Das Hotel ist etwa 30min vom Flughafen entfernt, lässt sich also gut per cab erreichen. Es ist ein sehr ruhiges Hotel da es nur für Besucher ist welche nicht aus Austin kommen.

Neues Hotel in Buda. Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Sauberkeit in den öffentlichen Bereichen dürfte etwas besser sein. Frühstück, Internet und Parkplatz kostenlos.

Wir waren im Juni 2011 zwei Wochen Gast in diesem Hotel. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Zimmer war sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Im Bad war alles top. Kein Schimmel an der Silikonfuge. Das Frühstücksbüfett war gut. Man konnte im Frühstücksraum den ganzen Tag lang kostenlos Kaffee und Tee holen. Eine Eismaschine war frei zugänglich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Nähe zur Highway war bezüglich des Lärms überhaupt kein Problem. Es war insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Hotel empfehle ich gerne weiter.

Ich fühlte mich sehr gut untergebracht in diesem Hotel, die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich. Was für mich sehr wichtig war, war dass das Hotel zwar in Flughafennähe war, jedoch kein Fluglärm zu hören war.
Lage
Econo Lodge Arboretum North Austin liegt in Austin (Northwest Austin). In der Nähe befinden sich: Norris Conference Centers, Arboretum im Einkaufszentrum Great Hills und The Domain. Zu den weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung gehören: University of Texas Tower und University of Texas at Austin.
Ausstattung
Ein kostenloser W-LAN Internetzugang steht in den öffentlichen Bereichen zur Verfügung. Es gibt ein Businesscenter vor Ort. Es wird täglich ein kostenloses Frühstück angeboten. "Econo Lodge North Austin"
The rooms were decent, the staff was nice. The main problems I had with this hotel was the actual location and the neighbors. It was difficult to actually enter the parking lot of this hotel because you had to either make a u-turn or go around the block. It was not convenient. The people who stayed in the room next to us were constantly standing outside […] smoking. Every time I left the room they were trying to get me to come over to their room, it did not make me feel safe in my room. Mehr

"Great Hotel-Quiet Stay"
I came to Austin on business and was very pleased with this hotel. The room was very quiet and comfortable, mattress looks like it was brand new. Lots of choices for restaurants, but ended up in Domain, where I had a client meeting. Had a chance to go shopping for my girlfriend. Breakfast was real good. Nothing like I have seen in other Econo lodge. […] I had stayed in Econo Lodges before, this was byfar the best I ever stayed at. Front Desk was very polite and looks like they were bending over backward to make my needs met. They answer all my questions regarding austin and surrounding areas. I am definitely coming back with my girlfriend to spend a weekend and make sure I stay at this hotel. Mehr

I have never been more unsatisfied with a hotel stay. The hotel was rundown. The staff was not very friendly. Especially the manager. My hotel key did not work and he automatically accused me of placing my key near my cell phone. Then he proceeds to tell me that when he re-did my hotel key that it told him that I indeed had my key near my cell phone. […] Come on, I am not an idiot and he tried to make me feel like one. That upset me the most, to the point that I was darn near ready to check out and go elsewhere. There free breakfast was terrible. There was hardly any food. The eating area looked like it had not been cleaned in a week and the waffles just tasted horrible. Not to mention that the cream cheese was gritty, as if it was well past the expiration date. As for the "high speed" internet, dial up would have been more suitable, it took forever for anything to load. Good thing this was not a business trip. Clearly I was not happy with my stay at this facility, nor was my partner. This hotel needs some serious upgrading, starting with the staff firsthand. It will be a long time before I even think of using this hotel chain again. Mehr

In addition to the place being a filthy outdated dump. Prostitutes and their clients come and go day and night. Hotels.com had it rated at 3.1 stars when we booked it

"Cheap, noisy"
This is a basic motel. The Exxon convenience store next door was great for late night snacks since the motel vending machine was broken. All the rooms face the parking lot, which became a party place until after midnight with construction workers playing mariachi music, drinking beer and talking loudly. I found out that this was a common occurrence […] when I complained to the front desk. It was significantly cheaper than my other options and now I know why. Mehr
"OK for the money"
Everything was ok, especially for the price. It actually was better than we expecetd after reading some of the responses from others. Breakfast left a lto to be desired, but coffee was good.

"Okay"
The hotel was close to where i was staying so that was great. My room smelled extremely fresh and powdery so that was a plus. The night staff was friendly, not so much with the morning staff. My only complaint is that there was no food left at the breakfast bar when i went down at 8:30. There was still an hour left in the breakfast time so i was a little […] disappointed. "Customer service needs improvement"
The hotel was clean but could use some updating. What I did not like was the customer service. We tried to cancel our second night at the hotel because we were further away from our friends place than we thought. The hotel would not cancel our second night without a penalty. I know that their policy was that if a room was cancelled after 4pm, that there […] is a penalty but I thought they might waive that. They also would not but us in a downstairs room even though they were not full and could have accomadated us. Mehr
