Zimmer und Hotel sind Top.....jedoch die Zimmer zum Highway sind sehr laut.

I really enjoy the layout of the Hyatt rooms, the little divider between the bed and the lounge area adds a nice touch. The couch is large and nice to relax on and the bed is comfy. They offer the continental breakfast with the option of ordering additional items special request along with room-service 24/7. hello, i am from Indianapolis and i was home for a death in the family and decided to stay at this hotel. checked in with no problems, lobby was clean, staff were very nice. got to room, first impression was good, styling was good room layout was good. this was a king suite, so this is what i did not like. closet was not small, it was tiny, i only […] had three bags and the germent bag would not hang up in the closet. the other two bags were duffelbag size. the bathroom was tiny also, just enough room for the door to clear the toilet and not hit the tub. the a/c unit had a BAD MILDEW SMELL when turned on. ( im a 30+ year hvac eng). the room had LADYBUGS in it, all around the bed, and in the bed. not a lot but i removed one from the ceiling over the bed, another near the front entrance and one on the pillow nearest to the phone. the ceiling had multiple cracks and did not look sturdy ,you would need to see it , it would take too long to explain. oh, and the drawer was missing from the nightstand next to the Sofa Bed. This was a wonderful, clean hotel. Located in the heart of the Carmel area. Very close to North Central High School where my children were performing. Price was right too! Thanks for the free cookies when we walked in. Smelled like coming home when checking in!

My room was not cleaned. I even went to the front desk to request a cleaning that was never completed. I called later in the day and requested that a fresh set of towels be delivered which they were promptly. I was also the only one on the floor that didn't receive a newspaper. Hotel was amazing and very reasonably priced. The service was great and the rooms were exceptionally clean. We were there just for the evening with a group of friends and they were nice enough to put the group in a conjoining room with us once they found out we were all together. I will stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

We loved everything about this hotel. It was very clean the staff were helpful and friendly. It was a little bit of a hassle to get there on a Saturday afternoon with the mall traffic, but very well worth it!

We love staying here because of the way the room is formatted and allows us to relax on the sofa and read or watch TV. We were disappointed in the breakfast, though. We remember having more choices in our previous stays, like at least instant oatmeal, and some whole grain breads, and more than one kind of yogurt (there were 2 strawberry and a dozen […] peach). The hotel was very clean and well managed. The room was comfortable as was the bed. The TV was HD and large. We did not know this area of Indianapolis very well and had a little problem finding how to get back to the hotel. Some construction was being done and some signs were missing that might have helped. The neighborhood is basically a shopping and […] office complex. We only had the room for the night and chose it because of it's proximity to our daughter's house where we spent most of our time. We were not interested in the sights but downtown Indy is nearly 10 miles away. Our biggest disappointment was the hot breakfast. Would have given all 5's; however had bathroom issues that were not resolved and had to use the room across the hall. Love the convenience to shopping. Great hotel staff.

Bathrooms are the smallest I've ever seen.

This was by far the best stay I have had through hotels.com The room more than met our expectations and made us feel like we were living in luxury

The hotel is in a great location but make sure you get your room on the side away from the interstate..

Had a wonderful time .only problem was the pool was out of order. Very disappointing for my 4 yr old daughter.excellent bed. Steve was excellent. Went aboue and beyond what a hotel clerk should be. Would stay again.

Pool was out of service, and the Hotel price is cheaper if I would bought directly from Hyatt.

Great location easy access to downtown, local eating spots, mall and businesses. Low occupancy on our stay. Missed breakfast but it looked good. It rained during our stay but the room was so dry we had to run the shower to add humidity to the room.

We liked almost everything about the hotel except the noise. Our room was on the interstate highway side of the hotel and the traffic noise was very loud all day and night - no apparent soundproofing. Even closed drapes did not help noticeably. Decor was modern and refreshingly different from most hotels, and space was generous. Large, wide-screen TV […] was appreciated. Included continental breakfast was skimpy by comparison with similar hotel chains (except for unusually large selection of dry cereals). Mehr

My daughters & I came to Indy to shop for a dress for my daughter Teresa as her daughter is getting married in June. We decided to stay over night & chose Hyatt Place as it was convenient for us. We had a fun time & would choose Hyatt Place again.

This hotel was very convenient to where we were going a a terrific value for the price we paid. My only complaint was that at check-in the associates at the counter were more interested in serving customers at the bar/food service area for which they were also responsible than in checking in a guest. I later discovered that there were kiosks in the […] lobby at which you could also check in. The room was terrific and we will certainly stay again! Mehr

Hyatt Place in Indianapolis is located in a quiet place within a short walk of excellent restaurants and shopping. The hostess and staff are warm yet professional with attentive hospitality. My room was spacious and comfortable with an excellent bed. The lobby sitting area and coffee bar offer a number of places for meetings or internet.

Property overall is nicely done. However, some maintenance is required! The elevators were trashed and I actually found a spot of blood on our comforter. I'm pretty critical of hotels since I used to work for one, so maybe i'm nitpicking on the elevator. But honestly, theres no reason it shouldnt at least be vacuumed. The spot of blood was pretty small […] but still thats gross. Still overall was a good experience, not noisy, room was clean (other than the comforter), and bed was very comfy. Mehr

Convenient to north Indy. Have stayed at this hotel before. This time stayed 4 days. Some lowering of housekeeping standards - took partial shampoo and did not replace; left dirty dishes in room; did not refill coffee packs. Brewed coffee in breakfast is too weak and too bitter.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Located next to a really nice mall and directly off the interstate so commuting through the city was easy. Breakfast was fairly basic and not served past 9:30 so late risers might go hungry. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel looks good from afar but is far from good. We went into our room, opened the closet and found an opened condom rapper. The light bulbs were burnt out by the bed. The heater at the window leaked cold air into our freezing room. The toilets are extremely loud when you flush them. I do not recommend this hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel twice now and both times have really enjoyed it. The rooms are very spacious with a bar, sink and large sectional sofa in the living area and a separate area for the bed and bath. Lots of room for friends and family to gather! The rooms are clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in North Indianapolis...especially […] if you want to shop. Keystone at the Crossing is literally within walking distance. Perfect! Mehr
