It lived up to the Hilton family name. They were doing some remodeling in the lobby but that was the only negative. I had an early flight to the airport and the 24 hour shuttle was very appreciated so my husband didn't have to take me at 4:30 am. They had coffee out in the lobby at that time. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. I like that there's a code to get into the parking lot. The pool was pretty small but there was hardly ever anyone in there so it was okay. If you've been traveling for 17 hours, the last thing you want to do is to stand out in the cold in St. Louis waiting half an hour for a shuttle ride that takes less than five minutes. The room was clean and comfortable. My sister was in the hospital at DePaul and this was close by. I never managed to connect my lap top with the codes given, but I didn't go back to the desk to ask for help. It wasn't that necessary. "Great Airport stopover-St Louis"
Conveniently close to the airport, with a regular shuttle bus service this is a great hotel. The bed was so-so comfortable and I had a really good nights sleep. Room was very clean and quiet. "Hampton Inn St. Louis airport."
The staff at the hotel was very helpful at all times. It was the excess noise coming from the pipes from other rooms that was very unbearable. Sleep was distrubed several times.Authentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung
