Great staff and comfortable room. We would stay here again.

The room was okay, but the curtains were not adequate to block out the intense lights on the front of the hotel.. Likewise the windows did not provide adequate isolation to block out the sounds of motorcycles and transport trucks grinding up the hill.. there was a problem with the faucet in the sink. the parking look was poorly designed --- it was way […] too steep and small for the needs of the guests Mehr

Clean room, very quiet considering it is by the Interstate. Very steep driveway, but sufficient parking. Good breakfast.

We booked this hotel for a quick overnight stay during a long cross country drive. The property is not one of the better Hampton Inns I've stayed in before. The rooms need to be updated (although the check-in desk has been updated). The rooms desperately need to be sound proofed. We spent the very early morning hours listening to every footstep, toilet […] flush, water in the pipes/shower, and any other noise made in the room directly above us. VERY clean, and the staff were exceptionally nice. COULD have been a bit better if there were microwaves in the room, but I did ok without one. Easy access to the Interstate. I would stay there again.

This hotel was clean and modern the food was good and staff pleasant. But parking was tight and the walls and ceilings were thin.

Stayed one night to visit aquarium. Hotel was very clean and pleasant stay. Breakfast was very good. There is a logan's roadhouse restaurant across street and walmart. Only 4 miles from downtown.

We were there to visit Rock City/Look out Mountain, etc, so this was a very good location. We were initially on the bottom floor but could hear the people above us walking around. We asked to be moved to the 2nd floor and they were very responsive to our request.

We needed to be near Lookout Mtn, and all the other hotels in that area, although they had good guest review numbers, when you read the reviews, they all had problems with cleanliness. We chose this at first because it had great reviews, however, when we made the reservation, the tax and fees were pretty steep. But it was worth it. The hotel was very […] clean. The breakfast was a full buffet. Eggs and sausage, all kinds of breads, cereals, fresh fruit salad, waffles, etc. The only complaint was there was no place in the room to plug in my computer and my cell phone without unplugging something else. I enjoyed the stay. There are a few things that I would changge. I would add microwaves and small fridges to the roooms. We traveled with small child that still needed milk since we had no fridge in the room had to travel back and forth to Wal-mart that was located across the street so that was great. The location needed more restaurants to choose from. […] Had to travel closer to downtown to find sit down restaurant. Staff was pleasant. Mehr

the hotel was great! So clean and relaxing! the breakfast was also good. The guy at the front desk was very helpfull when we came in also!

We had a great stay. The hotel was not hard at all to find. Right off the freeway. The staff was great. Very friendly and very professional. The location is perfect. Wendys right across the street as well as Cracker barrel very close and Walmart was across the street. The rooms were very clean and quiet. Breakfast was very fine. Very clean hotel, although it could use a little updating. Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The surroundig area was not great - not too many restaurants (but certainly safe), however, we ordered from a Chinese food place that delivered and it was FAST and good. After driving almost 600 miles that day we did not want to get back in the […] car, so this was perfect! On another note, we stopped first at the wrong Hampton Inn which was a couple exits closer to downtown than this one and was glad it was the wrong one.- I would highly recomend the Lookout mountain/cummings highway Hampton Inn over the other in terms of location. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is clean and comfortable. It's convenient to the sites we wanted to visit as well. The only difficulty we had was that we had read when making our reservation that online AND in the hotel it said that each room has a refrigerator. This is not true at this location. It made a difference to us since we were carrying […] things that needed refrigeration. We made due with ice in our cooler...which was fine but just not what we had been told to expect! Mehr

We just needed one night, the hotel was full but staff was great. We had a late arrival and were missing our remote, i called down to the desk, and before I could leave the room, the clerk brought it up, was I surprised! Lots of families there, but still was quiet. Breakfast was really good for such a hotel. Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Nothing great, but no problems either which is really nice these days.

We checked in very late and when I called ahead to tell them we were going to be late, the front desk clerk assured us there was no problem and even wished us a safe trip. Upon arrival, we were checked in right away and were able to get to our room with no problems. The parking lot isn't laid out real well, but everything else about this hotel is very […] nice. We stayed here for the weekend. We had no problems, everything was great, breakfast was great. It was very convenient to everything as well, including the Walmart that we had to make a couple trips to. :)

very nice room. my boys loved the hot continental breakfast.

Very safe, clean hotel, very nice stay in the king bed with the sofa sleeper with small children. Only draw back was the small parking lot, when it was full it was difficult to maneuver in our suburban. All in all, I would definitely recommend.

overall the hotel was great friendly staff and breadfast was real good

We chose this hotel because it was easily accessible from the interstate & to Lake Winnie our destination. The hotel staff was very courteous and the room was clean. We would definetly stay here again.

Everything was really nice at the hotel. The breakfast was great, waffles and all..the frontdesk workers were very helpful and polite. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Everything was better than expected. I would recommend this hotel, highly!

Nice Hotel, convenient to Rock City and Ruby Fallls. Don't forget to visit Cravens House and the Chatanooga battlefield at Point Park

The room was nice but the contineal breakfast left a lot to be desired.

We stayed here for two nights. We arrived way earlier than we had expected and they were still able to find us a room to check in to almost three hours early. They were all very friendly and the hotel was immaculate. They also served a nice complimnetary hot breakfast.

Was not at all impressed with this hotel. It was outdated and smelly.

The hotel attendants were very friendly. Having Wal-Mart directly across from a hotel was definitely a perk, too. The only thing that I did not like about the hotel room is that the restroom lighting was not as good as I'd prefer it to be. The fitness room was excellent, too.

You guys are the greatest!!!

This hotel is located just off several major highways and offers great convenience getting almost anywhere in Chattanooga. It is especially close to Lookout Mountain and all the attractions there - Ruby Falls, Rock City and Incline Railway.

Was a little outdated, but was not that bad. Great place to stay along the way, or a weekend get away. Ten minutes by interstate to attractions downtown. Or ten minutes by Cummings Hwy. to Lookout Mountain and other attractions on mountain. Several places to eat in area, like Crackel barrel and a waffle house. Wal mart across the road. This was a nice hotel. It was simple but not like the eww gross old smelly stale sheets simple.. this was a room that was update, simple, clean, and perfect for just a night's stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and You should take my word on clean....because I only stay in clean hotels.

Hotel accommodation and decor was utilitarian but very clean. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. The price of the room plus a free breakfast (with healthy options not found at fast food places) make this hotel an excellent value.

Hotel staff was very courteous and we were always greeted with a smile. The breakfast was good with lots of options for finicky eaters. Yes, even children. Upon arriving home to Kansas City, my husband discovered that he was missing one of his bags. We contacted the front desk with the hope that someone had turned it in. They verified that the bag, […] which had been left in the room, had been turned in by housekeeping staff. The hotel offered to express mail the bag to us and it arrived in a couple of days.
