La Quinta Inn Tampa-Near Busch Gardens - Tampa

Schöne Anlage, Zimmer war groß und sauber. Sehr großer sauberer Frühstücksraum. Frühstück mit Waffeln, Eier, Bagels, Toast, Philadelphia, Marmelade, Saft, Kaffee... Diverse Restaurants sind z. B. auf dem Weg zum Busch Gardens. Tankstelle in der Nähe. Der Freizeitpark Busch Gardens kann zu Fuß bei normaler Geschwindigeit innerhalb von 30 Min. erreicht […] werden, somit spart man sich die 18 Dollar für das Parken und investiert diese in ein Deal Meal Ticket. Der Weg zieht sich optisch, da man die ganze Zeit an der Mauer vom Busch Gardens lang läuft. WIr haben den Aufenthalt nicht bereut. Mehr

Als Durchgangsstation für eine Nacht sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr freundliche Angestellte, kleiner Pool mit Sitzecken, mehrere Restaurants in der Nähe, nahe Interstate, aber trotzdem ruhig, super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Relativ Nahe am Busch Gardens, zu Fuss jedoch ca. 2 km zum laufen. Zum Teil sehr dunkle Zimmer, z.T. Fenster durch Treppenhaus verdeckt.

The room was dirty - I killed a roach - needed new bedding.. The one by USF was way better - I will never stay at the one by Busch Gardens again...

It was so bad I got non smoking and the room smelled like smoke. Also the light and alarm clock did not work so my son pulled the night stand out and there was a Mcdonalds bag with food in it and french fries under the stand. The kids socks were black from the stained up floor. The shower curtain had mold on it and the bathroom had hair all over it. […] I well never stay at this type of hotel again. Mehr

Filthy, room wasn't serviced during the day when we called staff had gone home. This place is disgusting I would not stay there for free.

nice room. good breakfast. nice pool. wanted a refrigerator and microwave and lady said i think there is one in that room--but no there was not. 4 of us staying but only 2 towels in room. no ice bag for the ice bucket. very nice to allow pets for free.

It is a older motel...pretty run down.....looks better in the pictures than in person...not the best neighborhood

Problem with smoke coming into our room from fan vent in bathroom Smoke smell was very strong Hotel desk workers morning and night extremely kind and helpful with any questions we had

Both beds had sunk in holes in the middle. We came into the room expecting a microwave and fridge. None were there. I booked with La Quinta because I had stayed at La Quinta Inns in Dothan,Alabama and Jacksonville Florida. They were wonderful, but I was very disappointed with this La Quinta, except for the location.

There were no toilet tissue in the bathroom. THE bed was more like a single instead of a queen. The bed were also wore out pretty bad, it had a sink hole in the middle. It was ok but i prefer another hotel on my next vacation trip.

Very close to several restaurants & breakfast served at hotel is perfect to start the day. The pillow-top mattress are so comfortable it's like being at home in your own bed. The children love using the swimming pool.

The location was great for going to Busch Gardens, but the only good thing about it. Our rooms were never cleaned, no clean towels. The front desk peple were rude. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone nor will I ever return.

I have stayed at this hotel before so i was expecting good service as I had before. This time it just didn't happen. I spent a little more to stay here but got the service as if I were staying at a much cheaper hotel. We were visiting Busch gardens for the weekend and the location was very close. Within walking distance if you wanted to. One bad thing […] about location is the Fire station is very close. If you are a light sleeper this might not be a great location. Lots of Sirens. When we got to the room we found it very clean but the AC was not working. Tried to call lobby but got no answer. There was no towels in the room either. I went to the lobby and she informed me that the thermostat was located on the wall near the bathroom and I was not to use the control in the ac unit itself (not a big deal but something that could have been answered over the phone if they had answered) I asked for towels and they only had 2 behind the counter but the promised to have 2 more delivered to the room sense we needed 4. They never came. As you know hotel towels aren't the best so sharing was not fun. Bathroom needed to be fixed. Water sprayed different directions which flooded bathroom floor and tub drained very slow. I might think twice before I stay here again. Mehr

First room was filthy. We asked for another room. They moved us to the third floor. The new room had no refrigerator or microwave, the first room had both. I called the front desk twice from the second room, the phone rang for three or four minutes with no answer. I then used my mobile phone to call the hotel and they picked up at the second ring. Room was comfortable, Dryer didn't work. Was very close to restaurants and Busch Gardens which made it a big plus.

Had trouble with TV not working--both front desk and Manager worked and got TV fixed in minutes very profressional and courtious. Great Job

This hotel deserves no stars, worse than any hotel I have ever been to. It seemed like it had been ages since any vaccum was done on the carpet. Cleaning crew forgot to place towels or tissues. A lady stopped by on the day I was checking out to ask if I needed any service. Overall cleanliness was disgusting, you could smell garbage all over the property. […] Breakfast was ok. Mehr

this hotel was not what we expected as far as quality. there was no fridge or microwave in the room. the neighborhood was a bit on the iffy side. the toilet was broken and took some work to get it to flush. the bathroom floor was busted tile. everything outside seemed unkept except for the pool. that was nice.

Very comfortable stay and so convenient to Busch Gardens.

It was an older hotel, but the bed was extremely comfortable. We did get a very good night sleep. I just wished it had more tv channels and a fridge and microwave.

hotel was gross. I specifically asked for a non smoking room and when i got there they sent me to a smokinig room. I asked for a transfer and what i got was a room that had stains all over the bed. Room smelled humid, and they didnt even have extra towels or sheets to give me. Do not stay here!

Close to Busch gardens as we needed, the Rooms were clean and the breakfast was good with lots of room. We will be back

this hotel was our new years getaway we had comedy club tickets and were set to enjoy ringing in the new year without having to have the party at our place..we had tv problems 1 set of towels for one person and the smell of bleach in the room was enough to knock you down when told there was no maintaince working and there were no other rooms for us […] to go we stayed anyway because at 7pm on new years eve there was no other options i have never used a laquinta and will never again been to better hotel 8's thanks for making us stay home for new years in the future...tony b. I often stay at la Quintas since I travel with my dogs. This is the worst one I have ever stayed in. The condition of the hotel is deplorable. Leaky air conditioners, old musty smells, inconvenient set-up of facilities, etc. Outdoor hallways meant no daylight in the room whatsoever, because open curtains allowed everyone to look right into the room. […] Furniture and rugs, etc. were beat up, broken. Great hotel for the money, did't like the surrounding areas though, but if you have a car it doesn't matter.
