Coast Capri Hotel - Kelowna

Als wir ankamen erhielten wir ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, welches eine Aussicht auf einen Parkplatz hatte. Die Bettwäsche Bestand aus einem Leintuch, einer Wolldecke sowie einem eher schmudeligen Bettüberwurf. Wir meldeten der Reception, dass wir ein Zimmer mit Poolsicht reserviert hatten. Danach bekamen wir ein Zimmer im 3. Stock mit Balkon und Poolsicht. […] Die Bettdecke war eine Federdecke, welche sehr komisch roch. Die Badetücker in der Dusche rochen ebenfalls sehr speziell. Wir schliefen nicht besonders gut, da die Matraze sehr unbequem war. Der Poolbereich vom Hotel war aber sehr sauber und gepflegt. Trotzdem würden wir nicht wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten. Mehr

I remember staying in this hotel a couple of years ago and them not including breakfast in the stay -- this is a great improvement. Lovely hot breakfast buffet in their main restaurant/bar -- definitely a plus! Convenient location, with a small mall right next door, good restaurants nearby. Room was clean, if a touch small. I was very pleased with the Hotel and the location. The Staff was outstanding and helpful and very friendly. I will stay there again.

THis hotel is just off the main highway, and close to the big shopping mall. Very clean and comfortable, buffet breakfast incl.

Generally average for a 3-star, but could not turn heat down in room at night so was quite hot.

Room Service Menu impressive , delivered in a timely fashion, very friendly staff, good food Great Bed When I return to Kelowna, the Coast Capri is where I will stay

Excellent service at booking in, in the restaurant. Found the exercise room very conveniently located next to the hot tub and heated outdoor pool. Used the spa services located in the hotel for the sea salt and loofa massage. Excellent service. will visit again in summer. Patrick

Good hotel, clean comfortable room, descent breakfast. Not to far from city centre and beach. Only minus is that it is surrounded by parking lots so don't count on a view.

The 'comfort' rooms are cramped, bed was hard as a rock and over priced, however the complimentary breakfast was delicious.

Great bang for your buck. Reasonable service, good quality breakfast, and nice pool.

Room was cosy for two but clean and quiet. Staff friendly and efficient. Very good air conditioning.

Needed a clean comfortable and reasonably priced place to stay for one night while in Kelowna and was so happy to have chosen this place by chance. It not only had everything we were looking for but even more! The staff is wonderful and really made our stay great from the front desk to the restaurant server to housekeeping. We enjoyed a lovely evening […] in the poolside lounge and a tasty complimentry breakfast there again before checkout. *** Also, we accidently left a very expensive leather jacket in the closet of our room and didn't realize until 3 days later. I called the hotel the wonderful head of housekeeping not only found it but hand delivered it to us at the front desk when we arrived! Fantastic service, great value, will definitely be back!!! Mehr

The hotel is very nice, the location is close to shopping centres and restaurants. Our room had a balcony facing the outdoor pool. We also got a free buffet breakfast during our stay, it was ok but nothing special. The rooms are clean and somewhat modern. I would stay again as the price was reasonable for the quality.

This hotel was clean and located in very convenient area (Capri Mall). The hotel staff was friendly. The only thing I want to say is the pool was somewhat cold.

it was very nice to have the balcony over look the pool, drinks were great and the swim!!! The brunch was not the greatest. but would definitive go back.

I was in Kelowna for a short visit and was made very comfortable at the Coast Capri Hotel. The room was a little small, but very well designed, and the staff were very organized and courteous. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the hotel for two nights. The first night, there was a very noisy group in the adjoining room at 1:30 in the morning. On the second night a couple held a high decibel conversation in the hall outside the room at 11:30! Aside from that the stay was very pleasant. Recently I had a bad hotel experience in Miami (The Penguin) so I was a little jaded upon arrival at the Capri Coast – the reviews were very mixed for this place on trip advisor. However, once we entered we noticed the lobby, restaurant, and spa had been renovated! Everything looked new and clean. Our rooms were well kept and simple. I have no complaints! […] I will stay here again!! Mehr

we like the hotel. cost wise it was very good . kids enjoyed the pool. beahes was 5 to 10 mintues drive. location of the hotel is good. we realy like the free breakfast .it was very good breakfast. we will recommend this hotel to our friends. good job

We checked in on April 17th only to find out that I had made an error and I booked for April 16th. The ladies at the registration desk accommodated us - very busy in Kelowna hotels at that time. Very friendly staff! My husband also lost his glasses - they found them and are sending them in the mail. Hotel was okay very small room. Rooms in need for a reno

i have stayed at this hotel a couple of times and will return many more times. The staff there are so friendly and helpful and because of health issues i have problems with excertion etc but the staff here helped us in any wy they could. Although the price is a little more than other hotels in the area, it is well worth it for the service and friendliness […] that you receive during your stay. We would especially like to thank Elliot, who seems to have many jobs, one being the shuttle driver. He went up and beyond making sure we were taken care of.I would recommend this hotel a 100%.It is a great place to stay. thx again to all the wonderful staff there Mehr

Nice little hotel which was very reasonably priced. The room is modern with a great bed. The only slight drawback was that the bathroom was a little data compared to the rest of the room but it wasn't a deal breaker.

It was a good hotel. For the price it had everything you need. We wanted to get a cab to the pubs and the guy Andrew at the Front Desk arranged for the Courtesy Driver to run us down there. A nice touch. The TV didn't work and wasn't fixed, but that didn't matter as we were out anyway...The Room Service breakfast was good value too...

Amazing view, friendly staff, clean room!!!

UBCまでは歩いて行ける距離ではないですが、ダウンタウンまではお散歩しながら行ける距離で湖まで行くと色々なショップやレストランなどがあり和食屋も韓国料理までありびっくりしました。ホテルのとなりはWINNERSやスーパーマーケットなどあり退屈しませんでした。スタッフもみな感じが良くこじんまりしたホテルなので落ち着きました。
