Close to family; clean rooms; beds comfortable; breakfast good; pool was cold but nice; high in chlorine. A little pricy but convenient to family.

stayed at the same hotel a year ago, went back for our anniversary because of price and location. renovations are nice, HUGE TV in the room. still some odor in the halls from smoke, and the door key-cards seemed temperamental. other than that, stay was great.

At check in, I noticed that the hotel was undergoing extensive remodeling for the interior. The halls were cramped with old and new room furniture, entrances were closed due to remodeling and the hotel lost power for several hours one night of my stay. This hotel stay was in two two day segments as I was visiting friends. Comfort Inn had a policy of […] not charging you for your room as long as you canceled before 6:00 pm the night of your stay. During the second segment I canceled one night prior to 6 pm at approx. 4pm and was assured by the front desk I would not be charged for that night. In fact I was charged for that night and have been fighting to get the charges reversed since. I would not recomend this hotel to anyone. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, but the coffee was not fresh and terrible and the breakfast was not what was expected.
