Ich war in einem Doppelzimmer mit Bad und Toilette. Das Bett war angenehm. Es gab einen Fernseher und eine Klimaanlage. Im Großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt dort sehr schön, vor allem die netten Bekanntschaften, die ich dabei gemacht habe.

Das Hotel liegt zentral im Herzen von Madrid in der Altstadt. Wir waren 8 Nächte dort und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Personal spricht Englisch und ist sehr entgegenkommend. Die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum überdachten Innenhof, dadurch war das Zimmer auch bei geöffneten Fenstern immer sehr warm. Es konnte aber klimatisiert werden. Wir werden es auf jeden Fall im nächsten Urlaub wieder nehemen.

Alles Top! Einzige Punkte, die man bedenken sollte: Fahrt ins Zentrum dauert mit Bus (gleich um die Ecke; auch sehr günstiger Transport zum Flughafen) oder Metro (15min entfernt) etwa eine halbe Stunde. In Hotelnähe gibt es nur wenige, teure Retaurants, so dass man abends schon in der Stadtmitte essen sollte. Zwei Straßen weiter gibt es jedoch einen Supermarkt. Würde auf jeden Fall wieder!

"Ok for tourist but not for business people"
Hotel has no wifi in the rooms so you must go to reception to have access for only 1 hour for free. Not quite convenient when you need to check your emails and do some wok late in the evening. ideal hotel for families or visitors rooms are big and clean but no recommended if you are staying for work

"Hotel Orense"
This hotel is in a great location, close to El Corte Ingles, the most convinient store in Spain. Bus to downtown a block away and taxis at the door of the hotel or by Orense Street. If you like soccer, the Stadium is at walking distance.
"Perfect hotel for Anglos working at Vaughn Town!"
My wife and I were scheduled to volunteer for 1 week at Vaughn Town just north of Madrid, which is an English language program for Spaniards. The Rafaelhoteles Orense is perfectly located a few blocks east walk to the meeting location where the bus leaves early Sunday morning. The best part was the Rafaelhoteles Orense has a lovely breakfast buffet […] open early in the morning (while most of Madrid is still asleep, including the corporate Starbucks coffee across the street)...we were the only people on the bus who had enjoyed a nice, healthy breakfast with fruit and fresh coffee before the trip. Although we only stayed one evening, and many businesses were closed in August, we had a pleasant day in north Madrid, and would stay there again (especially if there were a Real Madrid football match at the stadium, also an easy walk!) Excellent mid price hotel within 5 minutes walk of the Bernabeu stadium and metro links to the city and airport. Local bars, restaurants and supermarkets very close. Breakfast was very good, with a good variety of hot and cold food. Our twin room was very comfortable and a good size for two people

The 4 star hotels I am use to, at least give you a shower cap and soap in the room. There were also know coffee/tea bar in the room. Perhaps the 4 stars must be reviewed.

The hotel staff were lovely and friendly. The rooms were a good size, nice and clean. One complaint would be the air con actually blew out hot air, and so woke up in the morning with a room at 32 degrees which was a bit uncomfortable!!

The hotel is near a business and government district and about 4 blocks from the metro. The rooms are large and the hotel is very clean and well maintained. Staff was pleasant and probably helpful, but I'm a frequent business traveller to Madrid, so didn't need much info. It is blissfully quiet on a sidestreet, which is a huge plus vs. many of the approximately […] 15 hotels I've stayed in on work trips to Madrid in the last few years. Cons aren't deal-killers: internet is ridiculously expensive for a business hotel, the in-room safe was too small for tiny laptop, and there isn't a big selection of restaurants nearby. (weirdly, there is an Irish pub across the street, but I didn't check it out as Irish pub food in Madrid seems like a truly idiotic choice for a meal). It wouldn't kill them to provide free internet access and I'll take that extra expense into account the next time I'm booking. Also, it is a bit far from the metro and not on a major stop (santiago bernebeu), so the trip down to Sol or other major restaurant areas is about 40 minutes in the evening, and to return after dinner is even longer, as some entrances/exits are closed after 10pm. It seems safe for a woman walking solo late at night, like many areas of central Madrid, although it is very close to Real Madrid's stadium so the atmosphere could be completely different during a match. サンチャゴベルナベウにて、サッカー観戦をするために滞在しました。球場が非常に近く、また地下鉄も歩いて５分以内の距離にあるため交通の便が非常に良いです。空港も地下鉄にて乗り換え１回で行くことが可能です。サッカー観戦を主目的とする場合、これ以上無いロケーションです。観光目的でも、満足出来ると思います。外見は小さいですが、部屋はそれなりに大きく綺麗です。お勧めできます。

Fuimos a ver un partido de futbol y el hotel esta muy cerca del Bernabau. No tenemos ninguna queja. el habitacion fue muy comodo y limpio, el personel del hotel muy educados y el desayuno con todo que necesitan. Repitimos !

Ok breakfast and service from waiters but reception not the most polite. very good location and quiet. Internet very expensive and very slow. TV channels are redicolus bad. It is NOT a four Star hotel.

La habitacion tiene muy buen aspecto y a la hora de dormir decubrimos que el aire está limitada a 25 grados. No baja de alli. No pegué ojo ninguna de las noche. Hasta un baño me di y todo para poder refrescarme. Baje a leer el periodico a recepcion y las chicas hablaban a voces como si estuvieran en un bar de copas. Me fui. Jag var och kolla på Real Madrid vs. Barcelona och jag måste säga att det var helt fantastiskt. Det här hotellet är perfekt om du vill, som jag, vara nära till Bernabéu stadion. Det ser nära ut på kartan och i verkligheten är det ännu närmre, blev extremt positivt förvånad när jag märkte hur nära hotellet är Bernabéu. Hotellet i sig är väldigt bra, […] fräscht, stora rum, bra service, snälla människor som kan bra engelska. Mittemot hotellet finns det en restaurang som jag starkt rekommenderar. Lite retro stil men ändå väldigt modernt. Väldigt billigt, god mat och du får stora portioner. Centrum är väll kanske inte så nära men om du inte har något emot att åka metro/buss så är det inga problem att ta sig in till centrum. Bussar och metro går från Bernabéu stadium vilket tar dig snabbt och enkelt in till centrum - dessutom är det hyffsat billigt! För att sammanfatta så skulle jag alltså säga att det här hotellet är helt perfekt för den som är intresserad av Bernabéu eller som vill ha ett lite billigare hotell utanför centrum! Mehr

Viniendo del norte, es una opción estupenda. Se accede rápidamente y se puede aparcar en la calle durante un par de horas en laborable y todo el día en festivo, con lo que te ahorras el parking. A dos manzanas está la parada de metro de La Castellana que te deja en el centro de diez minutos. Es un hotel no muy grande, decorado con sencillez y bastante […] buen gusto, en una zona tranquila. "condiciones que no se respetan"
la queja que tengo sobre el hotel es la siguiente, cuando se realizo la reseva incluia el deyasuno. mi sorpresaa fue cuando dejamos el hotel , me digeron que tenia que pagar el desayuno ,lo cual no estaba de acuerdo porque estaba incluido ,el caso esque pague los dos dias de desayuno y me clavaron 66€ por 4 desayunos,vamos que es la primera y la ultima […] vez que voy a un hotel de esa cadena Mehr

l'hotel si trova a qaulche centinaio di metri dallo stadio e dalla fermata della metro. comodo per viaggi d'affari e per vedere manifestazioni allo stadio, meno per la visita alla città. dotato di tutti i confort.
