Der Aufenthalt war von der Begrüßung bis zum Abschied wirklich mehr als zufriedenstellend! Sehr nettes Personal und wunderschöne, moderne Zimmer!

Gemessen an den allgemeinen Erfahrungen in Punkto Freundlichkeit der Amerikaner, eher unterdurchschnittlich. Lage perfekt weil extreme Nähe zu Union Square, Renovierte Zimmer aber nicht nochwertig, eher sparsam........ und wer keinen Wert auf Frühstück legt, perfekt!

Die Lage ist wirklich top und ganz schick ist das Hotel auch. Was mir allerdings nicht gefallen hat, war die Sauberkeit im Zimmer (es wurde offensichtlich nicht gesaugt) und das spartanische Fruehstueck (kein Kaese oder Aufschnitt). Ausserdem ist es wirklich laut und daher fuer Ruhesuchende nicht zu empfehlen.

Das Zimmer hatte einen kleinen Erker und erhielt daurch eine heimelige Atmosphäre. Die Einrichtung war geschmackvoll, das Bad war dezent und vollständig renoviert und machte einen eleganten Eindruck. Wir fühlten uns wie in einem 5 Sterne Hotel. Das einzige was ich zu bemängeln hätte, wäre der Frühstücksraum, dessen Wände teilweise in einem dunklen rot […] gehalten waren. und das Mobiliar ein wenig einfach war. Das Frühstück bot alles, jedoch in einer einfachen Ausführung. Leider lief immer das Fernsehen. Das Bedienungspersonal im gesamten Hotel war sehr bemüht und hilfreich. Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähre zum Un ion Square und ist idela für einen Trip in der Stadt. Man ist schnell überall und kann San Fran richtig gut erkunden. Die hygienischen Verhältnisse waren sehr in Ordnung, das Frühstück war zwar vorhanden, aber sehr amerikanisch.....es empfiehlt sich hier, Kaffee zu trinken (der war nämlich sehr gut) und […] eventuell Toast mit hartem Ei, mehr aber nicht, lieber bei Starbucks dann gut frühstücken... Wir waren bei unserer Rundreise durch Californien am Anfang und am Ende der 3 Wochen in diesem Hotel und die Lage ist perfekt um von dort aus alles zu Fuß zu erkunden, Geschäfte direkt auf der Straße und nur 5 Minuten bis Chinatown und 30 Minuten zu Fuß zur Fishermans Wharf. Super Bus-und Bahnanbindung. Frühstück geht gar nicht aber das ist bei den […] Amis ja normal. Man kann sich einen Kaffee trinken und geht dann besser zu Starbucks oder Boudin. Auf dem Zimmer kein Fön, kann man sich aber an der Rezeption besorgen. Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Nobles Hotel mitten in San Fran., nur schwer zu finden. Der Parkplatz ist eine Straße weiter...aufpassen...lecker breakfast, tolles Zimmer, alles passte.

Das Hotel ist ganz ok. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein und nachts ist es sehr laut, aber dafür ist die Lage super. Zudem befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle unmittelbar vor dem Hotel. Ein Cable Car-Haltepukt ist lediglich einen Block entfernt.

Die Lage des Hotels war super! Allerdings war unser Zimmer sehr klein! Das Fenster konnten wir nicht geöffnet lassen, da der Müll direkt davor stand und ziemlich stank! Wir hatten keinen Kühlschrank wie beschrieben und das Zimmer war nach 8 Stunden Sightseeing noch nicht gereinigt. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Serviceangebot wie WLAN, Frühstück, Minibar, Lobby etc. Ist grosszügig und sehr guter Standard!

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön jedoch eher spartanisch eingerichtet. Eine Ablage für den Koffer oder ein Tisch fehlen gänzlich. Die Heizung ist sehr laut! Auch hört man diese vom den umliegenden Zimmern. Hervorragend ist die Bar und das Resaturant des Hotels. Die lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls sehr gut.

Perfekte Lage in Gehweite der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Busstation direkt vor dem Haus, Metro und BART etwa 5 min zu Fuß). Parkmöglichkeiten gleich gegenüber bzw. in unmittelbarer Nähe in zwei Parkhäusern. Strassenseitige Zimmer etwas laut und heiß (wir hatten tolles Wetter!)

After a very long overseas flight , Front Desk Manager whose name is Angle, welcome us, there was some one in the desk who started new tried to checked us in without any succes than angle start to give him training while we are waiting. After a while Angle told us that our credit card giving error, we told him that we can call our bank but it is night […] in our country because of time difference so we can leave some cash ( by the way hotel was prepaid) he told us we need to leave credit card. We told him we are very tired after a very long flight he need to give us some solution, than he started to yell to us that he will call police we need to give credit card. We were shocked. We never saw such a attitude in our life even in motels or hostels. We felt like we were in prison rather than vacation and our holiday is ruined. After some time we solved the issue with bank. Bank just blocked our card for security reasons for overseas and they unlocked it. We left a day early from hotel and san francisco. While we are checking out we wanted to speak hotel manager and we have been told that she is in a meeting and cant speak with us. Besides, hotel is too noisy, rooms are very small, you have to wait at least 10 minutes for elevator. Shortly in a word, horrible service and they can ruined our holiday. Never stay there again Mehr

I stayed at the Mystic for 4 weeknights. It was great. The room was small, but totally fine for one person, and the design of both the room and the bathroom made them seem larger than they actually were. The room was adorable - very comfortable and tastefully decorated. There was construction going on on I think all the floors but it didn't bother us. Also, the Burritt Room bar on the 2nd floor was amazing. My stay was amazing. The room was beautiful, big, and classy. It was in the perfect location. I could not have asked for a better room. Only improvement needed, windows need to be sealed better as it was very loud from the outside. I would stay here every time I come to San Francisco.

the hotel staff were very helpful, and the room was quiet and comfortable, and always cleaned to a high standard. I was on the floor above the restaurant, and was worried about the noise at times (jazz band and a decent crowd) - but as soon as my room door was closed it was very quiet. I'd be very happy to stay again.

The rooms were nice but view from Room 811 sucked. The tenants from across were disgusting so my blinds were never opened. I switched rooms with my daughter at room 814 was better. Elevator sucked. Comp breakfast was not up to PAR. Not even basic.

I LOVED the intimate boutique feeling of the room. The bed was comfy, the bathroom beautiful. A little too low on the water pressure for my taste. Convenient mini store next door for snacks and fruit. The trash truck in the alley every morning at 6:30 was an slight annoyance but that's what you get in a city setting. Hotel overall was pretty nice. We liked the decor in the hallways, lobby and the room itself. It had the boutique look which is pretty popular nowadays. We got a Junior suite on the 4th floor. Room was a bit tight and the sink was in the main room vs the bathroom, which was a little different. Overall, the hotel was cute and clean. I was in a very noisy room. Every morning at 6am, I awoke to a very loud garbage truck emptying a dumpster next to my room. Needless to say, i was not happy. Also, when i arrived, my toilet was clogged up and needed attention. Overall, the room was good. I would go back again.

The hotel is in a good spot by union square and it is pretty "hip" but the rug in the hallway of my floor was covered in plastic. I felt like i was part of a crime scene. the woman at the front was a little rude. I was very happy with my stay here, especially given the location and the low price. The room was quite small and sound does carry a bit, but I wasn't bothered by either of those things and will stay again. Very friendly staff.

I didn't like how the location was right next to the tunnel, but it didn't bother me that much. It was only 2 blocks away from union square and getting a taxi was easy. I wished they had another elevator.

And I was pleased! BUT, the elevator was NEVER free always had to wait The Tavern is quite expensive, I asked for 1 kind of wine and a lady came around telling me i should try this one. Also, no room service. What I should have asked was how much is it. So we stayed mostly in the hotel, the door isn't set correctly every time someone walks by or closes […] another door our door shakes as if it was about to open. And since the bed is so close to door, as In I can open the door while sitting on my bed, I was constantly anxious thinking someone would walk in so we kept the "do not disturb" tab for the entire stay. We stayed 5 days. The tv kept blanking every 30 mins, a lot of the channels didn't work. No sort of table for toothbrush and toothpaste, the basin is too fancy to hold anything on it, or anywhere else in the broom. If you ask for the 3rd floor ask for the left side facing union square so you won't get the noise of the garbage men BUT you won't see any view of the square, just a brick wall and some clouds. If possible just stay above the 4th floor. Mehr

I'm a mom who traveled with her 16 year old daughter and I loved our stay! The hotel's location was excellent and we always felt safe walking around. The room was spotless, the front desk was always helpful and the breakfast was delicious! I would definitely stay there again!

We loved the hotel. It did miss the mark on a couple of things -- small -- no Kleenex in the room, need a table lamp by the bed and the security safe was closed and not able to open without help from management. But everything else was great -- we love the modern decor right out of Dwell magazine, especially the sliding pocket-type door to the bathroom […] and the quiet modern room fan.
