Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfreich. Das Zimmer war sauber mit extra abgetrennten Bad und Duschmöglichkeit in der Wanne. Die Übernachtung war inkl. Frühstück. Entgegen vorheriger Bewertungen war es ausgiebig. Man konnte wählen zwischen, Muffin, Beagles, Toast mit Toaster, Waffeln zum selber machen, Obstauswahl, genügent Aufstrich wie versch. Marmeladen und Sirup, zwei versch. Kaffesorten (normal und entkoffeniert) und Saft aus dem Automaten. Alles als free refill. Wer eine Stadtrundfahrt machen möchte kann sich an der Rezeption melden. Von dort kann eine Stadtrundfahrt mit Abholung vom Hotel organisert werden. Also besser geht es gr nicht. Ich kann nur jeden dieses Hotel empfehlen. Würde jederzeit sofort doert wieder übernachten. Volle Punktzahl. Einziger kleiner Abstrich ist die örtl. Umgebung. Auf den ersten Blick sieht die Umgebung etwas ungemütlich aus, aber wenn man daran denkt, das es nicht gerade die Innenstadt ist geht es in Ordnung. Ca. 5 Min Fußweg gibt es zwei Fastfood Restaurants und genau gegenüber ist ein großer (mexikanischer) Supermarkt. Alles in ereichbarer Nähe.

Ich war mit einem Bekannten für 7 Tage in dem Motel. Sehr netter Empfang. Absolut problemlos. Erster Eindruck wurde während des gesamten Aufenthaltes bestätigt. Frühstück mit frischen warmen Haferflocken, frisches Rührei, gekochte Eier, Waffeln zum selbstbacken, Müsli, Säfte, Obst, Kaffee, Tee, ... -kurzum, für amerikanische Motelverhältnisse absolut super und ausreichend. Das richtige für den Start in den Tag. Lage: ca. 15 Minuten Fussmarsch zum Venicebeach, 5 Minuten zum Hafen von Marina, 15 Minuten zum Harleyverleih am Lincoln- Boulevard, Tiefgaragenparkplätze kostenlos, Zimmer sauber und frisch renoviert -unseres zumindest- Personal immer freundlich, kleiner Pool und Spa zur Erfrischung/ Entspannung, Innenhof mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und Gaskamin, für uns jederzeit wieder 1. Wahl für L.A. Aufenthalte!!!!!!!!!

Entlang der palmengesäumten Straßen von Beverly Hills reihen sich Anwesen mit einem Wert von jeweils mehreren Millionen Dollar aneinander. Am Rodeo Drive wird der Lebensstil der Reichen und Berühmten besonders gut sichtbar. Die Boutiquen dort bieten von Armani bis Zegna alles. Es ist kein Zufall, dass sich ausgezeichnete Secondhandläden im Melrose District östlich von Beverly Hills niedergelassen haben. Im Melrose District befinden sich viele aufsteigende Designstudios. West Hollywood, auch WeHo genannt, ist nicht weit davon entfernt und bildet den Mittelpunkt der Homosexuellenszene von Los Angeles.

Wir hatten eine Art Suite, top eingerichtet mit einem super bequemen bett und einem geräumigen Bad. Das Chamberlain ist für LA verhältnisse ein kleines Hotel mit sehr viel Charme und einem topgepflegten Pool auf dem Dach. Die Lage ist zentral in Hollywood und doch abends sehr ruhig, da in einer Seitenstrasse gelegen. Sehr zu empfehlen!!

Abgesehen von dem freundlichen Personal und dem absolut einwandfreiem Service was die Zimmer und auch andere Räumlichkeiten betrifft (Business-Center mit gratis Internetanschlus und Druckmöglichkeiten), liegt dieses Hotel in absolut ruhiger und friedlicher Nachbarschaft in West Hollywood zwischen Santa Monica Blvd. und Sunset Blvd. Man ist mit den ÖV […] (Bus) relativ schnell überall in der Gegend, ebenfalls dringt der Strassenlärm nicht wirklich bis zu den Zimmern. Auch der Pool auf dem Dach und die Atmosphäre dort oben hat absolut überzeugt, wenn auch das Wasser ein wenig kühler sein könnte ;) Würde dieses Hotel jederzeit weiter empfehlen und freue mich auf meinen nächsten Besuch darin! :) Mehr

das personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und begrüßt dich immer namentlich! das zimmer war sehr groß und wohnlich! 2 stockwerke wurden renoviert, stand nicht auf website. um zu restaurants zu gelangen braucht man taxi oder bus, sehr sichere gegend, einheimische nennen sie die "gay-area" poolbereich super! kann dieses hotel nur empfehlen, jedoch […] leihwagen dazu! Great hotel in an awesome location. I stayed for one night with a friend and we enjoyed it very much. My only disappointed was the service, when we checked in I was doing most of the talking and the guy didn't show much enthusiasm.

