Das Hotel bietet in Relation zu dem Preis ein sehr gutes Leistungsverhältnis. Es war sauber, in der Nähe einer Interstate und hatte alle notwenigen Komforteigenschaften.

We stayed a couple nights and had nothing to complain. We were out and about a lot and therefore cannot say anything about the bar, pool, gym etc., but the room and service were great!
Lage

"Very Sketchy Place"
I'm not sure if it was the time I was traveling or what, but when I arrived at the hotel, there was only two cars there, and one was the person at the desk; but it was quiet. The quality of the room was a bit run down. I shower did not seem very clean, and I honestly worried that the bedsheets had not been changed. Also, I'm not sure if it's a common […] thing with the Sleep Inn, but the small square pillows proved to be uncomfortable. On the contrary, the staff was very friendly, but being that I was one of only 2 to 3 other guests in the entire hotel, I can see why. Overall, I wouldn't necessarily recommend this hotel. It was ok enough for me since I was just passing through the city, but certainly not a place where you want to spend multiple days. Mehr
"Not great"
Rooms were clean, but dated and showing their age. frayed carpets, cobbled together furniture etc. Highlight was an excellent and friendly staff.
"Nice"
Stayed one night. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. Overall, its a nice place to stay. The outside could use a little work, but it is in a nice area of West Knoxville.
"Knoxville Tenn"
While the hotel staff were courteous, our stay was significantly worsened by the dead bugs on the mattress pad and the blanket. The window sill was full of dead bugs & insects. The Comforter was torn and ragged in spots. Hotels.com quoted a pet rate via telephone however, the hotel tried to charge a higher rate at check-in... mis-communication.
"A solid night's sleep outside Knoxville"
Though certainly not a fancy hotel, the Sleep Inn Knoxville lived up to our expectations. Their pet-friendly policy led us to them initially, but we were not disappointed with the other amenities. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, if a little dated. All of the staff that we encountered were very friendly and made us feel valued. The continental […] breakfast was just ok. Overall I would recommend this hotel for the one-night-road-warrior type looking for a good bed and a quiet place to sleep. Mehr
"Hotel stay"
The hotel was centrally located from the airport to the University of Tennessee. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean ane quiet. It would be a place I would stay in again.
