable...I think we have found our new hotel for the future...
