Homewood Suites Buffalo Airport - Buffalo

I like staying at Homewood Suites in Cheektowaga. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is ok. This time, the room we got felt cramped. I think it was the layout, however, when we asked for another room, we were told all the rooms had the same square footage. That might be true, but the room did not feel comfortable.

Great stay . Everything about the room and staff was great. We entered the pool area a couple times because we have three children and that was a big attraction and was disappointed. There were about 15-20 children screaming in close by supervised by two adults. Our second time in the pool same group was there and a couple children fell while running […] from hot tub to pool. One of the adults was drinking an alcoholic bev while in the hot tub. And both time we went , the crowd hogged the hot tub. There were rules posted but this group didn't seem to care. I did tell the motel twice about it but they seem non chalant about it. Mehr

This hotel turned out to be more then I expected. Not only was the staff helpful, they went out of their way for us...and called us to ask if the room was up to our standards. I have stayed in many many hotels and never has the front office staff done this. I will definately stay here again and soon.

Homewood Suites Buffalo - its a great place to stay. Close to Blvd mall and Walden Galleria mall. Breakfast was so great. Its very quiet and clean place to stay. The swimming pool was very roomy.

The hotel was very clean, the breakfast offered was fabulous, and the hotel staff was very helpful. I would definitely recommend staying at the hotel to anyone visiting the area. I am sure there are some hotels that are cheaper, but you get what you pay for.

We used Homewood Suites Buffalo Airport as a base for attending a family celebration as well as touring WNY. The hotel was excellent with superb accommodations , a comprehensive breakfast, and a most convenient location. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The staff were courteous. The airport is nearby. The hotel provides free shuttle service to and from the airport, which is nice. I have stayed in nicer hotels (even other Homewood Suites). The pool was terrible. It was small, cold, and shallow; and I'm no expert, but even I knew that the chemicals in the pool were wayyyyyyy off. The jacuzzi was nice […] though. Mehr

Room is Clean, lots of space, quiet and nice service.

We had requested a Non Smoking room due to severe allergies and were not given a non smoking room. Staff was very accommodating with sprays and such to try to help the awful stench of cigarette smoke, but unfortunately the smell was still very strong. Allergy medication had to be taken and there was not a lot of sleep that night due to the discomfort. […] I'm so glad that we had only reserved one night. Mehr

Both My husband and I enjoyed the stay at the hotel. It waqs clean and central to all the places that we wanted to go to. The breakfast were excellent, We would stay there again.

This was a great place for us to stop over after a Niagara visit and as we waited for a train to NYC the next morning. We had 4 of us: wife, myself, and two teenagers. The room was clean and ready upon check-in. And, most exceptional was the front desk staff. The ladies there cheerfully helped with every request...whether it was for laundry soap, a […] shuttle ride to AMTRAK, or recommendations on local pLaces for dinner. Mehr

Very pleased with the hotel overall. Breakfast was excellent, indoor pool was a big hit with my family and staff was very nice.

From the moment we checked in to leaving, I have not one single complaint about this hotel. All of the staff, no exception, were friendly and courteous and always willing to help. The rooms were clean, well maintained and bright. I will definitely stay again.

My husband, who generally dislikes staying in hotels, really liked this one. Everything about it was more than satisfactory. Unfortunately, we arrived late and had to check out very early for a flight home, so we really didn't get to enjoy all the amenities (or even what promised to be a great breakfast). This hotel was great! The kids loved the pool and the free breakfast was yummy and saved a lot of money. We had a nice stay, it was clean and comfortable.

Hotel room was dirty needed to request new room. The building was under construction, carpets were being installed and caused room entrance to be blockaded for an entire day making access to room nearly impossible. We were uninformed of the construction.

Room was very clean, staff very nice, little too long on check in but it was customer before us, I am asthmatic and room had no odors which was very, very nice! Breakfast was very good! Did not like couch as it was too low to sit on but understand it was a sofa bed. Chairs were comfortable. Bed was terrific. I had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff was great everyone greeted us with a smile. My 4 year old keeps talking about how much fun he had and was disappointed that we had to go home. I was shocked they even provided buffet breakfast and dinner free of charge>>>>which hotel really does that??? but it was great no need to spend extra $$ to go to […] a restaurant. Very happy with the comfort, conveneince,and quality of our two night stay. The beds were extra comfortable. Will for sure be going back there.

The whole stay was great, first we were greeted at checkin . The room was very clean and large. The pool was great. The breakfast buffet was great. But i think what made the stay was the people that work there, checkin, the ladies at the buffet, check out , this was a great stay because of the staff.

This hotel is quite a bit more expensive than others in this area. However, the quality and cleanliness is much better and I feel more confident that Homewood Suites is not infested with bed bugs. The other Homewood Buffalo location is actually newer and a lot nicer....so if you can get a room there, that is your best bet. Otherwise, this is a decent […] place to stay and very handy to Walden Galleria etc. Mehr

Perfect for families! Very clean and friendly.

PLACE WAS SO CLEAN, BREAKFAST WAS GREAT, HOTEL WORKERS WERE VERY FRIENDLY. NEEDED LITTLE HARDER PILLOWS. WHENEVER WE HAVE TO GO BUFFALO WE WILL STAY AGAIN THERE. CLOSE TO PLAZA AND NICE NEIGHBOURHOOD.

This hotel exceeded all of my expectations. The staff was incredible. The food was great and the bonus of dinner during the week made our vacation even easier. We have five kids and we will only stay at Homewood Suites from now on!

Awesome! Very nice lobby, indoor pool, room was clean and quiet, great sheets and blankets. Great for families!

Very comfortable suite which included a Jacuzi tub and a kitchenette with microwave. The breakfast buffet included fruit filled crepes. Staff was courteous and friendly. Despite proximity to Buffalo airport, the hotel lobby and the rooms were comfortably quiet. There was in-room internet service via cable.

This hotel is wonderful. The rooms are amazing. Everything is always clean and the staff is always friendly. This hotel has sentimental value to me as well. I have alot of memories here since my boyfriend and I frequent this hotel since our first date 3 yrs ago. On our 3 year anniversary, he proposed to me as soon as we got to the room. In July 2009 we stayed at the Homewood Suites. We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. The suite was large and clean, the front desk was friendly (And told us about a good place to get wings!. The younger kids loved the pool/spa, and the older ones liked the exercise room. I used the business center to help plan the rest of our vacation. Really nothing […] negative to say, it was great. we found Homewood Suites Buffalo airport to be an outstanding Hotel for our group. We had 12 families with teenage daughters who were very satisfied with the service we received, The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff very accomodating.

Som på de flesta hotell i USA låter värmeaggregatet mycket. Använd öronproppar (flygplanen som startar bullrar också). Annars mycket bra. Bra frukost, men dock bara till 9.30.

Hotelli ei sijaitse aivan keskustassa, mutta jos sijainti ei ole tärkein peruste tai jos haluaa hotellin läheltä lentokenttää, niin tämä on erinomainen vaihtoehto! Huoneemme oli ainakin kahden normaalihuoneiston kokoinen, erittäin mukava ja loistavalla ilmaisella aamupalalla varustettu. Muutenkin hotellista löytyi kaikki tarvittava ja henkilökunta oli […] hyvin ystävällistä. Ainoa pieni negatiivinen asia oli äänekäs ilmastointi, mutta sekään ei haitannut, sillä huone pysyi kylmänä koko yön vaikka ilmastoinnin sammutti yöksi.
