Schön zentral gelegen, Hotelbetrieb ist vom Casino getrennt und dadurch selbst sehr ruhig.

Walls are paper thin. I was woken up both mornings by neighbors talking on the phone or playing music before 9am. Was far from ideal.

We only stayed for one night but I would definitely go back to this place! Excellent location for walking into Palm Springs in the evening. And great to have the casino on site for additional entertainment. Rooms were huge, clean and comfortable. Pool and spa were great. ALL Staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for you. The first room we were assigned to had a poor furniture arrangement but when I went back to the front desk they very willingly assigned a new room and we were extremely satified. The furniture is fairly new and the beds extremely comfortable. The hotel location is perfect for walking around and easy getting to downtown shopping and good restaurants. […] Pool and mineral pools are very clean. Missed having small tables near the lounge chairs poolside, but otherwise a very pleasant few get-a-way vacation days. Mehr

My hotel stay was great, but I wouldn't recommend spa treatment, was not satified.

Overall we liked the hotel very much. The gym was great and the hotel is in a great location. However the rooms are not well insulated and we could hear the tv and people talking in the next room. We will probably try another hotel next time we go because of the noise level.

When checking in the hotel required a deposit of $100 per day of my stay on a credit card when I had already pre-paid the reservation thru hotels.com. When I questioned them about this they acknowledged the pre-payment but still wanted to hold $100 per day of my stay. This is not normal for other hotels who simply validate a card to be used in the event […] of a charge. I found the room had snacks on the table with broken seals (the maid service should have found this when preping the room so I as a customer am not charged for something I did not use). When I checked out I asked for a printout showing the two items I had billed to the room only to find that several other things had been placed on my bill of which I had not authorized and demanded they be removed. When I received my credit card bill these things where still billed to me contrary to the final checkout billing printout given to me by the front desk. When I attempted several times to contact the hotels accounting they force you into a voicemail which advises that they will call you back 24 hours later.....still waiting. Mehr

While the location of the hotel was great, the service was totally unacceptable. When asked while making the reservation, we requested a pool side view. When we checked in, we were taken to a room where the windows were not only blocked with wood, the small area that you could see out was overlooking valet parking. Even our valet suggested we request […] a different room - which we did. When they agreed, it took 7 hours and more than 4 calls to get our room changed. We did then get moved to another room, finally...got our luggage and when morning came, we discovered that you had to lean far over the balcony to actually see the pool. Also, it appeared that on one of thebeds, the sheets had not been changed. We requested a change yet again - were told they would call us when a new room was available - 4 hours later we went back to the desk and they "found" the room we should have had to start with. We had to move ourselves to a different room and different floor. Needles to say, while not life-altering, it certainly made our first trip to Palm Springs more stressful than necessary. The front desk was unbelievably unorganized and very very frustrating. The hotel appeared far from full so we could not understand why getting the room we requested took so much time and engery. We did however love the location but would probably stay at the Hilton across the street next tiime. We would not recommend the Spa Casino Resort. Mehr

Casino is new, but hotel is very old and outdated. Very misleading ~ for the price you think you are staying at a plush casino/hotel. It is far from that. Hotel had poor plumbing, ants in our room and overall was lousy! Will NEVER stay there again!

We really enjoyed our visit because the men in the valet service were really friendly and helpful. The hotel was near down town so we could walk to the things we were wanted to go to instead of drive and try to find our way.

Nice room and the chair w/ footstool was very welcome. The bathroom arrangement could have been better. The TP holder was hard to reach! We tried the hotel's Steakhouse restaurant and we were very disappointed in the quality of the Early Bird specials--I had the salmon and hubby tried the prime rib; however, the service was excellent. Our stay at the Spa Hotel was very good. The staff was helpful and very friendly. I did not realize the casino was not on the property. We had to walk a short distance to gamble. They at times did have a shuttle which was nice. Overall our experience was very good.

Hotel was comfortable. Nice, large, clean rooms. Steakhouse restaurant, located inCasino across the street was excellent... Not cheap but very good quality and service.

My stay here was very nice. The room was spacious, clean and had a great view of downtown PS. The were working on the pool area while I was there and if I was a pool junkie I might not have appreciated the noise. The did offer guests free access to the Hilton pool across the street which was beautiful.

This hotel was not a good place to stay. It was old and dated and the suite they were to give us was bad and it was not a suite ... It was a room for someone with disablities . This is a one star hotel

Slow check in process was offset by great location and great facility.

