Quality Inn Downtown 4th Avenue - Spokane

Stayed here for my daughter's graduation -was alittle worried because it was also Bloomsday weekend! Even though hotel was busy and full, the staff could not have been more pleasant. Hotel was clean and quiet and the breakfast good with plenty of selections.

Front desk person was very friendly and helpful, had a problem with my TV when I went to my room and it was fixed in minutes. Had a great stay.

The staff was tired but pleasant, efficient and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The stay was quiet with a convenient location for the Bloomsday race and they did not give me any flack about parking my car there until after the race even though it was later than check out time. Hotel staff was very friendly. Received a call within an hour of making reservation to confirm. Received a call after 5 minutes in room to make sure everything was satisfactory.

Walking distance to downtown, convenient to metro Spokane, a very clean and up to date place to stay. Fourth floor room facing freeway, a bit noisy, back side rooms seem quieter. Room has been refurbed in the past and was very clean. Flat screen. There is a bar downstairs, a bit stale, but at least you didn't have to leave the site. It was an awful experience. If you have a cafe that is connected to the hotel the least it could have is enough food for people. They as we had to change our menus the cook said it would be ready in 10 min. Went to get it and she hadn't even put the food on. You would think with a busy weekend like that in Spokane they would have been better prepared. […] And then after all of this the gentleman at the front desk continued to call our room until 11:00 trying to make up for things. Our sty was ok. However, we were given incorrect information. We were told that we could leave our vehicle there at no charge, but we were charged $2.00 per day. We were also told there was a shuttle to and from the airport, but apparently that shuttle is on Mon to Fri and we flew out Sat. and return Sat. Someone from the front desk was nice enough […] to give us a ride to the airport, but we have to a taxi back to the hotel. Mehr

Do not stay on the highway side if you are a light sleeper.I was on the 6th floor and it was still noisy. The staff was nice enough to change me to the opposite side and it was very quiet.Everything else was excellent.

Although this hotel could look to some rather downmarket from the outside, appearances can be deceptive and it is actually very nice. The staff were very pleasant, breakfast selection was good and the room was absolutely fine. It's in a good location, offers reasonable rates and we would definitely use it again if we were travelling in the area.

A good quality hotel near the medical center and close to the downtown area. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the helped clear the snow off our car after a winter storm.

The staff here is very friendly. We stayed here before and would most likely stay here again. The hotel is very close to I-90 - the main East West freeway. The breakfast was hot and the area clean.

I traveled with my family. There were 4 of us and a toddler that stayed in the room. It was a quick trip and I had no complaints. They didn't come to clean our room until 3:30pm; so that was a little odd. But overall we had no concerns.

The pillows were a little too small for my liking. They were comfortable but small. Also the ice machine on the 5th floor didn't work very well. I had to go down to the 4th floor to get enough ice. The staff was very helpful and pleasant and we appreciated the complimentary breakfast. We would come back.

We really enjoyed our stay and have no real complaints. The room was great, the staff was wonderful and the breakfast was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. My only complaint (and it is a very minor one) would be that we stayed on the 6th floor and when you got off the elevator there was a very strong odor of smoke in the hallway […] and we were concerned that our room would smell, but it did not and we had a very pleasant stay. Spokane Quality Inn is excellent value. Very clean and kept up. The room was comfortable with nice amenities. The complementary breakfast was very good with lots of hot and cold selections. Super waffles! I congratulate management as it is clear that they do a good job in coaching staff to be very polite and accommodating of guests. Every staff member […] I met smiled and asked how l was and if they could assist. Ask for a room at the back of the hotel as the front street rooms get noise from the I90. Mehr

Nice stay. They only thing I didn't like was that the hallway smelled of cigarette smoke on the "non-smoking" floor. Smoke rises, maybe they should switch the floor up. But my room didn't have that odor. Nice hot breakfast in the a.m.

Very nice and friendly staff. The hotel was very clean and our room was quiet and comfortable. Saturday night parking was difficult but it was a very busy weekend in Spokane!

As the previous reviews indicated, this hotel was a pleasant surprise. The staff was excellent and overall the experience was better than what I anticipated for what is essentially a "budget" hotel. This is a very good place to stay. It is a bit difficult to get to, at least coming from the east. The beds aren't the most comfortable but the internet is the fastest of any hotel we've stayed at so it moves this hotel up in our standing. We will definitely stay here again.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the location of the half marathon that I was participating in. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the continental breakfast was better than I expected, and location was very central. The only negative things that I can say are that, as other reviewers have mentioned, the highway is pretty […] noisy, there is not a huge selection of food available from the hotel cafe, and some of the pubs patrons are loud when they leave at 2am. I stayed there for a night after spending a sleepless night at a hotel up the road. Amber was my first contact and she was wonderful. The rooms were nice, nice lounge and breakfast was ok. Very clean outdoor pool too!

my stay was what i expected. the hotel is outdated.. but for what we paid i was okay w/ our one night stay. the shower could have been cleaned better and the blowdryer did not work. however, the bed was comfortAble and the tv was nice. staff was very friendly and the lounge wAs fun w/ cheap drinks, kareoke, darts, and pool

We spent one night with our 14 year old son. We went to Spokane for back to school shopping. Great place for the price. The staff was very accomodating and helpful.

We stayed at this hotel on our way to Montana. It was right off the freeway and easy to find. We had not been in the room 5 minutes when we received a call to see of everything was satisfactory. Breakfast was fine, normal for such a hotel. I have no complaints and for our purposes it worked just fine. I would stay there again.
