In der Hotelbeschreibung ist ein Shuttle-bus angegeben. Wir mussten vor Ort erst noch zweimal anrufen, bevor nach 1,5 Stunden der Bus kam. Am nächsten Morgen war der Bus ausgebucht. Die Shuttlefahrt ist erst ab 6 Uhr möglich und fährt nur jede Stunde. Die ersten 3 Fahrten waren aber schon reserviert, sodass wir erst um 9 Uhr hätten zum Flughafen kommen […] können. Da wäre der Flieger schon weg gewesen, sodass wir mit den zwei Kindern um 5 Uhr an der Reception waren. Nach langen Diskussionen konnten wir doch noch mitfahren. Fazit: Wir hatten das Hotel zum Übernachten gebucht um am nächsten Morgen weiter zu fliegen. Der Shuttle fährt nur jede Stunde, und wenn voll ist, dann soll man auf die nächste Möglichkeit warten, auch wenns mehrere Stunden dauert. Am nächsten morgen hätten wir den Flug unter normalen Umständen nicht erreicht. Die Taxifahrt von 20 U$ pro Fahrt muss unbedingt miteingeplant werden, ansonsten ist von der Buchung in dem Hotel unbedingt abzuraten. Mehr

wir hatten etwas schwierigkeiten das hotel zu finden aber die menschen in amerika sind sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. im hotel angekommen waren wir sofort sehr zufrieden, service , zimmer und auch das frühstück alles super. wir können dies weiterempfehlen.

It was a wonderful weekend for my husband and I, we did find a toothbrush that belonged to someone before us by the couch, but other than that it was beautiful! Great breakfast sandwich and beautiful view from window!

The hotel was severely understaffed. The two people that worked at the check in desk also had to take came of cafe and room service orders, and also had to prepare the food. There was also no one to answer the phone when I needed linens for the sofa bed. I had to go downstairs and get the hotel at the front desk to get me some sheets. Where was the […] management? Mehr

When I first pulled up I was a little taken back by the security fence and gate but it was easy and not a hassle at all. Great Staff, safe, clean. I love the food and drink options in the lobby. My only issue is a small one and that's my room only had a shower with a low ceiling and not the best water pressure. I'm sure its due to the room I was given […] on the fist floor next to lobby. Just a string of bad luck, I'm sure. First room a/c was in major distress, judging by the noise it made all night. Super-friendly staff moved us the next night WITH NO PROBLEM. The room, however, had something else in mind. Went to new room, dropped of a bag and went to go get stuff from room 1. Returned to room 2 to find no way to get in. Seriously. […] Key didn't work, three trips back and forth to front desk, and even a managerial pass key did not get us into that room. Sweet, sweet young lady at the front desk gets us Room 3. (And a piece of cheesecake she had seen me eyeballing when we walked in.) Four hours later, my bag was freed from Room 2 and returned to me. Fortunately, I was up because the a/c in Room 3 would work for 10 minutes then blow "vent" air, which in Houston is MUGGY air. Like i said, the staff was exceptionally helpful. But Hyatt needs to get their a/c in good repair before it actually gets hot in Houston. Mehr

The hotel room was very nice. I love the idea of a king size bed and pull out couch. The people at the front desk area were so nice. Every one of them went out of their way to be friendly. I wish I would have wrote down their names.

Cheapest hotel that didn't mention bedbugs in reviews (!!!). Bit sketchy neighborhood, hotel bustling with all kinds of people. Not the hotel's fault, and here's where excellent service matters. Four service events--my room lacked a bathtub because it was a single (who knew?), so I requested a change. They put me in the room next door, (very convenient); […] even brought the key up! I left some fruit, but it was gone when I ran into the new tenants a bit later. The night manager graciously replaced it! When I went to put it in my refrigerator, somehow it had been moved from the other room! Service! The breakfast sandwiches were slow, but hit the spot; I got the last one, even though I came down 30 minutes before it closed. More Starbucks training needed, because it was almost too sweet to drink, twice, even when I had asked for less syrup. Very nice cozy lobby and comfy kitchen nook and couch areas to hang out in, with 24-hour modest kitchen menu and "Starbucks" (hotel staff). I enjoyed the luscious pillows very much. I really liked the rooms--spacious, WIFI, large TV, suite furniture and the TV can be angled to watch from either area. Nice water pressure/heat, nice soap. I was here for an event, but it made it like a little retreat experience for me. Nice floor plan, lots of mirrors. Far more than just a place to lay my head. I'll come here again! The hotel was just a stop/layover on our way from Canada to Jamaica therefore we did not take in any surrounding sites. The staff there was Very friendly, however there just wasnt enough staff. 2-3 people ran the front desk, lobby bar, cooking and airport shuttle all at the same time. I must say they all did it will a smile on their face! We chose the hotel because it had a featured rate on hotels.com and because it was noted to have a shuttle service. After landing, it took nearly one and a half hours before the shuttle picked us up. We weren't the only ones with this experience. Once the shuttle showed up (after we saw every other hotel shuttle go by 5 times), the driver proceeded […] to pick up other folks, all of whom had the same story. The driver alternated between saying the shuttle had technical difficulties and stating that all of his shuttle drivers called in with the flu. On arrival at the hotel (apparently the farthest of the airport hotels), our shuttle driver became the assistant manager, as he proceeded to step behind the counter and become one of two check-in people. This two person check-in experience led to a large lineup of delayed customers waiting to check in for up to 20 minutes. We were them told that our booking was sold out and that instead of a king, we had a choice between a "two queen' or a "king accessible". Needless to say, the combined two hour wait for shuttle service and check-in was not at all convenient for the purposes of a layover. To their credit, the hotel offered most people free food and beverages to make up for the lengthy delay. Of course, we were then told that we could order "anything on the menu" except for "anything that's a burger or contains meat" because "the food order didn't arrive". I guess the food order truck was also driven by the shuttle drivers. Mehr

We would definitely stay here again. The room looked more like a condo than a hotel room. The bed was super comfortable and the linen was cotton without any fragrance which is important for us because of allergies. The shu title managed to find us at the airport even though we gave them the wrong location. The breakfast looked very good but unfortunately, […] we were unable to have it because we had to take the shuttle at 6:00 and breakfast was not served until 6:00. It would be better if they started breakfast at 5:30. Also, the shuttle only runs every hour to the airport and every half hour would be better. Mehr

Everything was fine. The only complaint is I had reserved a King room, but only a 2-twin room was available at check-in. No big deal, but my expectation is that the reservation, once confirmed, will be honored.

the shuttle from the airport was great. The staff was very courteous and wonderful to kids (who manage to spill things!) The breakfast was a nice plus and we even ate lunch there ~ food was good... (and convenient)

This hotel is located on the backside of a bad neighborhood. If you enter parking lot from the rear you will need to be let in through the gate. The menu looks great but the food was cold and terrible. If I travel in that area again I would go an extra five miles towards the Deerbrook Shopping area. I found the staff to be very friendly and informative. Our rooms were very clean and loved the shower! We were by the elevators but didn't hear a thing which was unusual as usually in the past near elevators in hotels, we hear the comings and goings. I would suggest perhaps that washing the carpets at 9 pm at night not be advisable in case people have […] small children that are sleeping as that was quite loud the one night it occured although I do understand that was probably the best time traffic wise to do this.
