Hyatt Harborside Hotel - Boston

Obwohl man für die Besichtigung der Stadt ein Wassertaxi benötigt, ist das Hotel top. Das Personla ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen und der Ausblick auf Boston ist grandios. Dieses Hotel ist empfehlenswert.

Schönes Hotel gegenüber der Skyline von Boston. Mit Wassertaxi oder Hotel Shuttle/U-Bahn erreicht man die City bequem. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Das Hotel ist recht hellhörig. Vom benachbarten Flughafen hört man nichts, aber wenn der Nachbar duscht, fühlt man sich an den Niagarafällen.

The room they gave me was on meeting room floor and was (I guess handicap room) Shower level with floor. 1 washcloth, dressing table in bathroom was not even large enough to fit my dop kit on. Terrible room, would not stay there again,and am not sure if I will use your service again.

PROS: Modern & clean hotel. Good restaurant. Good service. Very convenient to airport - shuttle was nice. CONS: Costly to get to the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center - $17 to $20 one way. No other restaurants nearby. Internet access is costly.

I loved this hotel! The staff was super nice and ultra helpful!! I never had to wait on them to get their help. It is VERY clean and VERY comfortable!! Awesome views of the Harbor!!! The shuttle back and forth from the airport was a godsend and always there in a jiff!! I will stay there again!

This was a great place to stay, clean new rooms, took water shuttle to downtown. would stay again.

Good hotel for what we required. Friendly staff, who did help with getting my laptop charger back after leaving it in the room. Comfortable bed too.

Excellent service and very friendly and attentive staff. Free shuttle to airport and to subway terminal. Very expensive parking.

Everything was perfect, except we had to leave for the airport at 3:30 and there was no porter to take our luggage down the 7 floors and load them onto the shuttle. My husband had just had hip surgery and shouldn't have lifted anything but had to load the dolly. I could only help him a little. Everything was just too heavy. luggage, golf clubs, etc. […] Not very considerate not to have a porter available. Mehr

Hotel is very close to airport, they have a shuttle to take you to the closest subway or bus station 5 mins away. Or take a river taxi for ten bux across the harbour and youre in quincy market. Arriving late in Boston we wanted to rest before continuing our trip the next day. Our stay was perfect EXCEPT bottled water available in the room at $5.00 kind of rubs your nose in it. Give it away or charge a fair price.

Beautiful room with view of the Boston Harbor The bed was very comfortable . I only needed it for a short overnight stay before flying out of Logan Airport. The wake up call and transportation to Logan were right on schedule.

Always my first choice when breaking my flights in Boston when flying from UK to USA West Coast. Great city skyscape view and fun to ride the water taxi across the harbor to Quinxcy Market and downtown.

Had a wonderful time- water taxi across the harbor was great fun!

The city view is magnificent from the Restaurant & rooms. Heated pool, jacuzzi, full gym, sauna. The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. The Harborside Grill menu has healthy choices. The portions are enormous. 24 hr shuttle to/from airport & Subway station. Rooms were very clean & comfortable.

I chose to stay at the Harborside in order to catch an early morning flight the next day. I got a great deal on Hotels.com. The service was impeccable, from the bellman who handled my bags and offered to be my partner when I facetiously asked if there was dancing in the lounge, to the young lady who delivered my delicious room service meal. My swim […] in the low chlorine, salt water pool was accented by the floor to ceiling view of the harbor and the lights of Boston beyond. My room was clean and very comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was good, and the shuttle service to the airport was prompt and efficient. I travel frequently, and have stayed at many high end hotels around the world, and the Hyatt Harborside would compare favorably to any of them. The rooms need to have better soundproofing. Couldn't hear the jets, but couldn't sleep due to the television in the next room. It is an new airport hotel with people on all sorts of different schedules, it should have been built better.

We only stayed for one night but had a wonderful time. We were given a room with a harbor view and it was magnificent. The water taxi was such a convenience to get to downtown Boston. The concierge staff were terrific. We had car problems going to dinner that evening and they called a cab for us and asked for our keys so they could try to figure out […] what was wrong with our car. They even stored our leftovers from dinner in their refrigerator for us. They were very accommodating and pleasant. We would recommend this hotel and would stay there again. Mehr

On the water with killer views of Boston, nice & helpful staff, gorgeous hotel....yes, I really enjoyed my stay!

I love the hotel and its view. The hotel service is excellent. Over all, It's a place to enjoy.

Great service, breakfast staff very accommodating and friendly.

I checked in with my confirmed reservation and was told "Sorry, everyone has already checked in and we don't have the room you wanted" I was travelling with my Teen daughter and specifically ordered two beds; their solution... a rollaway that was so uncomfortable my dog wouldnt sleep on it. But it was past midnight and there were no other options, so […] we had no choice. Then there was the surprise of finding that they put us in a Handicapped Room with an HVAC system that overheated the room. Then there was the surprise of them not living up to their promise to move us on the next night. Their solution to not having any room service at midnight? A chinese restaurant that delivered food that was worse than any I had ever had before. An absolutely miserable experience. I am done with Hyatt for a good long time after this one Mehr

Worst pillows ... ever! Too small and unsupportive and pillowcases folded inside itself to compensate for it's absurd size. Mattress - hard and unyielding! Worst night's sleep ever. They sold me Internet service that did not function properly. Spent 2 hours with Tech support and trying to problem-solve on my own. Could'nt wait to leave. Stay at your […] own risk! Mehr

Great view of the skyline across the harbor. The staff is helpful and the complimentary shuttle to/ from the airport/ subway was very convenient!

If you are going to Boston on business and have a quick turnaround - stay here. Very pleasant people and great views. Bar service very friendly all in all no regrets having stayed there.

the hotel provides good viedw to the city across the river. you have to pay for minimun $5 for computer access. Sheraton provides free access.

Louie at the front desk was fantastic. Ryan and the other bell people were the best. We will stay at no other hotel when we reyurn to Boston. The rooms were stylish, clean and the view of the'skyline was the best ever. WE can't say enough about your wonderful hotel!

Needed to stay close to the airport - the hotel was nice, shuttle bus was available every 15 minutes. And you should try the lobster mac and cheese at the hotel restaurant if you do stay here.

We planned for a short visit into Boston, as we arrived over thursday late night/early friday (acela & overnight flght), the hotel service and staff were impecable, since check-in, we endured most of the time biking,walking & sailing @ Boston, Rockport and harbor-islands. We thought on a practical-convenient hotel, which would have free shuttle service […] into Logan airpt so we could take advantage on blue,red & silver lines transportation. We didn´t think about the harborside superb view of the city whith awesome sunsets, harborside terraza is perfect for weddings or having a martini-warm conversation. For me it was a super weekend with a madmoiselle, and i hope she ejoyed as much as myself, Hyatt Harborside it´s a small, practical and strategically located hotel with luxury tints on it, i would choose it over expensive downtown hotels just because of the great view and hospitality of its staff crew. very nice hotel just beside logan airport,and a short ferry boat into boston,ideal for stopping over from a long international flight,nice food and will recommend to anyone of my fellow budies.
