Empfehlenswertes Hotel für den Boston-Aufenthalt. Sauberes Zimmer, freundliches Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstück (leider wie allzuoft in einem viel zu kleinen Raum für so viele Gäste). Getränke im Hotel relativ günstig (Flasche Cola kostet 1,50$). Lage neben einem Expressway (haben wir aber nicht als störend empfunden; gute Fenster). In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es ein Einkaufszentrum. Fittnesraum "übersichtlich" aber ganz ok.

"Hilton Harborside - Great place"
We only stayed for one night but had a wonderful time. We were given a room with a harbor view and it was magnificent. The water taxi was such a convenience to get to downtown Boston. The concierge staff were terrific. We had car problems going to dinner that evening and they called a cab for us and asked for our keys so they could try to figure out […] what was wrong with our car. They even stored our leftovers from dinner in their refrigerator for us. They were very accommodating and pleasant. We would recommend this hotel and would stay there again. Mehr

I checked in with my confirmed reservation and was told "Sorry, everyone has already checked in and we don't have the room you wanted" I was travelling with my Teen daughter and specifically ordered two beds; their solution... a rollaway that was so uncomfortable my dog wouldnt sleep on it. But it was past midnight and there were no other options, so […] we had no choice. Then there was the surprise of finding that they put us in a Handicapped Room with an HVAC system that overheated the room. Then there was the surprise of them not living up to their promise to move us on the next night. Their solution to not having any room service at midnight? A chinese restaurant that delivered food that was worse than any I had ever had before. An absolutely miserable experience. I am done with Hyatt for a good long time after this one Mehr
"Unhappy & Will Never Visit A Hyatt Again"
Worst pillows ... ever! Too small and unsupportive and pillowcases folded inside itself to compensate for it's absurd size. Mattress - hard and unyielding! Worst night's sleep ever. "good view but poor location"
the hotel provides good viedw to the city across the river. you have to pay for minimun $5 for computer access. Sheraton provides free access.

"Harborside ---Fantastic!"
Louie at the front desk was fantastic. Ryan and the other bell people were the best. We will stay at no other hotel when we reyurn to Boston. The rooms were stylish, clean and the view of the'skyline was the best ever. WE can't say enough about your wonderful hotel!

"Perfect Airport Hotel"
Needed to stay close to the airport - the hotel was nice, shuttle bus was available every 15 minutes. And you should try the lobster mac and cheese at the hotel restaurant if you do stay here.

"Short dream weekend @ Boston"
We planned for a short visit into Boston, as we arrived over thursday late night/early friday (acela & overnight flght), the hotel service and staff were impecable, since check-in, we endured most of the time biking,walking & sailing @ Boston, Rockport and harbor-islands. We thought on a practical-convenient hotel, which would have free shuttle service […] into Logan airpt so we could take advantage on blue,red & silver lines transportation. We didn´t think about the harborside superb view of the city whith awesome sunsets, harborside terraza is perfect for weddings or having a martini-warm conversation. For me it was a super weekend with a madmoiselle, and i hope she ejoyed as much as myself, Hyatt Harborside it´s a small, practical and strategically located hotel with luxury tints on it, i would choose it over expensive downtown hotels just because of the great view and hospitality of its staff crew. Nice, comfortable and professional hotel. Really no complaints about the place or the staff who were very helpful. The view is super and a drink outside by the water is a great experience. Overall it could not be described as good value unless it is a short stay on your way to or from Logan International. It's a pity they have to charge for items most […] hotels offer for free. Use of a computer 50 cents/minute, wifi in room 10 dollars per day and high parking charges. If you do not want the expensive food at the hotel you have to get into the city or try out East Boston. Neither is very satisfactory having to drive or take a cab or water taxi both ways. I enjoyed the hotel but would look for somewhere else next trip. Mehr

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with only one regret. We couldn't stay longer. The view from our room was magnificent as was the view from the restaurant and outdoor dining area. The staffs are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for business travels since it located near the airport . If you're in Boston for a long stay, I'll recommend somewhere in downtown Boston.

"My Favorite Boston Hotel"
This is a great hotel in a surprisingly convienent location. It is out of the crush of downtown, but has stunning views of the city across the harbor. The water shuttle lands right at the hotel and in a few quiet minutes you are in the heart of Boston, no hassle and no traffic jams.

The hotel location can not be better and the view is amazing! Close to the airport and next door rivertaxi brings you to downtown. I stayed in room 1209 and the noise from the room next door is terrible and you can hear everything!! And people walking on the corridor. Fix this and this hotel will belong to my favourites!
Great location for flying in and out of Logan Airport. Shuttle service was great.

If you have a harbor view, it doesn't get any better than this. The hotel is of highest quality, nice restaurant and bar, fitness club, etc. But the location is very special.
"Great place to stay"
I stayed here with my family (3 kids) and it worked out well. We spent two nights and the access to Downtown via the water taxi is great. Kids love that and although iot was a bit spendy ($10 per person 13+) for the taxi it was easy access to the city (mulitple stops) and fun even when raining, The hotel was very nice, clean and the resteraunt and poll/workout […] area are good as well. Also the proximity to the airport is great and the free shuttle makes it very simple to get there. Mehr

Nice hotel with everything you need, though the service of the staff in the hotel is terrible. We encountered a number of problems from the time we arrived in the hotel to the moment we left. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone else based on such poor service and will not be staying there again myself.

We had a room on the 15th floor. It was really quite spacious and much appreciated after spending a week in a cabin on a cruise ship. (free) On the weeked, we seemed to hear quite a bit of hall noise which was a bit of a negative. However, the noise from the planes was almost nonexistent. We were on the airport side and enjoyed watching the many planes take off and land. it was also great having the water taxies outside our door. We used the taxi exclusively to go to downtown Boston. We found the restaurant in the hotel very expensive and tried to eat there as little as possible. $18..00 for bacon and eggs was a bit pricey.. Service seemed quite slow and the staff at times a bit disorganized. We would defintely stay in this hotel again and continue to eat elsewhere. Mehr

The room had a wonderful view, soft comfortable bed, convenient to airport. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant had very good food and a wonderful bar to end the day.

We had an early flight out of Boston so we stayed at the Hyatt Harborside right in the airport. Great hotel if you need some place close to stay for your flight. We had some plumbing issues in our room but they moved our room right away to an actually better room with a better view!

What a fabulous hotel and staff! Everyone was incredilby helpful and kind. My sons and I were staying overnight waiting for an early flight the next morning. We had dinner at the Harborside grill, please try the lobster mac n' cheese, and went out back and listen to some live music on the patio. The next morning, the van driver was prompt and got us […] to the airport early and at such an early hour he had a smile on his face. "Nice and comfy, close to downtown"
PROS: Very nice rooms. Air conditionning works like a charm. Views are fantastic. Clean and comfortable. A boat shuttle right next to the hotel brings you downtown in minutes. Free shuttle also available to airport and subway station. CONS: Breakfast is super expensive. OTHERS: FYI, the price for the boat shuttle is 10$ one way.
Beautiful location, great views! Very close to airport, but not much in the area walking distance- you must take a 15 minute ferry to the city center. Staff was great!
