Disneyland ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen, in unmittelbarer Umgebung befinden sich eine Handvoll guter Restaurants und ein hübsches Shopping-Center. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber aber mit rel. lauter Klimaanlage. Parken nur gegen Gebühr ( 14$ pro Tag)

Very convenient location for Disney Land. The room was OK. When we moved a chair we found socks (!) below it, but the bathroom was clean.

The only positive thing would be the location as it was within walking distance and their free parking provision. Their beds and pillows were horrible and staff were not the friendliest we came across. Generally would give it 3 out of 5 only for location and convenience.

Very comfortable and great service staff. However we encountered multiple problems with the minor stuff. Plugged sink on first day; wi-fi was intermittent and slow when connected in the room (fine in the lobby) and the television had only a few channels that actually received the digital signal. room was clean and comfy, service at check in great let us check in early and we were allowed to leave our car in parking lot after check out breakfast was not what we had hoped for and food was cold overall great place would stay here again

Our room was clean = very important to me. I could walk on the carpet in my white socks without getting soiled. We were a tich crowded because we had 3 people in a room with double queen beds. Could have used a little more room for luggage. It was really nice to have a safe in our room. The housekeeping staff was great - just before going to bed I spilled […] a soda on the bed. Great service & awesome value for money

The room had a microwave but no fridge. You could hear what is going on in the surrounding room, ie i heard the bed moving from the people above me.... There was a quiet buzzing noise the first night i was there. But the room was nice, the title pattern wallpaper was interesting. The bed was comfortable and the pillows soft. Most likely i would not […] stay here again but it was close to the convention center and that is what i desired the most on this trip. Mehr

I stayed here at the end of my trip and my feet were so tired, all I wanted to do was soak in a hot tub, but they didn't have one. Other than that, everything was great.

The stay was okay the cleaning was really Half A$$ed and we stayed only 3 nights and house keeping re maid our bed with the same sheets from the last 2 nights that we stayed there no one is helpful they don't treat their guest with respect and the walls are paper thin you can hear every thing bring your own stuff

love it all except how the AC kicked on and off super loud all night.. i couldnt find a good setting. also.. we checked into our room and the TV didnt work. it took close to 45min to get someone to our room and then i took another 30 mins to get a new tv... We had things to do like go to DISNEYLAND... But oh well it was still great for the $$

Room was comftable all expections were met. Pools r nice with fire pits for when its a little cold out gym is also nice with great and plenty equipment.This was our second stay here walking distance to Disney is not bad. Shuttle is right outside if your not wanting to walk one price for all day shuttle was really good. Would come back again

We were very pleased with our room and service. Granted we got a great deal which I know puts us in rooms which are located next to the elevator, but none of this was a bother. The elevators were quite and people staying were respectful. There is something small we loved; we loved the fact the doors did not close like the sound of thunder. You actually […] had to close them yourself! I know this is a strange thing to love, but we did. We HATE it when hotels have there doors slam shut! Very annoying and disrespectful! Hotel was great...very clean and besides a few of the night staff (who were rude) everyone else were friendly!! Specifically the desk woman at night, my husband went down to buy a sandwich from snack bar they have in lobby, and althought she clearly saw him, she chose to not help, when she was not busy with anyone!! He asked fior help twice and she […] rudely told him she would be with him in a minute... Done with complaining though :) Other staff were great.. Room was great.. Pool was awesome for kids.. Distance from Disney was doable.. Sometimes a tad loud at night but that was expected since most people staying there are with kids going to Disney!! I didn't like having to Pay for parking. 14 a day

This place is great except they provide no map of the surrounding areas, and no one tells you there is a kiosk for the Disney shuttle is unless you ask around ande nothing is in the room about it either. Most people are there for that reason and even cheap hotels provide this service. I will say that we stayed one night at the. Sheridan across from […] here and Red Lion puts the smack down on that place room wise. The pool was nice. No hot-tub though. Mehr

The quality of the hotel is great! Although I feel they need more staff at the front desk, only two people at time to check in waited about 20 minutes just to get my key, it was a bit aggravating. Other than that the rooms were clean, and kept up well!