The hotel was great, clean and convenient for us, however there was construction going on in the pool area which was very disturbing. It was a holiday week and we were very glad our room was not a pool view, but when we went to the pool we had to listen to drills, saws, etc. Not a good thing when you are there to relax and have fun! Surprisingly nice hotel and service. Friendly staff too. Good location for overnight visitors as it is very near the Palm Spring Aerial Tramway. It also has the "Vegas" fun!

It's all about the bathroom! Bad lighting, no way to see the back of your hair, very limited counter space and no storage shelves or cabinets. No in-room safe for the jewelry. The restaurant closed since our last visit and the wait at the small coffee kiosk was unreasonable in the mornings. The in-room coffee was not replaced after the first day. Very enjoyable stay. Remodeling is in progress but this did not disrupt my stay or add any inconvenience. Friendly staff. Close to everything! All within easy walking distance.

My room was very well kept. I smoke and the room (which was a smoking room) did not smell like cigarettes. The staff was very polite and helpful with information. The Spa Resorts & Casino was excellent...Palm Springs was beautiful and the hotel is located in a very nice area and only a few minutes away from the airport. If you are new to this hotel most likely you will like it. However, if you have previously been there I think you will be disappointed. We were there in February of this year and loved it. So much so that immediately upon our return home we booked it for our 20th anniversary. Imagine our surprise when we found out that things had really changed. Also you no longer get free coupons for the breakfast at the casino (a REAL selling feature) - they are now only available on the weekends. After much waiting for the clerk to talk to the 'manager' who never showed his face - he was behind the scene like at a car dealership when you are dealing with the salesman who keeps having to run in the back room. He finally gave us coupons for lunch or dinner. Well guess what the buffet is CLOSED on Tues. and Wed. - the day that our coupons were supposed to be good for.The hotel is under a lot of construction. I understand this. However, a good hotel would compensate you in some other way especially after the coupon fiasco. We stayed there for the time we had booked and then went to the Hilton across the street - MUCH better. And the pool doesn't seem to be as much of a hook-up place as Spa Resort Casino. All in all this was very disappointing after having such a great time in Feb. We would not stay here again. Mehr

The hotel staff was top rate, The hotel was undergoing renovation, and the room showed it's age. I'm sure it will be great when it is done. We ate at the buffet and it was ok. The Steak house was very good. The slot machines were very good to me.

We stayed in the remodeled and updated hotel. Staff was professional, room was comfortable and quiet overlooking pool, loved the decor and doorbells!

room was comfortable with all of the amenities needed. The hotel is in the process of renovating the rooms but you would NEVER know it. It is very quiet. There is a shuttle service that will take you across the street to the casino just in case you don't feel like walking. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Bathtab drain was not working properly. No self parking available, however along the street there was plenty of parking available. No big deal after all. Personnel was kind and helpful. Good location. Coffee shop is conveniently located in the hotel lobby. Casino across the street. I will return to this hotel.

Excellent room provided even before the 4pm check in time which was nice as i planned for a 4pm check in. Pool area was nice and drinks were a lot cheaper than most hotels. Service was excellent andd everyone was very nice. Walking distance to various shops and nightlife spots. Will stay here again

This hotel is now our favorite location in Palm Springs. Although they were re-doing rooms there, we were fortunate to get a brand new remodeled room. Talk about 5 star first class!! With the luxury bedding, flat screen TV and modern furniture it was hard to leave the room. But you must in order to enjoy the Amazing spa/fitness room and the gorgeous […] pools. If you are more of a gambler, the tables were always open and the casino was overly clean! They had amazing food and drink specials and made it hard to leave (well that is the point). I had read one or two negative reviews on this hotel, which proved totally off base. Beautiful large pool & spa + bar area. The exercise facilities are the best I have seen at any hotel. Lots of interesting art and pictures of Indian history from the Palm Springs area are found in the public areas. Large comfortable room with lots of amenities, and […] the bathroom appeared newly renovated. That said, I will NOT be visiting the associated CASINO again. It was full of cigarette smoke (bad enough) but they do not allow cigars, which I enjoy; this policy seems rather odd, given that there are more than the average number of cigar smokers in Palm Springs. ALL other Indian casinos in S. Calif allow both, and with the highly restrictive California smoking laws the casinos are a big attraction for smokers--cigars in my case. By the way, we prefer a no smoking hotel room and there was no trace of smoke in the room. Mehr

The location of the hotel was very convenient. It was one block away from downtown. This made it a great location.
