"Graduation Stay"
Staff was very personable. Our toilet would not flush without a plunger on arrival and they could not remedy the issue with a snake so they replaced the toilet. New one worked just fine Meals at the restaurant were OK. Basic meals, individually prepared and served as prepared.

"great location"
This hotel is close to a walking path along the Snake River. The hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable. There are excellent restaurants about half a mile downstream along the walking path.

Great blue-collar accommodations for what we needed. Nice full hot breakfast bar in the restaurant with free coupon at front desk. Indoor hot tub would have been great but it was 110 degrees due to maintenance problem, so couldn't use. Pool outdoors and closed. Shower was great...clean and new showerhead with good pressure. Pretty area for walking […] along the Snake River greenbelt with lots of Canada geese right behind hotel. Very centrally located, and only about 1 mile from airport. Lady in lobby was very classy and helpful. used Internet in lobby as well as flavored coffees. Like many hotels/motels this one needs to do a better job of ensuring the curtains can fully close for privacy. We used the pants hanger with clips to keep it shut. Overall, pleased. Mehr

Sorry for the the Hot tub being out of order, it has been fixed, and our pool closes the 1 of Oct, so you just missed it. We have looked into and fixed the curtain problem as well. Not bad for an overnigt stay . Room was clean however the knob on the bathroom door was about to fall off and fawcet in the tub was leaking. Breakfast was good and the staff was freindly. good for overnight stay

This hotel was convenient to fishing in Port Valdez. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

"Buffet Included!"
We got a fantastic deal on the hotel, a good 20 dollars off by using hotels.com. Our room was in the best of shape, and the only thing to make it better was the fact that a buffet breakfast was included! Definitely a great place to stay.

A tired old hotel. It seems to have been pieced together as they grew. It feels like a maze if you go through the hallways from the back to the front desk. It was ok for the one night we were there and price was good. Breakfast was good.

"Ok for the Price but could improve"
Cheap accommodation. Tired building, but no issues with the service. Excellent restaurant across the road. Breakfast area could be cleaner. Would stay there again.
"I LIKED this place"
I was working long hours nearby and this was the perfect room for me. The room was better than I expected and the girl Kassie at the desk was friendly, fast and efficient. I'm planning on staying there again if I get the Acoustical Ceilings on this job. I left before breakfast but heard that it was a pleasant experience too. I had read some bad reviews about this motel but was very satisfied with this facility. It was neat and clean with pleasent personnel. I stayed 6 nights and would stay again.
