Das Hotel ist mit dem PKW prima erreichbar, was allerdings auch zur Folge hat, dass der Highway nur etwa 50 Meter vom Bett entfernt liegt. Schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster schier unmöglich. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert aber dafür tadellos, wenngleich diese aber auch nicht viel leiser ist. Die Außenanlage des Hotels samt Poolbereich wirkt sehr ansprechend und gepflegt. Hier kann man nach einer langen Anreise oder einem anstrengenden Geschäftstag gut ausspannen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig - Kaffee, Saft, Toast, Butter, Marmelade, Ei, Joghurt, Cornflakes, Waffeln mit Sirup und Muffins. Für herzhafte Frühstücker leider nur bedingt geeignet - keine Wurst, kein Käse etc.

Days Inn East Mesa liegt in Mesa in der Nähe von: Superstition Springs Center und Superstition Springs Golf Club. Zu den weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region gehört Folgendes: Big League Dreams Sports Park-Gilbert.

Die Unterkunft Days Inn East Mesa bietet Folgendes: Außenpool (je nach Saison geöffnet), Kaffee in der Lobby und kostenlose Zeitungen in der Lobby. Die Stadt Mesa ist bekannt für ihr Nachtleben. Einheimische besuchen die Hauptstraßen rund um die Fiesta Mall - darunter Alma School Road, Baseline Road, Dobson Road und Southern Avenue - um etwas zu essen und zu trinken. Das Baseball Spring Training findet im Hohokam Stadion statt, einer bekannten Sportstätte der Cactus League. Im Mesa Arts Center ist sowohl die darstellende als auch die bildende Kunst vertreten. Eine umfangreiche Ausstellung von Dinosaurier-Fossilien ist im Arizona Museum of Natural History zu sehen.

"You get what you pay for."
I was trying to save some money. You get what you pay for. I wouldn't stay there again.
"Beds are terrible"
If they would invest in newer mattresses it would have been ok. Won't stay there again.
"Hotel near Mesa Airport"
The hotel was very simple. It was dated - entrance to rooms from the outside vs inside hallway. Area does not seem to be the best - I would not be out walking at nite alone. Hotel was clean and cost was reasonable.
"Not all that"
The main light in the room had gifts from someone that stayed there before. The stickers from Vodka bottles were plastered on the fixture. The shower curtain was ripped at the top and tied into a knot to hold it on. Paint was present in a number of places on the carpet. The beds were very hard.

There are maintence issues in this hotel. Smoke alarms hanging from the ceiling. Lights in the bathroom(one was a heat lamp with a regular lamp in it instead) without covers. Toilet rocked like being on a kiddie ride at the circus.One of the lamps in the main room you couldnot use. The extension cord was not long enough. For forty dollars, needs to […] be better upkeep. Need a better maintence person. Call me .I am looking for work. Almost forgot. Shower curtain bar was held up with two peices pf wood. Not attached mind you. Just propped up. "Mesa east good location"
Stayed for a week, we were very satisfied. Rooms were clean and large. Worth every penny!
Lied to us about rooms available on lower level....place was filthy dirty..would never recommend this to anyone!!!!
"Cheap hotel but clean"
Hotel needs some upkeep. But it was clean. Breakfast left something to be desired. Hotel is in a retirement area and very quiet. Few questionable hotels in the area but we felt completely safe. Id suggest bringing towells. They did give me extra but they are small.
"Urine smelling hotel."
The room smelled like human urine. We asked for a change of rooms and the one offered was even worse. Neither the Days Inn head office nor the health board would do much about it after we called them.
"OK"
The hotel is older but all the people are nice that work there. The shower faucet dripped alot but overall it is an OK place.

The NONE SMOKE room requested have a strong smoke odor, spoke to the manager, she said "her room smell like smoke too" what is this tell you? beside, the wall is thin you can hear the water running, the people taking outside of your front door. Way too noisy ......not a chance to stay here again

The room was poor hot had to run 30 min to get hot. Water ran in tub all the time. Room was very hot. Overall will stay there again.

"Beware of this Hotel!!!!!"
This was our first family trip and unfortunately our stay in this hotel was not enjoyable at all. First of all, the picture of the pool does not match what is really there. It was way smaller, dirty and had band-Aids floating in with bees swarming around. Inside the room, was dark and shabby. Stains on the wall and ceilings. Blankets felt like sandpaper. […] Shower backed up during first use and would not drain. Blow dryer didn't work. TV had a fuzzy picture with a buzzing noise and the coffee maker didn't work. And the worst part was the musty smell that smacked us in the face each time we entered the room. Please remember, pictures can be very deceiving not to mentioned photo shopped. So please do stay at this hotel...I will never be a patron at this hotel again! Mehr

The carpet in our rooom was torn up, there were holes in the walls. The interiior part of the roof over the walkways were falling down, the birds built nests in them & the over all condition of the building made us concerned. ( alot of falling plaster, cracked cement on the upper walkways etc.) The doors were not sealed well, you could see the daylight […] around them. The service was great, the breakfast was good. The location is quiet, the staff is friendly, and not far from restaurants and stores. I would stay again.
This was a decent motel for the money. Our request for more pillows and towels was promptly taken care of.

The only problems I had with this place is the first night the internet did not work and the toilet did not flush properly. Other than that, it was very clean and quiet and the bed was real comfortable.

"DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS HOTEL"
This business is an absolute DUMP - the hotel rooms were dirty dirty dirty dirty. We did not stay. The woman working the front desk was very nice. But I would not be able to stay in such a dirty run down place.
"Sadness in Mesa"
Well upon entering the outside of the hotel everything was as pictured. It was only when we entered the room that we were shocked. The room smelled soooo bad that I immediately started looking around the room for where the smell could have been coming from. The bathroom was terrible. I think it was old blood on the wall behind the door and something […] was ontop of the ceiling but I don't know what it was. The remote to the TV was missing and when we went and obtained one from the front desk it didn't work. The people who worked there was extremely nice but I think next time I will spend the extra money to stay somewhere much cleaner. Oh and the shower was gross as well and I had to run to Wal-Mart to get cleaning supplies just to use the shower and the toilet. Mehr
Hotel beds were very uncomfortable. The room was always hot, even though it was cold outside (30's at night) and we didn't turn on the heat. We wound up opening the door and window to cool it down to comfortable, But it was too warm again by morning. It was neat and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Aside from these issues, it was great!

"OK for the price"
Stayed at other Days Inns before. Continental Breakfast didn't compare to some of the others. Very limited items.
Really the bare minimum to be somewhat comfortable for a night. Not completely clean. Definitely worth the extra 10 or 20 more to stay at a Holiday Inn instead!

"Nice hotel, friendly staff"
We received a nice room at a nice price. I was actually looking for an inexpensive hotel offering breakfast...The breakfast items were limited to cereal, toast, croissants, orange and apple juice and coffee with a small area to enjoy it, so catch it early and you'll be fine. "Just another hotel night"
Acceptable but not exciting. Quiet but boring. Quite a way from downtown.

TV reception was poor for local channels, and requested repair of a broken item was not attended to.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. Toothpaste I left in the sink in the morning was still there in the evening when I returned. Bed was made, not sure if they vaccumed. Fairly quiet. TV remote was difficult to use.
