We stayed at the hotel on December 29th to have a quick getaway for the weekend. We weren't in the room much as we were out and about, but the room was clean albeit a bit outdated. The hotel is situated where you can have easy access to the city centre and close drive to various shops. The only annoyance during the stay were the children who were allowed […] out to play in the hallway at 8 a.m. by their parents who allowed them to run down the hallway, screaming their faces off and banging on doors. It's an older hotel, but I found it otherwise pretty good. The gf and me had a good laugh as they still had an old crt/tube TV. It can use some updating, but otherwise it did the trick.Authentische Expedia-Gästebewertung

Honestly, we think the ownership of the hotel is tying the hands of the management staff. Wifii issues, carpet stains (nasty!) although have to say management did what they could in providing us with a different room to solve the wifii issues. But lack of furniture, stains in the carpet, dated bathroom fixtures, and our room key not working (with no […] apologies) mean we won't be rushing to stay there again anytime soon. this was an awesome hotel to stay at. We were there over Christmas and they always had food and pop out and available to everyone! Thats the first time I have ever seen that. Also, the whole 5th floor was dedicated to people that had dogs which was AWESOME for us! It was so pet friendly - which is hard to come by! The staff were pleasant and easy to […] deal with, the only disappointment was the breakfast. I had Eggs Benedict which was the worst that I ever had, but they reimbursed me for I did not eat it. The breakfast menu was over priced for what you got - but everyone else liked what they got. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. It was a great experience! Very impressed with the service received. Room was upgraded due to unavailability of booked room. New room overlooked the Court Yard. Asked for a cot as another person was staying with us. Very impressed that they let doggys stay, and without an additional charge. Thank you for realizing that dogs are a very important part of a family! Only real complaint is that the rooms are too warm, even with the air conditioning on. Had to open window most of the time but then had to contend with noisy ouside generators.
