"The Holiday In Express in Bellingham, WA"
The hotel was very clean and convienently located. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful, I was very happy with my stay and I'd go back and stay again. I've already recommended it to friends. Very close to Fairhaven, a must see.

We have stayed here two times in the past, and it has been fine. A moderate hotel, in a good location, and includes free breakfast as a bonus. This time we were a late check-in and I think we got the leftovers room wise. All night long we heard either bass and music (from a nightclub maybe?), or a very very loud TV it sounded like. It was all night […] long, and could still hear it in the morning. Thankfully we were only there from 1030 at night till 9 in the morning, so it was a quick stop. This is a decent priced hotel, but this will be our last time at this particular hotel. Mehr

We were very pleased with the hotel, great location to Bellis Fair Mall and restaurants. Hotel was clean, fairly good breakfast in morning. I would stay here again.

This budget friendly hotel has a great Contential Breakfast and is clean and neat, but double beds? Are you kidding me? Probably won't stay here again unless they get Queen Size beds.

We had a great stay (3 nights) at this hotel - very clean, breakfast was great! Location was perfect for our shopping trips, easy to get everywhere. The only problem was the noisy doors and lack of sound-proofing between rooms. The doors slammed shut, very loudly, and noise from upstairs was loud. There was no traffic noise though - the hotel is back […] from the main road a bit. But the nice hotel and perfect location over-rule the noise, and I would definitely stay there again. Mehr

"Excellent Choice"
Everything about the hotel was more than satisfactory so far as service, cleanlinessand location are concerned. Our only minor discomfort was the noise from the air conditioner (we had ours off) on the roof, we were on the top floor, and the chairs in the room.

This hotel is located right on Meridian, close to Costco, Walmart and the Bellis Fair mall, etc. It is a few blocks away from the I5. The hotel was clean and modern, the pool and spa were clean and working. Breakfast was good too. They have a cool pancake maker, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, boiled eggs, oatmeal, yoghurt, fresh fruit, etc. They have […] a really nice, large outside patio with modern furniture. "Great price, nice pool, ok room."
Room was great for the price but a bit shabbier than other Holiday Inn Hotels that I've stayed at. I enjoyed the pool and the location was superb for me that night. I would stay again.

"Holiday Inn Express, a clean Oasis"
This is a clean and inviting hotel which we regularly stay at when we go to Bellingham to visit our son at WWU. It is a little out of the way for us but I like the clean rooms, the pool, and the breakfast. We will continue to choose this hotel as we have not found a better option closer to campus!

"Bellingham Hospitality"
Needed a relaxing evening and a good nights rest. That's what we got. Plenty of options near for a quick dinner. A swim in the indoor pool and a great TV back in the room. With a comfy bed and a yummy breakfast, we were back on the road feeling rejuvenated.

Totally disgusted with lapdogs in the eating area. I myself am a dog lover, but this is ridiculous.

"handy hotel"
this hotel had a handy location to shopping and restaurants in Bellingham. It also had a nice small variety for the free breakfast. I thought the staff were friendly. The pool was small, but nice to have indoors.

"Excellent"
As they have noted in the printed material in the room, they strive for excellence and that is what you can expect. It's a smallish hotel with a small pool but for our purposes (staying over night to catch an early morning flight) it was just great. VERY clean bathroom and room with a very nice complimentary breakfast in the morning right at 6am as […] promised. Quiet too. Would definitely stay here again especially if I come down to do some shopping at Bellis Fair mall as it's just a stones throw away. Mehr

The Room was great and the bed was wonderful, loved the extras in the bathroom. The Hot tub and pool was clean and nice temps on both. A full breakfast with eggs, bacon, gravy and biscuits, coffee with real coffee cups. everything was very nice! Will stay there every time we come to the area!
We have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Bellingham several times and have always found it to be more than adequate for our needs. We very much appreciate the fact that we can leave our vehicle at the hotel when we fly in and out of Bellingham. The only thing that we feel could be improved at this hotel is an update to the hot tub.

"noisy"
It was very noisy from kids and groups because of weekend and being very close to Bellis Fair Mall. When we asked the desk at 11 PM to quiet the room above us it was done immediately. Thanks

Had trouble with long distance phone connection in the room and had to go through hotel operator which cost a fortune 26.00dollars. Room faced the road it was quite noisey with music and road traffic.

"Okay for price"
If you are just looking for an average hotel to spend a night, this hotel would work. Unfortunately our room was not the cleanest. The microwave had fingerprints all over it. The phone by the bed didn't work and didn't look like it had been wiped down in months. The bed was comfortable.
"Bellingham's Best Holiday Retreat"
This Holiday Inn turned out to be a nice surprise. It was warm, festive, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, pool and hot tub inviting, and morning breakfast very appealing. If passing though or spending a couple of days this is a nice retreat.

This is a nice modern facility with nice parking lots and landscaping. Inside there are amenities like a workout room, pool and hot tub. Outside, the area is very pleasant with a major shopping mall nearby and no highway noise.

It was a good experience; no worry about breakfast: plenty of food, with variation, and good quality; nice and responding people at the front desk; nice workers and cleaners; thanks to all! The only negative: shaky bed; you would wake up your partner when roling/turning!

"Great Hotel"
Travel to Bellingham often so I have stayed in a number of different places. This one is one of the best ones in its price range. Quiet, clean, modern, everything I look for in a hotel. My only wish was that it was closer to WWU or the Amtrak station. I am more than willing to travel half way across town to stay here though.

"Older Holiday inn Express"
It wasn't a bad hotel, but I'm used to the brand new or recently remodeled Holiday Inn Expresses. This one is not like that. It is older and shabbier, old furniture, decor and TV.
