Homewood Suites by Hilton Chattanooga - Hamilton Place - Chattanooga

It was a very nice hotel; friendly staff; very clean; decent food. I would recommend another waffle machine would be ideal. One waffle machine is not enough. Also, the hotel needs more sitting area to eat as well as take out containers. We would definitely come back to this facility in the future.

Bed was low average comfort. The airconditioner blew directly on the bed - so you were cold or hot.

We stayed over Easter Weekend, doors wouldn't open in front and first room smelt so bad we had to ask for a new one. Housekeeping was either too busy or understaffed, never made up room.

room was great will look for this hotel for future travels

As soon as we checked in, we felt right at home! We were greeted to a evening reception which was wonderful! They upgraded our room which was also a great bonus! Breakfast the next morning was delicious and Johnathan was more than accomodating. The only negatives about our stay was that the A/C never kept a constant temp, so we just shut it off. Besides a few minor details, the hotel was located in a good location. The comfort of the room was great. The bed was really comfortable.

Everyone at this hotel was very friendly and courteous. The hotel looked to be brand new and was very confortable. Location was also a plus - close to everything. Would highly recommend and definatley stay again.

Nice size hotel room. Had a full kitchen. Only hotel in the area that I found that had a king size bed for my husband and I and a sleeper sofa for my little girl. Hotel was clean and staff was very nice. Only thing I did not like is it only had a shower and with a young child it's easier with a bath tub.

Hotel was really nice-the continental breakfast was presented very nice, but taste was not good.

Great clean hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms and breakfast were fantastic. It was convenient to all the shopping at Hamilton Mall and the surrounding stores and restaurants.

Myself and my husband along with our 2 toddler boys stayed in a king suite at this location. The room was great and I loved houw there was a TV in both the living area and teh bedrrom. The only downfall was that the Pool and Spa area was closed for no apparent reason and the front desk staff couldnt tell us why, when, or iff it would open. We did however […] go down the road to the YMCA and swim there ofr no charge. Still it was an inconvenience. Overall a pleasent stay though. Mehr

My wife and I were there for just one night, but room was clean and quiet. We arrived at rush hour so the rating of 4 on location is because of the traffic on Shallowford Road, not because it is a "bad" location. The surrounding neighborhood is very commercialized and crowded, so it is not conducive to a pleasant walk.

I booked a non-smoking suite, but the smell of smoke was very storng. Perhaps smoke from other floors filters in. The hotel itself is hard to find. There is no clear sign on the main road, and one of our party drove right past the side road--twice! We enjoyed the full kitchen and the two flat-screen TVs. We had expected a more comfortable couch. There […] was no bathtub--only a large shower. I was surprised and disappointed by that. The staff was friendly and, while I only had the breakfast one of the two morning we were there, it was okay with hot offerings as well as yogurt and fruit. This wasn't a terrible stay, but I expected a bit more for the price. I probably won't stay here again. Mehr

I really enjoyed my stay here. It's not downtown but close to the expressway and located in a nice neighborhood.

I was totally satisfied with rooms, continental breafasts, and services. I bet you would also be very satisfied with the hotel.

Nice rooms, convenient to a grocery store (BiLo), really nice breakfast. Only weird thing was that it was set in a block, so it was a bit difficult to find at first.

We checked in late - around 10 pm. No problems, easy parking access. Hot tub is closed for the season so if you are looking forward to a nice dip...you have to wait until the hot summer months - makes no sense since it is only October and what better time to enjoy a hot tub but we were told it was closed for the season - however long that is. Breakfast […] was from 7-10 am (Saturday). Very accommodating hours especially with a 12 noon checkout. Breakfast was better than most complimentary breakfasts which at most places is only a bowl of cereal and a stale muffin. Two room suite was a real plus - TV in each room which is great if you have some who stay up late. We will be back for sure. Mehr

We stayed at the hotel for a weekend family wedding and while our room was great, my sister and her husband didn't have such a great room. Their room was HUMID! The a/c didn't seem to be as cool as ours, so after a long day on Friday they were moved to a nicer, cooler room. The room was comfortable, clean, and the hotel was quiet. My husband and I came here for a one day getaway. We were blown away with how beautiful this hotel is. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was enormously huge and had every amenity my wife and I could ever need. We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. The hot tub at the hotel pool was not hot. When we reported this we were told that we could use the local Rush gym with our hotel key for free. They have an indoor pool, hot tub and every kind of work out equipment. It was great.

We enjoyed our stay at Homewood Suites and it exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. Awesome bed, very comfy and just enough room in the sitting area for my son to sleep in a pack-n-play, and my daughter on the pull-out. The kitchen was a great accomodation, much larger than we expected!Breakfast was super, and again, better than we expected […] for the price point. This hotel was exceptionally clean with very pleasant staff and amenities. The complimentary dinners during the week and full breakfasts had a lot to offer. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept on in any hotel. Extremely close to outstanding shopping and various restaurants, this place is definitely worth the stay.

Very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the comfort of the room!

The only complaint I had was the jacuzzi jets weren't working properly, so it was like sitting in a very hot pool. It was also dirty. The towels at the pool weren't always available. FYI...bring your own.

when checking in,I had booked four rooms.instead of a long wait after a long drive,the clerk had everything all ready with the keys already in a packet and all we had to do was unload out bags

Great room for the money...no question! Loved the fact we had a small kitchen in our room. Would definitely go back to this hotel in our future travel to the Chattanooga area.

We were quite surprised as to the quality, cleanliness, etc. Staff was very courteous. Delicious breakfast. Room was very clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were great.
