Das Hotel selbst ist empfehlenswert. Unser Zimmer war komfortabel und recht groß. Was man sich schenken sollte, ist das Frühstück. Ja, Frühstück in den USA ist meist süß, aber weder sollte der Waffelteig noch die Dosenfrüchte sauer sein. Dass kein Geschirr sondern nur Plastik zur Verfügung steht, scheint mittlerweile auch normal. Ganz unbequem wird es, wenn das Hotel von Familien mit Kindern besucht wird, die gar nicht oder schlecht erzogen sind. Also: übernachten ja, frühstücken lieber nicht.

"Nettes Hotel in der Nähe von Lancaster"
Das Hotel liegt recht günstig, um das Pennsylvania Dutch Land zu erkunden und auch bis Lancaster ist es nicht weit. Es ist nicht mehr ganz neu, aber alles ist sauber. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Er sprach sogar deutsch! Das Frühstück war typisch für amerikanische Motels - aber ok. Auf dem Zimmer gab es eine Kaffeemaschine. "nice motel"
Overall we were happy with our one-night stay...the beds/pillows were very comfortable...the room was spacious and clean....it was very convenient to outlets and restauratns...didn't get a chance to have the breakfast so i can't comment about that...the one problem with the room was the bathroom fan...it was VERY loud...it scared my 2-year old grandson...i […] would definitely stay there again Mehr

My family stayed there for one night after a day in Philadelphia as a convenient overnight location on our way to Gettysburg the next day. We all thought that the room was comfortable, clean, the continental breakfast was ample and the staff was professional and effecient. We would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was clean and very convenient to everything in Lancaster. This is the second time we have stayed there in the last year. The price is reasonable too.

"In the heart of attractions"
we have stayed here over 4X. I would recommend to my friends, the rooms and bath rooms are very clean. The hallways carpets may need some cleaning but overall the place is great for staying.

"noisy hotel"
Staff were friendly. Door noise from hallway not isolated. Guests were pretty noisy too.

The location is great, there is so much to do you only need the hotel to sleep in. The horel us simple but a Great price and courteous staff. Breakfast was definitely a plus.

"Reliable and affordable"
The room was clean, but the bathtub had caulk and something blak stuck on the tub which was unpleasant. Also, the towels were old and worn. It was affordable and clean, but not an excellent visit.
The hotel was really good but the fans in the bathrooms were very very loud. I think about I'm older, I would like to see a handle in the shower to hold on to. the location was wonderful and the breakfast was good. Yes, I would stay there again.

"Quiet place to relax after busy day in Lancaster"
The hotel was clean and extremey quiet! I never once heard other guests and the hotel was full for the weekend. The room was clean without any odd odors. The staff were very accommodating and polite. This hotel is fine for the price. You get what you pay for with this one. The area was safe, the room was clean. The continental breakfast was sparse. The first night, the room temp controls did not work, but they were fixed when requested. After that, it was fine. hotel was good for the money...nice location...staff very friendly...we didn't have breakfast here but it was offered/
the hotel was good but the fan in the bathroom was so so loud, you had to hurry out after taking a shower. the room was very clean and comfortable. I had stayed there before and just made reservations to stay again. the location is real good.

I have to admit, I've been to other Days Inn and have wanted to run out of the room in the middle of the night to sleep in the car instead. For this particular D.I. I stayed in a newly renovated room with 2 queen size beds and great pillows, along with a flat screen with a built in DVD player. I could not complain for the price I paid. "Close to the American Music Theatre"
When we arrived we were greeted pleasantly by 2 nice gentlemen. Room was fine and had all that was advertised. Some maintenance going on but not very obtrusive. Breakfast was good...better than advertised! We may stay again when visiting the area.

"Good for the price!"
This hotel was close to Rt. 30 and all the sights we wanted to see. It was clean, had a continental breakfast in the morning and suited us just fine. They have no swimming pool, but we stayed in the winter and didn't need that anyway.

This hotel is very convenient to the outlets, Sight-Sound Theater and Dutch Wonderland. It is also reasonable. I will be staying again.

We were very disappointed with the breakfast. Orange juice was like water. Waffles were sour. Windows in room and loby were dirty. Beds were comfortable though.

Perfectly acceptable smaller motel style rooms, some updating but new colors clash with the old carpets, breakfast is in lobby and there were not enough chairs, cold food plus waffles, clean, good location, good value.

This hotel is very convenient to the Rockvale Outlets, but they have an awful continental breakfast, small TVs, and no elevator to the second floor. In other words, it's a great place to stay if you're on the first floor, you don't want to watch TV, and you're going out for breakfast.

We were passing thru this area for 1 night. The hotels in this area are expensive and we got a comfortable room with a clean bed for a good price. When we arrived, we and several others were notified that there was a plumbing problem and they had made other arrangements with a nearby hotel for our stay at no extra charge. When all of us got to the hotel, […] somehow the arrangements had not been completed and they had no record of the transaction and no room. We returned to this hotel and the hotel rep, in a very difficult situation, handled it very professionally and graciously. He worked very hard to find everyone adequate lodging. When the others had left, he told us he had just received one cancellation and we were given that room. We were impressed with the manner in which he dealt with everyone. If you are very particular about details, this is probably not the place for you. A tile in the bathroom ceiling was stained and the table at which my husband and I tried to write and study, wobbled back and forth. The hotel was clean in general but parts of the heater vents were not being cleaned. Considering we arrived late at night and had the difficulties I described, we were very satisfied. Mehr

I have stay at this hotel before and it was barely acceptable. Apparently it has new management and it is really clean and nice. The staff was very heelpful as well
"LANCASTER OUTLET DAYS INN"
HOTEL WAS CLEAN, STAFF FRIENDLY AND WE HAD AN UNEXPECTED SNOW AND WAS GLAD TO SEE THAT PARKING LOT WAS CLEARED BY NEXT MORNING. OVERALL STAY WAS VERY FAVORABLE. DID NOT SEE AN ELEVATOR WHICH WOULD BE A DRAWBACK FOR ELDERLY IF STAIRS ARE A PROBLEM.
Convenient to Bird in Hand and Intercourse Right across the street from the outlet mall. Not very far to downtown Lancaster

"Why not invest a few bucks"
This is a nice budget hotel that could be so much better with a few thousand in upgrades. Positives - Beds are new and amazing, Staff is amazingly nice, you have over 60 channels of cable to watch, and rooms are very clean though a little dated. Negatives - The hallway carpeting and lighting is disgusting.

This hotel was very clean and quiet. Great price for a quick trip to see our daughter perform at AMT and very close to the theatre. Only complaint was that they quit serving breakfast at 9am on Sunday, right before we got down there at 9:10am, although they did tell us the night before; we just didn't remember.
