"Zweckmäßig in guter Lage und gutem Preis"
Das Hotel liegt sehr praktisch zwischen Zentrum, Bahnhof und Corso Como. Leider gibt es keine Garage, Parken in der Nähe ist möglich aber bei der italienischen Parkweise etwas abenteuerlich. Unser Zimmer war etwas alt-backen und das bad nicht unbedingt ein Traum: die (Falt-)Tür liess sich nicht schließen und die Dusche...naja. Leider gibt es keine Raucherzimmer […] und Balkone haben auch nur einige Zimmer. Das Frühstück war dagegen wirklich in Ordnung. Der Peis ist angemessen, das Personal freundlich. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein und dunkel aber für 3 Tage völlig ausreichend. Insgesamt ist das Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das sieht man auch überall. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse gut. Reisenden, die nur zum schlafen ins Hotel gehen, kann ich es durchaus empfehlen.Authentische Expedia-Gästebewertung

Recht verkehrsgünstige Lage, Metrostation ca. 5 Minuten, 3 Stationen bis zum Centro storico. Das Hotel selbst ist ziemlich alt, die Zimmer sehr klein und dunkel, das Bad aber relativ neu und sehr sauber. Frühstück war o.k. - eben typisch italienisch. "Hotel Cervo in Milan – for sure again :)"
The hotel is not in best shape, they could for sure invest a bit in other wallclothes for the rooms (sometimes I felt as within a museum ;) But everything is very clean. Roomkeepers changed the towels every day and I always came back from citytrips into a brand new, clean room as it wouldbe the first day. (not common over the higher rated big hotels, […] where the keepers have just 3 minutes per room) All employees and the manager were always available, even late at night there was no complaining or bad mood at all. Always a smile, "have a nice trip today" etc. They were very helpful with Milan map and directions, tips where to go ... Breakfast was fine as well. They even make you a cappucino in the kitchen when you ask for it ;) (and remember this is not a 4 stars hotel) I would always book this hotel for Milan again! Its not far from the city (5 min walk to the underground, 3 stations from the Duomo) I wish you a nice trip and enjoy Milan! MehrAuthentische Expedia-Gästebewertung

"Nettes Hotel mit guter Lage"
Dieses Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage und ist nur wenige Minuten von einer Metro-Station entfernt. Allerdings kann man das Stadtzentrum auch zu Fuß erkunden. Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein Supermarkt und einige Meter weiter sind genügend Restaurants zu finden. Die Zimmer sind recht klein, aber sauber. Die Klimaanlage lässt Mailand auch an wärmeren […] Tagen aushalten und auch das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut. "Good for Milan average"
The hotel staff is really good, the premisses are good and clean. The room is comfortable and clean, but it is too dark! The breakfast is not bad, but there are few choices. The only single thing that made me uncomfortable is: The staff solemnly ignores the "do not disturb" sign. Every single day of my stay there, about noon, the cleaner staff came […] knocking on my door and if I do not open it she would get inside anyway! Also, the sign is ignored to the point she would clean the room anyway, rearrange your objects and change all towel and bed sheet. This is really annoying. Apart from that, everything is grand. Lot of building and roadworks going on ready for Expo 2015. 10 min walk to Metro, tram and bus outside hotel. Milan can be very hot, in the high 90s so the air-condition was most welcome and worked well. Breakfast a bit samey and not a lot of choice. The hotel was clean and central; about 5 minutes from Republica metro station. The staff were lovely; unfailingly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and good quality. This is not a trendy or a luxury hotel and the decor is a little dated but it makes up for this easily in other ways, particularly the efficient air conditioning and power […] shower. "Good hotel"
Excellent location, with very helpful staff. Went with my teenage daughter who has different interests / priorities to me, but we both really enjoyed our stay here. Minor quibble would be that the bath / shower is very deep which would make it very difficult for those who are not very mobile to use. I love Italy and there always seems to be something […] that something isn't working - in our room it was the blind - but that is nothing unusual in my experience. "Older Hotel - NO A/C Before 2pm"
Hotel Cervo is fairly decent - the location is convenient - it's about two blocks from a Metro stop and right next door to a Carrefour so you can grab cheap water and snacks to save some money on your trip. The downside of the hotel is that it's pretty dated, the bed covers scream Mad Men and the thermostat is basically two unlabeled buttons with a […] little disc to control the temperature. Speaking of the AC, it cannot be turned on before 2pm. The AC also automatically turn off sometime early in the morning. It did get pretty warm in our room and there was no screen on the window so bugs would get in if you open the window for some cool air. I don't know why the hotel chose to do this, every other hotel we stayed at in Italy had AC all the time. Otherwise the wifi works and the staff is pleasant and helpful. "Great location for price"
The hotel was quite close to train station, only 15mins walk about. Little market just beside to stock up on water and fruits for your daily expeditions. Small rooms with private bathroom but pretty clean. Very decent breakfast buffet in the morning.Authentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung

10 min walk from Central Station. 20 min walk to Duomo. 2 minute walk to metro stop (Repubblica). Located inbetween supermarket and small friendly bar - so very handy. Extremely polite and pleasant staff who were always happy to help. Good selection at breakfast buffet. "The Real Truth"
The room was small and cramp, there was a filthy noisy air conditioning unit . No communication or offer of refreshments from hotel staff on arrival from a long journey. "Convenience at reasonable rates"
The Hotel Cervo is very conveniently located near Piazza Reppublica, close to the Metro and several bars and restaurants. It's a short walk to the main railway station, where you can get a bus to the airport. It's also near a lovely big public park/garden. It is currently [mid-July 2011] renovating its reception area, but judging by the very recently […] renovated dining room it will be shipshape pretty soon. My single room was very small, but otherwise perfectly acceptable, and for Milan it was reasonably priced. The staff were professional, and friendly enough, but it's not a hotel with any atmosphere. In short, I think its main virtue was its convenient location. If I returned to Milan, I'd look around for other options, but I'd be perfectly happy to stay at the Cervo again if need be. We were very happy with our stay at Hotel Cervo. First, the location was great. It was about a 15-minute walk from the central train station (you can also take a one-stop subway/metro ride) and about 5 minutes from the nearest metro stop. The staff were very friendly and accodomating. We left our passports in the room and they found them and stored them for us until we got back! The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable that we slept more than we should have while in such a great city!