"Tranquil hotel in the heart of LA"
We really enjoyed our stay here. We had a Junior Suite which was stunning. Modern furniture (very LA darling), sofisticated ambience, quiet backwater location, and loved the rooftop pool.

"Chamberlain WeHo - Beautiful & Comfortable"
The Chamberlain has an excellent location, in the heart of West Hollywood. The decour was beautiful and comfortable. The food at the Bistro was delicious, and the location is within walking distance of several good restaurants. The valet parking made coming and going very easy. Looking forward to a return visit.

The good- nice pool, lobby and food Very polite hotel staff The bad- whoa where to begin? Needs a lot if work. Wallpaper peeling in the hallways and very outdated. It's a great hotel if you want to be close to everything on Santa Monica Blvd, in West Hollywoood. It's a small discreet, boutique hotel in one of the most beautiful sections of West Hollywood. You are 1 block north of Santa Monica Blvd. Right behind the Ramada Hotel, 24 Hour Fitness, and Starbucks. Close to lots of good restaurants and night life. The […] decor of the hotel is very "Hollywood". So, nothing subtle or understated. A little garish for my taste but that's a minor thing and besides, it seems like every hotel in Hollywood/West Hollywood is decorated like that. You could stay in a big hotel on Sunset Blvd, on the Strip (if you like the crowd and noise) or if you want to experience West Hollywood like a native and be in a quiet leafy neighborhood, then you will like staying at the Chamberlain. I've stayed here several times - very good location, comfortable, hipsterish feel. However, this time I was situated on the first floor near the garden area and on two separate occasions returned to my room to find an enormous cockroach taking up residence. "Nice & Hip but don't look too closely"
The main areas although very cool and hip....you can see it was done under tight budget. Popcorn ceilings are simply painted dark to conceal. If you're into details you will find many things like that. However rooms are very large and comfortable. Bathrooms are posh and bedding is lovely. "A jewel in Weho!"
Great location for all the lively bars and delectable restaurants in Weho! A lovely neighbourhood and 2 women felt safe walking around even late at night. Hotel and staff were great, lovely spacious room, very retro feel and the pool area was inviting and beautiful.
Slightly older hotel. If you enjoy boutique hotels, then this is perfect. Has a great rooftop pool. Very quiet and serene. Great service overall.

The front desk girl could've done a better job at being nice. She told us about the rooftop serving food and drinks when my husband asked if they served food because he had obviously not heard her she said "yes that's what I just said they serve drink and food" I thought it rather snooty of her but didn't say anything. "Great Hotel in a Great Location"
Great hotel. location is great. A bit pricey on the parking but overall a super deal.
This is a bizarre little place, but I like it. Would recommend to anyone. I had the smallest type of room, but there was PLENTY of space. The bathroom is tiny, but is made up for with a giant, two-person peekaboo shower. I stayed for four nights, and after three the entire staff new me. I would live at The Chamberlain if I could.
"MIssing skirt"
I checked into the Chamberlain for a one night stop over with my husband and baby. I had a lightweight outfit in my overnight bag so I wouldn't have to open my large suitcase. This outfit was my only summer attire as we were heading to fall in Canada. After wearing these clothes to lunch, I changed to go to the pool. When I returned, the maid had been […] and my skirt was missing. I'm not suggesting it was stolen - I think maybe she grabbed it when grabbing the towels etc - however, when I reported it (less than an hour after maid had been) - the skirt remained missing. I asked the gentleman on front desk to check again, and I never heard back. The following morning, the skirt was still missing so I had to travel in LA's heat in winter clothes. Not impressed at all considering it was a new and expensive skirt. The staff were not perplexed by the missing item at all which made me wonder if it was a regular thing? Watch your stuff if you stay at the Chamberlain. Mehr

"Chamberlain West Hollywood"
The hotel was in a great location and the room was clean and tidy. The only downside was that on one night the water was shut off from 11pm. We arrived back at the room shortly after that time. If we had known that in advance we could've back earlier to have showers etc.
