Front desk staff was unfriendly enough to make me want to turn around. Had I not already guaranteed my reservation, I would have walked out. No smile or warmth from the clerk. Arrived late, after 10:00 p.m. Not enough washcloths in room. Asked for more and was told some would be brought up. More than two hours later room service brings up 6 bath towels, […] no wash cloths. Too late to go down again, tired. Next morning, left note for housekeeping in my room, but when we returned from Disney after midnight, the room had NO wash cloths. Went to front desk clerk, same one on call when I came in the night before. reported problem. He said housekeeping would bring up. No one ever came. I had to go the clerk again the next morning to request washcloths. Another clerk was on duty and she promptly called to have them brought to me. I thought the elevators would get stuck with my family inside, open in the middle of moving between floors or drop as we were either entering or exiting. It just did not look or feel safe. The worse experience I have ever had overall at a hotel. This is my experience, not a personal attack on anyone. Mehr

On the plus side, the bed was free of bed bugs and comfortable. Everything else was a disaster. We checked in and went up to our room after a long day at Disney World, only to discover that the door to our room was open. We went in to check it out. Upon closer inspection we found out that the door just didn't latch. The wallpaper in the bathroom was […] peeling off the wall, leaving a 12 inch section hanging off the wall. We then had to go all the way back to the front desk to get a room in which the door actually closed. The desk clerk was yelling at another customer. It was just crazy. Guest should not be treated in such a manner. We finally changed rooms, go back upstairs, and find that the new room we were assigned to had someone occupying it. We had to go back to the front desk again. Third time was the charm and we finally got a room with a working door, that wasn't occupied. This hotel needs a total remodel and new staff. We quickly left the next morning and went somewhere else. If you stay here, it really is just a room to sleep in for the night. Mehr

When I first arrived I saw people hanging out in the parking lot like high school students while their car stero music was blasting. I received my key and headed to my room while running into about 7 children who just got out of the pool running around playing on the elevator with no supervision. Maintenance very much needed at this hotel, bathrooms are in total disaray and need a complete overhall.

This room smelled of smoke Soon as I WALK IN.The bathrooms were nasty, beds look like if it was slept in T.V broken WORST Hotel ever!!

I don't know where to begin... I didn't enjoy my stay at this hotel... The rugs smelled really awful...the scent was just disgusting...then the bed spread had stains on them.... When I requested new sheets, they took a whole half an hour to bring them to the room.... Then the shower takes a whole 20 min to get warm..... My parents room had a broken […] down toilet that literally needed to be fixed...I mean it was on the floor like it needed repair or something, they had to move them to another room of course...the internet service absolutely sucks!!!!! It doesn't work properly at all...the front desk it might be slow cause that's just how it is...this has been the worst ever staying at a hotel, that I expected better..... Mehr

you guys cant even have towels or the phone working or the tv and tv remote and i want my money back i rather sleep in my car !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There. Is Chester. To homes and people. Not. Working. 3 night. 2 time police incident. In to there. . People. Fire Prostitution. Activity. Not. Good. For families. Vacation

Hotel was adequate. Check in & out took longer than it should have due to only 1 person being on duty. Also I didn't get the sense that much attention was paid to the bathrooms as a few fixtures had build up of mold.

Tubs need a polishing.

The halls smelled like the rugs had gotten wet and never dried.I had to hold my breath all the way to my room. The elevator was run down, it scared me to even ride it. I needed fresh towels and it took an hour and a half to get them, and they were knocking on my door at 11pm to deliver them. The price was right but the room could have been much better.

All I can say is it was VERY DIRTY & UNCOMFORTABLE!!! I didnt get much sleep ALL weekend. What was suppose to be a stress free weekend turned out to be the most STRESSFUL weekend gateway I have ever had!!!

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Price is good.

Very conveniently located to Disney, Universal, shopping, freeways, etc. The rugs in the hotel need to be changed out, too many stains. The bathroom was not the cleanest, needed vacuumiing and washing of the floors, the tub shower leaked, pillows on the bed needed replacing. Overall for the rate not too bad. for the amount i paid for the room it was better than expected.all i needed was a place to lay my head, rooms were cold and comfy. clean and quiet. not to far from venue.

hotel was nice. friendly staff. wasn't told ahead of time about the room deposit. and was not happy about not being told i wouldn't get it back right away using my debit card. other than that happy with the hotel

This hotel was central to many amenities and in a clean, safe neighbourhood. The hotel room was small and the bathroom was dirty looking. The hotel elevator was old and scary. At check out they tried to charge my credit card eventhough I had already prepaid.

Drunk people from the lounge were pulling on our doors all night. Our room was right beside a very loud lounge. The room had not been cleaned before we arrived.. dirty clothes in the bathroom. Very unsafe neighborhood!

Es un hotel sucio, descuidado y le falta mucho mantenimiento.

Trevligt hotell, rent snyggt . Ligger bra till för shopping och besök på Disneyworld men man måste ha bil. Rekomenderas gärna, bra pris.
