"Day Inn-near I-20"
The Hotel staff was great and polite. The room was cleaned and it was what we expected. The only problem that I had with the room was when we used the jacuzzi a piece of hair came out of the suction area. Overall the jacuzzi was clean just that one thing, but sure how to suggest they keep that from happening in the future.
"Don't let the name fool you..."
This property is nowhere near "downtown" Aiken - and the neighborhood (adjacent to the interstate) is not the best I've been in. The room was clean, but the buildings are in a sad state. The desk clerk was courteous, but the hotel was not at all what you would expect from a chain... even a Day's Inn. I would not recommend anyone visiting this location […] unless the owner/management did a complete overhaul - oh.. and you might want a room not next to the road crew that is LIVING in theirs - they keep LATE hours. "Just one night"
The location of the hotel/motel was great. My only complaint, not really a complaint but more of an observation, was that the hotel/motel was very run down. The sheets were threadbare, the knobs in the shower weren't really tight, etc. However, everything was clean, priority #1.
"The Hotel Days Inn Downtown in Aiken, SC"
The hotel is a nice place to stay out while you are in that area as a vacation or for somewhere you want to relax at when you needed some free time. Around the hotel it as places you can eat that in walking distance. The room service was good for me, they help me out when I needed help with something and they were nice.

"Okay"
The room was set up very nice but the fridge had an odor, the bathroom was rusty and tiny and the towels were off color as to appear dirty. The pool was great and the internet was very easy to use.

"Needs Improvement"
The hotel was conveniently located to the area we needed to visit. However, there were guests loitering in the parking lot outside our room door until late in the night. Also, the mattress on our king-sized bed was clearly 'several years old' because you could see the wear and tear from the deep imprints in the bed. The tub had hair in it and the 'white […] towels' had stains on them. Great price, but the old saying holds true, "You get what you pay for." Mehr