Great, nice place. Not real helpful on getting us adjoining rooms. We requested but it didn't happen. My wife and I had to stay in separate rooms and divide the children up

Nice, clean rooms centrally located to Convention Center and Disneyland. Nicer than our friends higher priced room. Free breakfast was a good deal too, not just continental.

We liked just about everything about our stay. Spacious, well appointed room, large clean bathroom. Only thing I would change would be food service. We like to get up and get an early start and the "free" breakfast was not opened until 7:30 on weekends. Why not same time as during the week? There was also much confusion about the take out food area. […] There was no one there to pay so this had to be handled by the front desk. That really slowed things down. Very quiet hotel. You are approx half a mile away from the front entrance of the Disney ticket booth. You can get there within 15 minutes. Alot of good resturants around you. Don't forget about the Garden Mall. It is full of shops.

The hotel was great! Staff was very nice and the room was always very clean. If you're not interested in going to Disney this may not be the hotel for you (other LA attractions are a bit far away), but other than that i'd definitely recommend this hotel.

This was a great place to stay. Clean, reasonable price, breakfast good, walk not too bad about 2.5 city blocks, Pool area nice, Hope to see on Hotel.com again

I loved that we were close to everything. We could walk to Disneyland if we wanted but we took the bus that is out front of the hotel. They are great restaurants in walking distance also! Loved our stay there! Plus the complimentary breakfast they had was great also. Ive been places that is just toast and a couple other items. I would definately stay […] here again! Mehr

My family occupied 5 rooms for 5 night. The stay was comfortable, and the morning breakfast was a plus. My only complaint is regarding the cleanliness of the room. Housekeeping would make the beds, change the garbage, and vaccum the carpet. But, the bathroom counters nor table/desk ever seem to be cleaned. Our family enjoyed the pool hours [open until […] 10]. well lets say it wasnt great 1st they gave me and my family a room that was already occupied. Then when we did get a room it was next to the elevator which was loud and shuck the room every time when used. once in the room i found no towels and when we called down to the front desk severl times there was no answer so we went to the pool and took some. […] also on a last note the fire detector went off due to a bad battery and it took them over 20 mins to fix the problem. Hotel was clean & staff was co-operate. Even though hotel was full, they kept their words about my deal. Breakfast made good start for very busy day. Rooms were clean & provided needed rest after long day. I would recommend it strongly...

THIS HOTEL WAZ GREAT! I PLAN TO STAY HERE FOR MY FUTURE TRIPS TO DISNEYLAND. HOTEL IS WELL KEPT. HOTEL STAFF VERY FRIENDLY. GREAT PRICE FOR BEING SO CLOSE TO DISNEYLAND. A+++++

Overall I enjoyed the hotels decor and modern look. Unfortunately that take backseat to certain things. I was unaware that during my stay the hotel withholds a certain amount of money on your credit card for any problems that might occur. I felt it was way to much, and when I was td it would be released when I checked out of my hotel, the receptionist […] informed me it wouldn't be available to me until 2-3 business days. This very much upset me. In my view, if anything should happen I am responsible, but it's not the hotels business to take over any portion of money. We needed a nice place to stay near Disneyland and that's what we got. The hotel has shuttle pick up just outside the entrance of the hotel, straight to the entrance of Disneyland. The hotel staff was friendly and everything was clean and nice. My one drawback is that there was no hot tub.

the hotel was almost perfect. Staff was great,room was comfortable, amenities were great. The problem with this place is that the ventalation system (not the heating and airconditioning) sounds like a jet plane taking off. Very tough to sleep or concentrate on work with all this racket goin on. the vent in my room was in the bathroom which only served […] to amplify the noise. I also recommend skipping the breakfast. It is disorganized and not worth the money. There is a pancake house next door that does very well for that reason. Great hotel for vacationing families, but not for road warriors. Mehr
