"Great Girls Weekend"
We had a great time everything was perfect except the entrance we used at door #1 had a terrible, horrible odor and the huge double light to light the parking lot was not working.
it was great...our family had a good time. Pool was a bit cold though..could have been warmer for my grandkids who are preschool age.

"Had a great time"
we stayed at our hotel room which was clean and ready for us to enjoy. There was a crack on the mirror of the closet with glass on the floor and we reported it to the front desk so we didn't get charged for it but they did not offer to come take care of it or upgrade room. We had two children in our room so that was a little unsetteling. Other than […] that the pool was clean and the breakfast was good!! We have 3 little kids and every time that we stay at a hotel, we like to choose one that has a nice pool area. I have to say, by far, this is one of the nicest ones we have been to for the price of the hotel as well. The pool area was very clean and the kids loved it. Thanks!

large clean rooms, well maintained even though its l little dated. the breakfast area small for the number of guests in hotel, No microwave or fridge in room even though the description of room states it. Would stay here again!

I would stay at Hampton Inn Frankenmuth again, I was impressed how clean it was, If you looked in the corners, they were vaccumed and the bathroom was clean. I would definately reccommend this place.

"Clean and comfort - Hampton Inn"
It is clean , comfort and good service. Especially the breakfast. The staffs kept tracking which of the food were short and refill at once. Even though the breakfast time from 6-10am. Almost 10:00am still refill the food. Very good concern and take care the customers. Thanks Kitty
"Hampton Inn Birch Run"
This hotel is in an ideal location for shopping at the outlet mall. The duvets need replacing as the stuffing has shifted to form a series of large lumps throughout. I would also like to see a bar fridge in the room. Otherwise, it was a lovely room.

My daughter is "disappointed" that you do not have a recycling bin in each hotel room. She has been taught to recycle in school and it has become second nature to her.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel and the breakfast buffet was good and had variety. My room didn't have a microwave or fridge which I thought it did have but Kelly the manager let me use the microwave in the breakfast area to make our popcorn. The pool and hot tub were nice after a long day shopping at Birch Run Outlet Mall.

So, I have stayed at this hotel numerous times now, and every time I go back to Birch run (once or twice a year) I always stay at this hotel. The staff is friendly and keep the hotel very clean. My only complaint is the swimming pool and hot tub. The swimming pool seems to be very cold, and the hot tub is overly hot. When I spoke with the woman at the […] front desk, she said a lot of people complain about that, but whenever she checks, the temps are where they are supposed to be (85 degrees for pool and 102 for hot tub) Now the hot tub might actually be 102, but the pool was no where near 85. As far as the Hotel of concerned the rooms were very nice. The only complaint that I had was getting in the room in a timely manner. We were told that the rooms would be ready after noon, then to be told after 2:00 and to come back to the hotel to find out that they would not be ready until 4:00. "Hotel Hampton in Burch Run"
Was not completely satisfied, due to the fact that I requested a handicap room. I have metal knees. The request was made to move and they in turn moved us to the third floor. From now on I wish to be accommodated as to my request.

"Disappointed"
I was quite disappointed with this hotel, especially for the price. The online site said there were jets in the bathroom tubs (which I was looking forward to using). Had multiple problems with the hotel keys not working in our room door, had to request a new set and still had problems. Was not happy at all!

"near Downtown Frankenmuth"
I have stayed at many Hamptons, and the breckfast service is usually very good. That is why i choose Hampton's. However the food aat this particular Hamptons was sub-par. I should have stayed at the H.I. express next door.
Everyone was super nice and very helpful especially Jim and Kelly who went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed and to make us feel at home..Our family couldn't have had a more relaxing weekend stay.. This hotel was great. Beds were comfortable and well cleaned every day. The reception person was very helpful with directions . The directions he gave us were excellent and there was alot of road construction. The breakfast was excellent both days. very clean eating areas and great variety. I am a diabetic so the selsctions for me were great they even […] had diatetic maple syrup. I would give this hotel a big recommendation to all my friends. The only thing we had a problem with was the weeds in th field in front of the hotel,which were about three feet high and you had to drive right by, but they were cut down on our second day there. Hard to get to despite being just off I75. The entrance road is either through KFC or a small barely marked overgrown road that is off a crossroad from main road off freeway exit. The hotel was realy nice . The room was clean and well kept. The breakfeast was good nice selection. I esp. liked making my own waffles.The one think we didn't like was the bed if was not firm enough for us.Other than that it was a great stay. the workers were very nice.
The hotel staff was friendly, and considerate of our needs. I required that my room doesn't get sprayed with any refreshners, and artificial fragrance, not be treated with bleach and so on. While not the newest of hotels, we found the Hampton Inn quite clean and comfortable; particularly after a day of back-to-school shopping at Birch Run. Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Hamptom Bay - it was really close to Birch Run and only about 10 minutes from Frankenmuth. The staff was friendly and curteous and the complimentary breakfast was AWESOME.
