We have stayed at this hotel twice before, each time because of the proximity to the train station & airport bus. It's pretty consistent with most Ibis hotels, so no big surprises. The staff is helpful & well trained. The breakfast, at 9€ could be better. Excellent hotel to stay between journeys with good proximity to the bus & train stations. It was easy for me to get to the airport to catch my early morning flight out of Marseille. The bathroom is small and there isn't much space to hang clothes for a long stay.

I found my stay very comfortable and the location of the Hotel, near the station useful. We had a nice view for Marseille from our room. The little one's bed was prepared for him (they turned the sofa into an extra bed) but that left little room to move freely around the room. The little did like to wonder under the beds and he did find some dust. […] The hotel does not offer complementarity tea and coffee as can be expected in the UK. Not sure if all the hotel are like this in France. In general I found my stay at this hotel very comfortable and would recommend it. Mehr

The rooms were compact but clean and tidy, although I found a few stray hairs here and there.... The location was excellent, just a 10 minute walk to the Old Port although at night time the area was less desirable. Having the bar & restaurant in the hotel was good and the service, while a little slow, was good and with a smile. The hotel is literally behind the train station! It is a great location and a great hotel. The staff spoke English and were very helpful! The only complaints I would have are that there were no hand towels or washcloths in the bathroom and the bed wasn't the most comfortable.

Отель находиться в 100 м от жд вокзала, но поездов почти не слышно. Номера маленькие, но чистые и с большой кроватью. По близости нет больших магазинов. Нет своей парковки, приходится пользоваться платной парковкой жд вокзала.

situation idéale de l'hôtel dans le quartier de la gare Saint Charles, 5 minutes du métro, 15 minutes à pied du Vieux Port. L'Ibis est impeccable, très bien tenu et très propre.

駅のすぐ横なので列車での移動の際、とても便利だった。 レセプション、レストランスタッフはだいたい皆親切。 部屋も広く、きれいに保ってありました。 エレベーターに乗るのにもルームカードが必要なため、セキュリティもしっかりしていると思う。

I have to explain why I have written "very poor" for services. I reserved for Nov 30 a room per email and you confirmed. When inquiring from Aix 2 days before the date it turned out that my reservation was not found. I had to provide the reservation Nr. This was also impossible to find, finally I had to email the confirmation, that was sufficient (I […] had to call back 3 times to Hungary). When finally booking for an additional night, I found it strange that again, my credit card nr was asked (I had payed before with the card). Strange, not? Avons l'habitude de réserver une chambre d'hôtel à IBIS lors de nos départs soit pour l'avion (roissy) et pour la croisière à MARSEILLE et cela nous convient très bien.

Hôtel sympathique, très bien tenu, à côté de gare Saint Charles. Personnel très courtois, aimable. Petit problème pour repas soir du 25/4, surcharge inopinée de travail ?, personnel débordé ne répondant pas au questions, sauf le manager qui a beaucoup mis la main à la tâche et peu à peu la situation s'est rétablie....

Hôtel très pratique pour le TGV. Il permet également de se promener jusqu'au vieux port. Ils ont oublié mon réveil matin. Heureusement que j'avais pris mes précautions. Surprenant cette taxe supplémentaire de 1€ après que vous ayez tout payé par Internet. Un pourboire pour le réceptionniste ?

actuellement travaux de tout le 1er etage occsionnant nuisance entre 9h et 18h et régulièrement en dehors de ces travaux coupures d'eau.Il est quand même dommage que l'on apprenne chaque fois ce type de désagrément par affiche collée sur l'ascenseur!!.Prix chambre prohibitif par rapport aux prestattions proposées par ce 2 etoiles

pour un hotel 3 étoiles la chambre pour 2 personnes était très exigue, plus petite que la cabine du paquebot dans lequel nous avons embarqué. Une seule serviette de toilette pas de drap de bain! Le repas du soir était à la limite du consommable (la patisserie en dessert n'était pas complètement dégelée!! Fint Hotel med venlig betjening. Ok morgenmad men ellers god restaurant. Godt hotel men bare mindre godt placeret. Hotellet ligger lige ved stationen hvilket er godt hvis man tænker at bruge toget meget til at komme andre steder hen. Läget är perfekt precis bredvid tågstationen och flygbussarna. Mycket bra utsikt över hela stan från rummet vi fick på fjärde våningen. Jättebra service, alla i receptionen pratade bra engelska, man fick förvara sitt bagage låst hos dem efter utcheckningen. Väldigt rent men ganska små rum, så bäst för de som stannar bara nån natt.
